125 Steps to get down to the lake should have been clearly disclosed.

Perfect spot on Lake Lanier. Clean and homey. Had everything we needed. Dock was awesome, but the stairs to get down there were a bit of a workout, so probably not recommended for someone who has trouble with stairs. Otherwise, perfect.

We had a great time during our recent stay. The property is gorgeous and the views of the lake amazing. The surrounding area was very pretty as well and we saw a variety of wildlife including deer, foxes and chipmunks.
We had five people in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The teens enjoyed foosball and the video game machine.
The owner was very communicative and ultra-responsive to any inquiry.
We arrived after dark and the driveway was a bit imposing (it is pretty steep), but after we dealt with it once, it was a breeze. Also of note, there are a fair number of stairs inside the house and down to the lake. It's a great walk down to the lake, but would not be easy for anyone with mobility restrictions.
The surrounding area has everything you need as well. It is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and the outlets.
Overall, the house was fantastic and we would stay again in a heartbeat. I cannot speak highly enough of the property and the host. They put us at ease for every step of the trip and helped make it a great stay!

My family absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. It was perfect!!! There was plenty to do in the surrounding area. The cabin was just as described and was in great shape. We cannot wait to go back and enjoy the lake. The owners were great and very responsive. I would absolutely recommend this property.

We had such a great time with our family, plus our family friends! We loved the cozy, quaint feel of the lake house with the cutest towns not far away. The rustic decor made it feel home! The house inckuded everything we needed and more!

Enjoyed our stay. Cabin was quaint with a lovely view. Driveway was steep but drivable. Had one issue that was resolved promptly by owner. Accommodated our large family.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect. Although it looks small when driving in but we had plenty of room to move around without being on top of one another. The decor was full of rustic charm which I loved. The walk down to the lake is a steep one but that’s all part of the deal with staying on the lake as far as I’m concerned. But it could be tricky for some. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which made cooking a joy. The screened in porch was my favourite spot for coffee every morning.
The only thing I would say is that list of activities and places to rent boats and other lake toys would have been a helpful addition to the welcome book. A more comprehensive list of restaurants would have been good too. We found Papa’s Place on our last day and if we had know about it earlier we put would have gone everyday. So good! And not the usual chain you find on 400. All in all it worked out though Anita was very helpful when I rang her to ask some questions. I’d stay here again.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay, it was very peaceful. Would definitely recommend, awesome view. Except the stairs to get to the lake we’re definitely steep. But overall worth it.

Quaint cabin on the lake
Loved the atmosphere of this beautiful cabin. Enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the screened porch. Set up was adequate for our family of 6 adults and 3 small children.

We had an awesome stay! Kitchen was well-equipped and plenty of space for our family. As others have mentioned the path to the dock is steep with many steps but the the exercise was worth the reward to sit on the dock and reading. I do recommend parking up top since the driveway is steep.

A great little cabin, very rustic. A steep climb, but well worth the beautiful, and deep water dock at the bottom of the hill. The host was accessible and very easy to communicate with. A good value.

Great spring break getaway
Beautiful location on the lake, close to hiking, shopping, restaurants, and more. The house has all you will need to cook a good family meal and enjoy relaxing inside or out. Get your exercise in going down to the dock!

The host had everything we could need with kitchen staples, if anything was forgotten. The beds were very comfortable and the towels and linens were of higher quality. The 17 and 20 year old niece and nephew loved the bunk room and the foosball and multivideo arcade machine. The four adults enjoyed the time visiting in front of the fire. It was a perfect long weekend get away!

We enjoyed our time at this lake house. It was the perfect place to get away from the busy day to day. The location was ideal for us. The driveway was a bit treacherous, but there was parking on the street that we took advantage of. Quick Christmas Getaway to Dahlonega
We really enjoyed our time at this cute, rustic cabin. The view of the lake is gorgeous! It was a short drive to Dahlonega, and not far at all from restaurants and stores. The kids LOVED the downstairs area with the bunk beds and game area. We were a little nervous about the driveway after seeing some of the reviews - it is steep - but it was easy to navigate with a backup camera. Anita was quick to respond and we appreciated the bag of goodies that she left for us. We had a great time!

Beautiful Quiet Getaway
My family absolutely loved this Lake House. It was a wonderfully rustic and cute house perfect for a stay with the family. The house was clean and the owner responded quickly to any questions I had. The only thing I would state is that the bunkbed room is adjacent to the room downstairs so there really isn't much privacy for all of the people staying down there as sound carries in the house pretty good. Other than that it was a perfect little getaway. I especially loved the porches on each floor with seating to relax outside.

Great Winter Getaway
Enjoined I’ma short weekend at this property and it was so pleasant. It’sa quiet neighborhood and the home was clean. It also came stocked with tons of dry good essentials that can be easily forgotten (spices, oils, coffee). We asked a few questions with the owner and received very quick responses as well! The only cons are the steep driveway and steep stairs to the lake, but neither were a deal breaker for us. Thank you for providing an wonderful home for us to use.

Awesome house!
I came on a retreat here with my small group from church, and it was so fun! The house is insanely cool, and we enjoyed making meals together, playing games and walking down to the dock. Very relaxing! Anita was also super responsive and helpful. I could see this being great place to stay for my family too.

Great cabin on the lake. Very we’ll appointed. . The 130 steps down are easy to navigate. Good fishing off the dock and boat ramp is near by as well.

The cabin was ideal for my family and friends. The big hit was the screen porch and well appointed kitchen with everything you could want! We hosted a wedding brunch for 20 guests and the layout of the cabin was perfect! Highly recommend. The driveway and walk to dock are not for the weak of heart!

Celebrated my granddaughters 13th birthday with family. Loved the country cottage feel. Great location to outlet mall. Dock was excellent.
