La experiencia increíble; el sitio súper céntrico, las instrucciones super claras (por ejemplo mejor seguir las indicaciones para llegar al parking que son mucho más sencillas que la vuelta que te hace dar Google Maps), la habitación super limpia, cómoda, confortable, con unas pedazo vistas a la Plaza Mayor... tengo previsto volver en unos meses y repetiré alojamiento sin dudarlo. Coincidí con el personal de la limpieza y también super atenta.

Location, good noice isolation.

The staff. A lot of stairs, even the room was in two levels. I didnt like the staffs way to communicate by using sms, whatsup and e-mails.

The location was perfect with a great choice of restaurants on our doorstep. Having a washing machine available was excellent, and iron worked very well. The internal roller blinds as well as the external shutters were appreciated.

I would have liked to have a kettle as well as a coffee maker, and a clothes rack suitable for drying several loads of washing. The external roller blind outside the window next to the bed didn't appear to have any means of control, but the shutter worked properly so it wasn't a big problem.

The location is its main attraction and also its main weakness. Very high tech & specification flat on 1st floor overlooking the square.

Access to the flat is via a fancy high-tech virtual keyboard below the door handle which only shows the numeric pad once you put your hand over the door handle. While this is quite impressive in theory, in practice it didn’t work very well. Having said that help was just a phone call away. The car pass didn’t work either. You drive to the square, dump your bags and then park the car 500m away.
