Second time we have been to this apartment and we will return. It has all required amenities and is based in a great location. Also a great price.

We had an amazing time at christine's apartment. It us oerfecrly situated. Literally a 2 minute walk to Tomb of the Kings Road where there are loads od pubs and restaurants to choose from. The balcony area is massive and very private and the sea view is amazing. To be able to sit and watch the sunset every night was just perfect. Check in was so simple as christine gives you a full run down with pictures of what to do and where to go - this was veryy helpful as we arrived late in the evening and very tired!! Overall the place was just lovely and we will be back 🙂

Had a fantastic week in this lovely apartment. Everything was perfect. Powerful shower, comfy bed, loved the Nespresso machine (now we want one at home) short walk to loads of great restaurants, great gas barbecue and the icing on the cake at the end of every day was the amazing sun set. If you arrive late at night like we did, the 24 hour bakery a short walk away has everything you'll need to tide you over till you can go shopping. If it's good enough for the local police officers to have their coffee and cake there at 1am, it's good enough for us! First class service from Christine. Extremely helpful and the access info and directions were spot on. We will be back!

We could have asked for a better apartment and location.

Had a lovely 8 night stay at Christine’s beautiful apartment. The terrace is amazing and view’s of the sunset absolutely stunning. Everything in the apartment was perfect from the powerful shower (once we’d followed the instructions correctly 🙄) to the super comfy beds. Plenty of hangers (one of my bug bears) and kitchen fully equipped with everything you’d need. The Nespresso machine takes the small capsules if you wanted to bring them in but there is a wide selection at the Alpha Mega store on the road up to the old town. Christine’s information packs are comprehensive and invaluable; everything you need to know is covered right there and her communication impeccable. We are already looking at our diaries to see when we could get back. Don’t hesitate to book this lovely home from home.

Thank you Christine for the opportunity to stay at your lovely apartment. Your communication was excellent throughout and the apartment was just what we needed for a restful week. We enjoyed its location to the beach (and beach bar), the harbour and old town which we visited during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The instructions on how to make use of everything were very easy to follow and the balcony setting just great.

Excellent clear and thorough communications during and after the booking process. Lovely location, quiet, spacious apartment, very well equipped and with great views. Particularly comfortable beds. A great base for exploring the many attractions of the region by car. We’d strongly recommend it!

Perfect location, close to beach and town amenities

A very well-equipped and comfortable apartment in a perfect location. The sun terrace is huge and provides spectacular views. From the initial booking, Christine’s communications were great; she was really helpful in every aspect (including recommending a local car hire firm which we were glad to use). The arrival process was completely hassle-free because of Christine’s clear advice, and the whole apartment was extremely clean with comfortable beds, lots of good quality towels, a comprehensive book collection and bbq facilities.. A beautiful place to stay - we’re already looking forward to our next visit

Just spent one week at this penthouse apartment, was easy to find. Instructions from Christine spot on! Ideal location for shops and restaurants, with only a short walk. Clean and tidy. Had everything you would need. The bed was really comfortable. The balcony is very large and although there are umbrellas (can still get burnt through them) we would have preferred a more permanent shaded area as the sun was on it most of the afternoon (but that's just personal choice) We sat out in the evening to watch the sunsets. You are not overlooked. Being a penthouse it is up two flights of stairs, which is ok for young knees but we would probably not return due to this. The note about opening the doors and windows to let the breeze through really works, we only needed the Aircon on in the bedroom. And the ceiling fans work really well too. Overall we had a lovely week here and can recommend this apartment.

Had a brilliant 13 days at this apartment, well equipped, clean, and an amazing terrace.. excellent location, close to beach, shops, restaurants.. good bus service.. Great apartment, fantastic private balcony, relaxing two weeks. Positioned well for exploring Pathos, being close to both shops and restaurants, the nearby harbour, bus stops in all directions and a sandy beach for swimming (if you can get past the seaweed). Apartment was so well equipped I'm sure we'll be missing some items when we return home. The most important item for a relaxing break is a good quality bed and mattress. This apartment had it all. Apartment was excellent and very well located. My wife did miss a swimming pool though (we did know this when we booked). Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Fifth time we have stayed there.

We found the apartment very spacious and in a great location. 15 to 20 minutes walk to all the good restaurants and a 5 minute walk from a shopping mall. The balcony is huge and probably the envy of all the neighbours. Fabulous view as well. I dealt with Christine and she was fabulous as we had to change the dates a few times due to covid. We highly recommend this place and are hoping to return.

