The pool was very green and the neighbors pools were blue. Our son said there was algae pool?

We had a wonderful time and would stay here again! The place was spacious and the kids (and adults) loved the pool and hot tub! I was really impressed by the pool security system. There is a removable netted fence around the pool and in order to open and shut the slider you push a button that only adults can reach. This level of security helped me relax on vacation and kept the kids safe. We really appreciated the pool and bath towels as well. I would recommend bringing your own laundry detergent, we did a couple loads of laundry between kids and towels. Trash is picked up every day which is nice, and the hosts provide you with a little starter pack of trash bags, dish soap and a sponge which was a nice touch. The property is family friendly, the kids loved the resort pool and the playground. Communication was excellent with the host and they answered all of our questions. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The home has lots of room, a great pool and spa. It's only a short walk to the community's pool and water park, which the kids really enjoyed. The house is also is close to Disney.

3 generations of family on first trip to Disney. Location was perfect: just a few minutes drive to the parks. House was wonderfully spacious: kids loved the themed rooms, the pool/jacuzzi and games room. We also enjoyed the community centre, pool and water park. We purchased the pool heat and BBQ and glad we did as weather was on the cool side. Loads of beach towels were a bonus! Property management was incredibly responsive on the couple of issues we had. Overall very comfortable and well equipped. Wear and tear starting to show on some furniture and just about time for a new coat of paint.

This house had everything we needed for the week. The pool and hot tub were great! The community pool, waterslides and splash area were also enjoyed! Thank you!

The house was wonderfully located to the Disney parks. The beds comfortable, heated pool and hot tub amazing. The kids loved the game room. The only complaint was the frying pans were in terrible shape. Toaster and blender need replacing. Absolutely, nothing that we couldn’t conquer. Would stay here again without hesitation.

This was home away from home. Excellent stay everything in the photo was perfect in the home . Me and my family was there for Christmas the kids and adults enjoyed our stay with the pool and game room. We had traveled from Greenville SC. Looking forward to book again soon.

Booked this property for Disney trip for family . House was just listed as described. Plenty of room and my grandkids loved the water park and the private pool

Property was as described. Spacious and comfortable stay. Great communication. Pool was fabulous for the family and the extra charge for pool heat was worth it. Location for Disney visits fabulous and other amenities close by. The reason we gave 4 star review instead of 5 was due to the security service at the gate of the resort which was appalling in terms of customer service. We decided to use Uber instead of hiring car which for us worked amazingly well and saved us stress of driving 3 cars and was cost effective due to proximity to Disney parks. However every Uber driver told us after their experiences at the gate they would no longer accept fares to Windsor Hills. The drivers and guests were treated with a total lack of respect often waiting in a line for over 30 minutes to get through security. One commented it was easier to get into the White House. After a day at the park with tired children who just wanted food then bed having to sit in a cab in excess of 40 minutes before the barrier was raised on a good number of occasions was inappropriate and disrespectful as we could and should have been able to use the empty lane for registered guests. This was denied. We often got out and walked which was not ideal especially when the children were tired after long days at Disney. If this is not rectified I foresee lots of issues ahead as def would put me off booking this resort in future. The Villa and resort were amazing but the security process needs overhauled asap.

Beautiful and cozy place. Prompt response. Good location-to Disney and universal.store and shops are close by, very convenient for everything. Highly recommend. Will definitely return for our next trip.

Family of 9, 3 generations. Lots of space, great location. Kids loved the game room and pool on our recharge day. Shopping and restaurants 5 minutes away, Disney 15 minutes. Thanks for hosting us!

The house was Simply amazing and so close to disney world. We enjoyed the pool, the playroom and the water park. I would recommend this house The beach towels really helped

Property was ready for us had a very nice stay pool/ spa great quiet neighborhood close to kids castle park 👍. We rented a grill it works fine very cheaply made probably would try a different supplier next time. Game room was fun thanks !

The house had plenty of space for our party of nine people. Kids had plenty of room to spread out. We really enjoyed the pool! Convenient to Disney and the development pool. The house is aging and needs a little refreshing, buy it is still a nice place to stay.

Great place for families especially if visiting Disney. Great back yard pool area for relaxation and recovery and children’s fun and activity. Lots of space inside and out. Community amenities and security are great.

While the owner was pleasantly quick to address issues that could be quickly addressed, other issues of concern require in-depth attention. The property is "tired," with peeling paint on kitchen drawers, rust, chipped paint, trace carpet stains, the missing knob on a dresser drawer, broken tile in the Master bathroom, potentially dangerous loose stonework around the spa, broken door handle on sliding glass door, intense mold/mildew conditions in the garage converted into game room. NOTE: Our grandkids, ages 4-11, did not notice ANY of the above and had a SPECTACULAR Disney vacation. Bottom Line: WITH ATTENTION TO THESE CRITICAL DETAILS, this could be a 5-Star property. PS. We hope the owners will take our critique as intended and not be defensive. Our objective is to provide informed caution for prospective renters and constructive observations for the owners.

If you plan to be at the Parks all day and not spending much time at home, this is your place. Nothing fancy or over the top. Definitely feels more like an older, well used and loved hotel. Traveled with 3 families and we had plenty of room for all 12 of us. The kids enjoyed the garage playroom to wind down at night. Don’t forget to buy trash bags either!

