Semaine très agréable, en famille et entre amis, le calme de la propriété est très agréable, cependant la maison est un peu éloigné des commodités, seul petit point négatif sur la propreté, en particulier sur la vaisselle.. nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'extérieur de la maison est vraiment très agréable.

De slaapkamers vallen nogal klein uit en er komt steeds overal zand te liggen van juist buiten het huis, op het terras en ook binnen. Verder is het heel goed uitgerust en is het zwembad super! Ook de lokatie krijgt een 10!

Super maison, situation idéale, piscine ultra agréable.

La maison de Grégory est superbement bien placée, sur les hauteurs du lac, un jardin arboré et une grande et belle piscine. Gregory a été extrêmement disponible et prévenant, on reviendra avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, le temps d'un week end. L'extérieur est superbe, la piscine est très agréable et en plein soleil l'après midi. la table de ping pong est un réel plus. La maison est bien équipée pour les repas, les espaces intérieurs sont un peu petits (salon & cuisine) mais la terrasse couverte permet de se rassembler autour de la table. Un petit bémol pour une des chambres qui en faite est en mezzanine ouverte sur la cuisine et le salon, compliqué pour l'intimité. En dehors de cela, il s'agit d'une maison bien située et bien équipée pour passer quelques jours dans un coin paradisiaque.

La villa est parfaite avec de nombreux équipements (pour la cuisine notamment). Tout est prévu, même quelques jouets pour les enfants. Pour l'arrivée la procédure qui permet d'être autonome est vraiment appréciable. Nous n'avons utilisé qu'une fois la piscine en raison du temps mais cette dernière était bien chauffée et le large espace extérieur est vraiment agréable. Au top, nous avons hâte de revenir.

Grand espace à l’abri des regards, la réception par la boîte à code est parfaite (merci au loueur pour l’autorisation d’arriver plus tôt en période creuse). Conforme à l’annonce, mais température de la piscine 15,6 trop juste pour se baigner le 1er jour. Heureusement le lendemain il fait 30 degrés donc la température montera à 21,5. Comptez un peu plus de 10 minutes pour aller à la plage centrale de Lacanau . Un bon week-end de passé.

Propriété très bien située avec tout le confort nécessaire pour de longues vacances. Plein d'activités à proximité et super d'avoir la piscine pour se prélasser au soleil !

Belle villa confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner pour bcp de monde. La piscine est top, super bien chauffée, de bonne taille et éclairée la nuit.

Super séjour reposant dans cette villa vue sur le lac avec piscine chauffée. La villa offre tous les accessoires de cuisine et est très pratique pour les familles. Le propriétaire est disponible, très pro et arrangeant. Le jour de notre départ, il nous a laissé profiter de la belle journée et de la piscine toute l’après midi. Dès que nous pourrons, nous y reviendrons!

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Lacanau. The villa is so well equipped, it really does have everything you need. It is clean and the beds are comfy. The pool is fantastic and the view of the lake wonderful. The villa is in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. The lake is down quite a long, steep hill from the villa - you may need to drive if you have lots of little children or kit. Cycling is so easy, you have to go down the hill and through to Le Moutchic to access the main cycle paths, but it is definitely worth it. We really enjoyed our week there, with lots of activities - cycling, aqua park, high ropes and 'pool time'.

Nice house in quiet area, pool was excellent / well heated. Kitchen well stocked with equipment and large fridge plus additional wine/beer fridge. Wifi worked well, TV (Netflix etc...) all accessible. Highly recommend the area as plenty to do / cycle trails / walks / surfing / swimming.

We had a happy holiday at this charming rustic villa, by far the best feature is the pool. I only give a 4 out of 5 as I think attention to detail was lacking when I compare my visits to other villas. However the owner was very attentive and the property generally well equipped. The immediate area is quiet, but within close distance there are lots of activities. The villa is situated at the top of a hill which is quite a challenge by bike (on the return). However, once navigated the area has lots to offer by bike, usually on safe trails. We managed to cycle to Lacanau but it was the max my 9 year old would cycle. Further afield by car there is also loads to explore. We would definitely come back to see and do more.

The location is great, tucked away in the forest, although a bike is a must as it is a bit too far to walk to the lake with little ones. All in all we had a great stay and would recommend

A great place to stay for a family vacation! Located in a quiet area, while at the same time close to all the activities in the area (ocean, lake etc...). The house is perfectly equipped to welcome young children.

The description is very good, great tips and advice is provided. The house is clean and very well maintained, nicely decorated and well equipped. Beds and matresses are good and new - we really appreciate this! The area is very calm. Pool and garden are very nice, too. I would not come with more than 8, otherwise the second bathroom might become a bottleneck. Also during great heat the Mezzanine becomes very hot. Otherwise it was almost perfect, only the Wifi stopped working on the second day and the owner could not get the local Manager to come and fix it. We would certainly recommend the place and will come back ourselves. The Lacanau area is wonderful, we keep coming back as the combination of sea and lake is unique!

Well appointed with good provision of necessary items the big winners are the heated pool (many of the rentals in the golf area are unheated) and the recent addition of a table tennis table. This keeps the kids outside having fun. For those not familiar with the area, the location is spot on, near the lake and a short drive to the beach so there is pleny to do and when it is windy for the beach, it is perfect for the lake. We used Bo and Co for the surf lessons fo the kids and the waterski school at the bottom of the drive. The local region Cap 33 programme is also great - check it out at the lake as most activities are free. The house itself has a great veranda which is good for out door eating. All rooms have shutters for lie ins and the kitchen has all necessary items. We didnt really use the lounge, but there is ample space for all to escape each other as well as spend time together. I would definitely head back!
