Excellent, spacious apartment in a central location. worked very well for us as a family of four.

This property was perfect! Several restaurants and bakeries just steps away, and close to the water taxi stop. The rooftop deck was perfect for an evening glass of wine before heading to dinner. As is stated in the property description, there are several flights of stairs to reach the apartment, but it is well worth the climb. I would certainly rent this property again.

Friends and I stayed at this apartment for a few days after a cruise and fell in love with it. The apartment is organized nicely and it had lots of old world charm with plenty modern amenities. The staff was great and very helpful. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to Venice!

Location was perfect. Quiet neighbourhood. Spacious. Rooftop terrazza was a bonus. Would not recommend for anyone who cannot climb stairs, as the beautiful apartment is on the top floor. The owners were so helpful with everything and it was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.

Für 3 Paare ideal. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 gleichwertige Schlafzimmer mit je einem Badezimmer. Ein Highlight war für uns die Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Die Ausrüstung in der Küche ist für 6 Personen teilweise knapp bemessen. Es fehlen Espresso-Tassen, Zapfenzieher für Weinflaschen waren defekt.

If I could give the location 6 stars I would. Literally 10 minutes walk from every major site and 1 minute from a main water stop. The management service was quick to respond to email or text or call. Whatever you prefer. We only contacted them twice and that was to help us arrange water taxis. Cannot say enough good things. Do not hesitate to book this property.

This is a great family apartment. Three bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms really made it comfortable. Was great to have a/c in the bedrooms because it was very hot outside. The apartment has a lot of space and the roof terrace is such a bonus. Wonderful to have our own space when Venice is so crowded. The service from Views on Venice was fantastic- offers to help with transportation, quickly getting us an item (clothes drying rack) that was missing, and then, most of all, mailing me an item I’d left behind. We would stay here again. The mattress in the main bedroom needs to be replaced- you can feel the springs on the one side.

Le design est typiquement italien. Toutes les pièces sont belles et bien aménagés. les salles de bain sont grandes, belles et pratiques. 3 cac et 3 sdb avec une belle terrasse. Avoir un séchoir pour les vêtements (pour suspendre sur la terrasse). peut-être un parasol sur la terrasse pour réduire l’intensité du soleil car c’est une piece agréable à utiliser davantage.

The apartment was everything described! It was comfortable, convenient and absolutely perfect! While the interior was nice, the altana was ideal. We spent most of our time (when not sleeping) enjoying the sights and sounds from the altana. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a week and it was AMAZING. An apartment is totally the way to go in Venice. This is place is in a central location on San Marco, but far from the madhouse crowds in the Piazza or near the Rialto. It's decorated very tastefully, it was quiet and spacious. It has a gorgeous altana which is hard to find these days - AND - it has AC which was totally necessary the week we were there. It was 90+ with full humidity and I was never so happy for AC in my life. The VOV staff was super helpful and we had a GREAT experience. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a good location. 15 minute walk to Piazza San Marco, Basilica and water taxis to the nearby islands. 5 minute walk to the Grand Canal and St. Samuelle water bus station. The overall property was in good condition and clean, but one of the shower fixtures was not working properly and there were very few utensils in the kitchen. Otherwise, we had a great time and the check-in process was made very simple with an escort from the water bus station and a property walk through.

Set in a quiet street with two small groceries stores 2 minutes away and a lovely local bacari at the end of the street . The apartment is decorated immaculately in georgeous colours . Three excellent bathrooms with wonderful rain showers and a large bath . Sky TV with sports was a welcome find for our children ! The rooftop altana was a stunning place for early evening drinks and breakfast . In summary , wonderful flat , great location, superb comfort . Would not hesitate to recommend !

Très bel appartement, très bien situé. Un seul regret ... il a fallu se résoudre à partir! Mais comme à son habitude la Sérénissime distille ses incontournables attraits et nous invite inexorablement a toujours revenir. C'est sans aucun doute la Ca 'Del téatro avec ses confortables avantages et son quartier si calme et si vivant (quel paradoxe) qui, si les circonstances nous sont favorables, sera à nouveau notre lieu de résidence. Prévoyez simplement quelques Flutes de plus pour le Proseco c'est tout !!!!

Beautiful apartment, well designed and appointed, well located, easily accessible, well maintained and secure. Would not work for anyone who would have difficulty climbing stairs to the.3rd floor several times a day. The Views of Venice staff were excellent, professional and very responsive to answer any question or solve any problem.

Our family (6 people) stayed at this lovely apartment for the weekend. It was in a quiet neighborhood and only a 5 minute walk to the Piazza San Marco. Just down the street was a little supermarket and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and well stocked with amenities. The heat worked very well and there are even AC units in each of the bedrooms. The younger boys loved the loft bedroom area and a big plus was having wifi. Irene and the rest of the Views on Venice team were very professional and kind. I highly recommend staying here!