Wonderful home, location, and backyard.

Property is extremely run down and poorly maintained. Very dirty. Carpeting was filthy. Mold in bathroom. Bedding is aged.

We had 7 adults and 5 kids, plenty of room for all of us. Getting to Disney was a breeze and took 10 minutes. Great pool area, kids loved the game room, ping pong paddles need to be replaced. All resort workers we dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

Did not have any issues. Very spacious. Property managers easy to get a hold of. Very quick to respond and meet our needs. I highly recommend and will be staying here again!

We were probably 15 minutes to Disney and about 25 to Universal but we got blown out because of the hurricane and came back early. House was beautiful. Clean & way bigger than our family of four needed.

I don’t expect perfect but this was a lot, Within 10 minutes of being in the house I had people coming to tell me what was wrong. Contacted the owner at 4:08 so shortly after chexk in, one light was flickering, one rooms fan did not work at all and the hot tub was not hot. I was told they would send someone out, guy comes out & fix the light and says the fan has to be replaced and they will send somebody out to look at the hot tub. The next day and I still hear nothing. I call again, so day 3 after calling and someone finally comes out to look at the hot tub and replace the broken fan. They told me the hot tub looked fine and it was working. I was at the park so we did not get home until after 10. We turn the hot tub on and once again nothing hot tub was colder than the pool.. I reached out to the owner again and they said oh, you have to pay extra fee for that, I said, I intentionally looked at the description of this property, and it mentioned nowhere about an additional fee for the hot tub to be warm and she said oh well remember I told you there was a fee to warm the pool, well, I didn’t want the pool hot. I wanted the hot tub hot and she said oh well it’s the same thing. Sorry that I did not communicate that well. So you didn’t put it in the listing and you didn’t mention it when I booked it and you didn’t mention it when I told you that the hot tub was cold. ? So now we’re going on day four and the main reason we booked this was for the hot tub. so I told them go ahead and charge me for warming up the hot tub, that night we get back from the park again after 10 o’clock and once again, the water is cold I sent them a message. It was the next day before I got a response and I was told that the hot tub heater shuts off at 9 PM. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! so at this point I’m extremely frustrated obviously because unless you have a littles I don’t really know who’s gonna be finishing at the hot tub at 9 PM in Orlando if you’re going to parks so I paid for a hot tub that was useless I was told I would get a refund but I still have not and it’s been a week pass the trip., the additional beds in the house were extremely hard. Everybody woke up with back aches or neck pain every day so unless you like hard beds or have little kids, this isn’t the one. Location was good, the house was big it did have a urine smell, especially noticed it in the stairwell. Photos are pretty accurate of the house and served it’s purpose, but was extremely disappointed

Great location ! close to the parks and on a really nice gated community. The villa was spacious and equipped with everything we could need. The owner was really helpful and quickly responded to any and all of our questions. Highly recommended !!

The villa was just perfect for our family party of 10. We were very fortunate and spent nearly 3 weeks at the property. The location to all the Disney parks, Universal parks and International Drive etc. was fantastic with Magic Kingdom and Epcot being about 15 minutes away! The villa had everything we needed - and more - and the owner, Roman, has been just lovely and very helpful throughout the whole booking process and during our stay too (the pool netting got damaged in a thunder storm and he arranged for it to be fixed straight away). Windsor Hills is a lovely, safe, clean and well equipped complex and would thoroughly recommend it as a holiday destination whatever the size of your party. We were all very sad to leave 'our beautiful home' of 3 weeks and would book it again in a heartbeat if we ever came back to this part of Florida. Thanks Roman - we had the best time!

Our family of 9 loved the house and there was plenty of room for everyone! The owners and property manager were very quick to respond to any questions and were great to work with. Our grandkids (ages 4-8) loved the pool and game room (air hockey table is working:-). The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the large dining room table was appreciated for our large group. Plenty of bath and pool towels too. We went to Disney one day and it’s very close by. Shopping and restaurants close by too. We went to Cocoa Beach one day and it’s about an hour+ away. The community pool and water slides/splash pad were great and our grandkids loved it there. They have good food there too and the kids meals came with fries, Go-Gurt, fruit snacks, and a CapriSun drink. Great value and the kids loved them! You can buy drinks at the community convenience store too. We highly recommend this house! Thank you, Lori and Brent

We have rented homes a few times in the area when visiting Disney. This home was a great size. The master suite was especially comfortable and inviting. The pool area suited our needs very well. The kitchen had the amenities we needed to make meals. Really appreciated the ample beach towels and bath towels. The cleaning service put wet bedding away in the linen closet. We discovered it and dried it and put it away so it did not get moldy. A screen was ripped in the pool area when we arrived. They came and fixed it right after we called. We give the place two thumbs ups and would rent it again!

This property worked out perfectly for our three families to travel together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great sizes and great layout. The personal pool was great after returning from the parks in the evening. Short drives to all the parks and to local grocery stores for any needs. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

We had a great vacation! The Windsor Hills complex is awesome. The house is walking distance to the main pool, water park area and playground. The house itself was big, comfortable, clean and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!
