Great location for our trip to watch RussMatt baseball games. Property was clean with alot of indoor & outdoor spaces for our group. Multiple in-bedroom bathrooms for Multiple families. Looking forward to staying there again.

Overall it was a great stay! The house was big and beautiful, like the photos display. We enjoyed the pool (we always pay for heating and it worked great!) and the hottub. There wasn’t a lot of traffic through the neighborhood which made it calm and quieter than others we have stayed at. Having a lake in the background was a nice plus. It was beautiful and allowed for perfect sunsets. Our only negatives were the wifi was pretty spotty and there seemed to be a lack of towels/pool towels and cookware (pots and pans, not plates). These seem to be common negatives for VRBO homes but it does make it more difficult when preparing meals for the family and hanging out by the pool. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would book the house again if we could.

The property was as described on the website. The beds were comfortable, however for me I need a fan and one bedroom had one. The others had box fans, but they did not work.

The villa was great with all the amenities we needed. Very clean and welcoming. Communication with John was easy and he responded very quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed the property. The maximum sleeping space was excellent for our crew. We were a little disappointed that the pool heating correlated with the hot tub and I apparently didn’t read in the earlier correspondence that it had to be arranged prior to arrival and with extra charge. Otherwise, the accommodations were very good.

House was fantastic and very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped for the majority of your cooking needs. The pool and hot tub are fantastic as well.

Pillows need replacing. Some are yellow.

Family gathering for a wedding and getting all together. Property manager/owner were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had (which were few). Game room needs air...fans don't cut it. Games need refreshing/minor repairs. We were there for family time and the pool was wonderful! Thank you! Lori

We enjoyed our stay, would like too more trash cans in the rooms. Maybe time upgrade the living room furniture. We really didn't have a lot of time for relaxing and watching TV. I definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Enjoyed stay..everything went smooth

Our family stayed for a week and absolutely loved it! The house could use some minor repairs and new couches but this did not hinder our stay at all. We paid extra for the pool heat and it was a perfect temperature all week! The neighborhood is great and the home had plenty of room for our family of 4. The kids loved the game room as well!

Our stay was great! Everything was just as the pictures showed. The only downside was that we paid for the pool and spa to be heated and it still felt like an ice bath😩

We enjoyed our stay. We had some issues and the property owner was good at communicating and compromise, and I appreciate that. PROS: - Great location - Good layout- nice open concept - Pool and backyard are great - Comfortable beds CONS: - Appliances had issues and weren't fixed during the stay as was promised (leaks) - Property is "self catering", meaning you'll need to purchase anything you want to use. Each bathroom had the existing roll of toilet paper. One roll of paper towel. Limited dish detergent. Limited trash bags. This should be outlined in the description - Noticeable wear and tear throughout. Pleather couches are peeling, every single pool cue was missing its padded end, and there are some jagged and broken tiles in the pool area that are a legit hazard. Overall it was a good stay. We had some issues and it wasn't perfect, but I'd still recommend the property.

Everything is just as advertised. My daughters and I had a fabulous time. The weather was a little cold in the evenings and I would highly recommend paying for the heated pool/ spa. It was fantastic every evening after outings we were still able to get in the pool it was magical with the sunsets on the lake and the stars in the sky!

pool and hot tub was great! over all good, needs a good detailed cleaning, two dinning chairs broke some one came and fixed them but one broke again. i know you don't furnish TP but still you could be a little more generous with another roll.

It was definetly worth your money. Wish I would have paid for pool/spa heat but I will know this next time! The only thing I hated was the outside trash had alot of flies but it was an easy fix! Got insect killer at walmart and they were gone!

We came to Florida for my niece who is pregnant with her first child...needed a house to accommodate all 11 of us. This house did that with ease and the pool and hot tub were great for a little rest and relaxation. Would recommend this house to friends and would stay again if needed.

Everything was great. Hottub was a huge plus. Only issue we had was lack of Tp an# no trash bags. Had to make a store run. Just would make it easier keeping the house clean to have a supply of trash bags. Other then that, This house was awesome. Hopefully we will get it again next year.

Over all was good. Maintenance and cleanliness were sub par but not a deal breaker.

Everything you see is what you get .. beautiful home and great location.. I had teenagers and they all enjoyed there selfs even us as adults very comfortable if it was your own home ..

my stay was great being a Deputy and dealing with all of the drama of the world this home was the perfect quiet getaway I loved it didn't want to leave and it was a nice price communication with John was easy and he made sure everything was set..

Safe gated community. Beautiful home with spectacular lakeview with sunsets.

The pool takes a couple of days to heat up. There were small ants, which we called about. Also, a couple of minor things that were taken care if. Lots of room in the house. Overall a good stay. Would be excellent for families.

Everything was wonderful! Beds are great for sleeping and very comfortable. House layout was something i would build for myself. Love the pool and pool area. Many TV even on the patio. Isolated in a cul-de-sac so not really anyone looking at you while you are having fun.

Everything went well except we thought there was a gas grill out on the patio.

This was perfect for our family! We couldn’t have asked for a better place. We highly recommend it.

Everything you could want, and more! Comfy mattresses and very Clean, the bathrooms already had soap and TP. The kitchen had everything. The non-stick pots are a bit worn, so we used the others. The bathrooms and bedrooms and closets were all large and clean. This house had it all! I can’t wait to book again next year for a longer stay! It was perfect for our trips to Lakeland for baseball. Not far from the Orlando parks and mall shopping. The pool and spa were perfect, we did add heat and a bbq grill. The day sunshine and the sunsets were all perfect. The dock was great for fishing and family photos. Loved that it was a gated community. I really can’t rave about this place enough! We’ll be back!