Excellent and very comfortable apartment, very central to everything. The only thing I would say we were all very cold as it's law we couldn't put the heating on. It's not allowed to go on till October 15th. The stay would of been better just putting heating on for an hour in morning and an hour at night.

Wonderful place, perfect location and great service!

We were thoroughly impressed with both the city and our accommodation. We were met by one of the HomeAway employees at the water taxi, she took us to the apartment and gave us a quick tour answering all of our questions and giving recommendations. The apartment is charming, very clean and comfortable and provided a great space for our party of six ladies who were in Venice to celebrate our mum's 60th. The upper floor is smaller than it looks in the photos but was ok for two of us who were happy to sleep together in a double bed. The downstairs bedrooms are more spacious - just to bear in mind if 6 adults. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to family and friends and we are using HomeAway a again later this year for a trip to Malta as the service is of a very high standard.

We loved the apartment in Venice we rented. The whole thing was well furnished, very comfortable for my husband and I, and our two mothers. We each had a bedroom with a bath. Check- in was easy, and fast. Our apartment manager for our stay helped us choose a restaurant just down from the apartment that was amazing. We arrived in Venice during a cold spell, 30 F, it was freezing! Views on Venice arranged for our transfer from the airport to the island, however the bay was not safe and they changed all the plans to safely deliver us by car and then by boat once on the island. All was handled and we didn't have to worry about anything. We cannot wait to go back to Venice, for a longer visit next time.

We travelled as group of three couples. The apartment was the perfect size and provided 3 separate bathrooms. The property was very clean and well maintained as well as accurately described on line. The location was perfect for what we had planned on our two stay in Venice. It was a 10 minute walk to St. Mark's square and close to many excellent restaurants. We walked to San Polo area and the Rialto Bridge within 15 minutes. The property manager Views on Venice staff was helpful and quick to respond to our emails during planning as well as during our stay. They arranged prompt private water taxi service to and from the apartment. A representative met our group at the water taxi stop and walked us to the apartment. She was very friendly and helpful.

Ca' Del Teatro is beautiful, quiet and restful, but close to all the action. Our family, 2 parents and 4 kids ages 13-8, were warmly welcomed by Marta who greeted us and oriented us to the apartment and all of Venice. We loved living in a neighborhood and it was a thrill to walk out to wonderful restaurants and shopping just around the corner. It was quiet at night and we slept so well. The apartment is well stocked, beautifully maintained and clean. We cooked a few times and loved the induction cooktop. We used the washing machine which worked well and showers were hot - only issue was the rain shower heads didn't work but the handheld showers worked very well. Highlights in Venice were a walk along the waterfront to the Giardini Publicci where we had a picnic, a gondola ride (I thought we would find it overpriced and boring, but it was beautiful, scenic and so fun to see Venice from a gondola - my kids enjoyed spotting the waterlife from the boat including crabs, mussels and jellyfish), an hourlong Vivaldi and opera concert (couldn't have stayed any longer with the kids), and of course a walk through the Basilica di San Marco. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone and we would love to stay again.

My family of five (all over 18 yeas of age) spent two nights in Ca' del Teatro in August 2013 . We found the apartment to be a wonderful headquarters for our visit to Venice. The furnishings and the fixtures were of high quality, with beautifully tiled bathrooms, a modern kitchen and air conditioning adequate for a major hot spell while we were there. The Views on Venice team made the reservation process easy and arranged our water taxi from the train station to the apartment and to the airport at the end of our stay. We were greeted at the dock, and after a short walk arrived at Ca' del Teatro. We were given a thorough tour of the apartment and advice about nearby grocery stores. But, we would have been fine if we had not been paying attention because there was a thick binder containing "everything you ever wanted to know about Venice " on the coffee table. The location is convenient to everything. Venice is surprisingly small, so all the major sights were within a comfortable walk. We all gathered on the rooftop patio on our last night, enjoying wine, cheese and prosciutto and listening to the sounds of Venice. Ca' del Teatro is perfect for a large family or three couples. Each of the three bedrooms has a beautifully appointed bath. The wi-fi met the needs of my need-to-be-connected brood and the satellite TV even provided multiple English options. Unfortunately, an unpleasant incident marred our arrival in Venice. But, even in that instance, the Views on Venice representative went well beyond anything we could have expected to help us deal with the issue--while she was on her phone trying to solve a similar problem for another Views on Venice client. Be sure to consider Views on Venice and especially Ca' del Teatro for your next trip to Venice.