Best property we have ever stayed in on the island of Cyprus .. Communication and cleanliness were of very high standard , will not hesitate to book again !

Lots of space inside and out. Everything you need for a great stay. UK and international TV was a real bonus. Would rent again without hesitation.

This place is really fantastic and I don't know what to add more. Location is marvelous - 5 minutes walking (one can even go barefoot :)) to sandy beach with rocks in the water, the beach which you can see from the huge ~100 m2 terrace, really nice place to have a breakfast or an evening drink - looking at picturesque sunset! And a shower on the terrace gives the big pleasure once you're back from the beach. On the other hand it is extremely quiet and calm, no trespassers nor passing cars, absolutely no noise over the day neither at evening. You're simply in private in front of the turquoise sea. Two big bedrooms, a big living room (all air conditioned) and huge kitchen perfectly equipped (only dishwasher missing, which at the end is not a problem really). Good wi-fi, selection of books and DVD movies but TV I even did not try to use as there is plenty of activities all around. Walking distance (20-25 minutes) to Tombs of the Kings or to the harbor castle and Kato Paphos archaeological site (along the beach or across the city). There are plenty of restaurants over there, I recommend KingFisher, Dias Zeus and Three Little Pigs plus Hondros near the harbor (but I'm sure there are more of them very very good, simply to less time to visit all around) and Ben's pub :) or the morning coffee plus some sweets in the near bakery (sometimes we took it away to enjoy on the terrace despite of having two coffee machines in the kitchen). Having a car we visited as well lots of nice places: few beaches in the neighborhood, Avakas Gorge, Petra tou Romiou, Limassol with Lady's mile beach, Kolossi, White Stones, Akrotiri Lake and monastery of Agios Nikoalos ton Gaton, Platres and waterfalls, Kykkos monastery, Pissouri, even Agia Napa and Capo Greco - the farer one. 10 days is to less to enjoy the island, even without northern part. Plus Christine is the perfect host, answering each question in few minutes, so nice and so helpful. As well Mark is really helpful, we had a small problem, which was sorted out practically immediately with no issues. Thanks for both :) Really recommend to pick this place for holidays in Cyprus and I'm going to advise it to all my friends :) Piotr

Excellent location: quiet neighborhood,150 m to Pharos beach, 3 mins walk to bakery, several good restaurants and pubs and bus stop, 5 mins walk to Kings Avenue Mall and 20 mins walk to Harbour 3. The apartman was well equipped. (especially with A/C to combat the heat)Owner was really kind and supportive.Location was excellent.And the place was much larger than what you expect for the price.Super cute goats nearby.

We stayed at this property for a little over 3 weeks sadly we were due to stay for the month but had to return a little early . Christine was brilliant and contacted us to make sure we were aware of how things were happening in Cyprus re flight cancellations etc as a result of Coronavirus it was much appreciated , her communication was excellent throughout. The property was brilliant it was very close to the kings shopping mail and a stones throw from lighthouse beach we made the most of all the lovely walks every morning and spent many a relaxing hour out on the wonderful balcony which had uninterrupted views of the sea which was stunning. The flat was well equipped and my husband made good use of the internet TV watching all his normal sports channels just like at home , in fact it felt like home after only a couple of days and i can't think of anything that i would change . I really hope we get to visit again in the not so distant future and would love to stay there again .

We stayed at the apartment over Xmas and New Year unfortunately the weather was not kind to us. We experienced thunder storms, torrential downpours of rain and storm force winds which meant most of the holiday was spent looking out at an angry sea from the apartment. We had a problem with the water supply but Mark from the management team came and sorted the problem for us, he was very efficient. The apartment is in a good location for bars and restaurants and I'm sure the terrace is ideal when the weather is good.

We stayed a week in this lovely apartment and can honestly say its one of the best we have ever stayed in. It was spotless, well equipped, spacious with a fantastic roof terrace. The kitchen had everything you need should you wish to self cater with lots of extras in the cupboards such as oil, tin foil and spices, and there was also a gas bbq on the terrace. The king sized bed was so comfy! The location was perfect, quiet and so close to the sea but also lots of restaurants just a five minute walk away. There was a bus stop nearby too where you could visit other parts of Paphos or further afield. It was out of season when we visited so a lot of the places were closed for winter but we found plenty still open for eating out etc. It is a lovely 15 minute walk to the harbour which is beautiful. There is also a large supermarket in the huge shopping mall a ten minute walk away. Christine has been super in her communication throughout the booking process etc and we would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend this apartment. It is such good value for money.
