Our host was excellent in communicating with us. She met us at the apartment and showed us how to work everything. Great location and very spacious. The washing machine was a plus. Loved the city and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Trieste, althoug the weather could have been nicer. The more it rained the more we enjoyed to stay in Nicolettas apartment.

Shared the flat with a colleague going to Trieste for a conference. We enjoyed the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice and quiet flat with a beautiful terrace offering a fantastic view on the sea and harbor.

Wonderful place and location with beautiful deck to enjoy and view the beautiful Adriatic Sea and working Port. Very nice main bedroom and bathroom. VERY small 2nd bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped but just FYI no basic food like salt and pepper etc. We had a wonderful stay and our only complaint at all is that we don’t like fragrances and the sheets and pillows had a VERY strong cleaning fragrance to the point that we couldn’t use them. Of course this may not bother others at all. Over all we loved it and the host was was very nice.

Sehr nette FeWo, sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin, zweites Schlafzimmer nur "Notzimmer", preislich eher hoch, Küchenausstattung gut, Küchenmöbel könnten eine Überholung vertragen

Wir waren 3 Damen und haben uns in der Wohnung voellig wohl gefühlt, dazu haben natuerlich die zwei Bäder sehr viel beigetragen und die Terrasse (renovierungsbedürftig) mit dem schoenen Blick auf den Hafen und die super Sonnenuntergänge. Die naehe zu einer neuen Fußläufigkeit und damit verbundenen Bars und restaurants war einfach perfekt ! Mann konnte die Innenstadt zu Fuß bequem erreichen und viele neue Eindruecke sammeln. Wenn es etwas weiter sein sollte, war die Bushaltestelle gerade um die Ecke und in zwei Minuten zu erreichen. So sind wir dann auch ein kleines stueck alpen/Adria trail gewandert, wunderbar! Es waren perfekte 4 Tage!

The apartment was conveniently close to restaurants and the water. It was clean, comfortable, and had a nice porch with a nice view. The host Nicolleta was very responsive and helpful.

Wir fanden es super, alles da, sehr freundlich, absolut empfehlenswert. Triest war toll und die Wohnung ein super Ort zum Relaxen und sich auf neue Abenteuer vorbereiten.

I was in Trieste on work for a few days and this apartment was perfect. It was on a quiet street and the apartment itself was perfect, very comfortable and a beautiful view of the sea. When back in Trieste again I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, I thoroughly recommend it. Very near to all of the bars and restaurants yet very peaceful.

Die Wohnung hat viel Charm und ein tolles Aircondition, was wir bei ca . 30C sehr geschätzt haben. Parke in der Nähe war absolut unprblematisch. Von der Wohnung zum Hafen und in die Altstadt geht man ca 5 Min. zu Fuß. Gute Restaurants und ein Sparmarkt um die Ecke. Nicoletta ist eine sehr gute Vermieterin : freundlich, zuvorkommend und für alle Fragen offen . Wir haben und während einer Wochee hier sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen dieses Domizil gerne weiter !!!

Vacations do require some down time from tourist activities and this apartment is provides the comfort needed, especially on those rainy days when outdoor activities were curtailed. The apartment is spacious, airy, bright with a balcony that opens up to a marvelous view of the Trieste port and sunsets. Any meals on the balcony are delightful. The kitchen is well supplied and multi course meals can be prepared there should you be inclined to do so. We utilized the appliances and everything was in excellent repair, including the air conditioning and the electrically operated awnings which can be used to shield from the sun as needed. If questions or certain needs came up, the owner was very quick with responses and equally swift at fulfilling our requests. Quite remarkable and unforgettable! Should we be so fortunate as to visit Trieste on a regular basis, this is the place I would chose with family or just the two of us.

L’appartamento è ubicato in una zona centrale della città. E composto di due camera, una matrimoniale spaziosa ed un altra usata come matrimoniale ma limitata negli spazi. L’appartamento e ben organizzato, luminoso e gode di una bella terrazza con vista mare/città , ed una sala con due divani e due poltrone ed una zona pranzo , necessarie per godere in relax il soggiorno a Trieste.

Spacious apartment. Well located. But bathroom and kitchen need urgent attention (fittings, decoration, electrics, aircon condensate drains into the bath etc). Also, as we left the apartment spotless, the owner appears to have confused our booking with another which is a bit concerning.

Clean, spacious, great views, convenient location. Best of all the owner is extremely responsive to every need or unexpected circumstances -- such as shipping an article of clothing inadvertently left behind. Highly recommended.
