Our family loved staying at this property. The community is charming, the beach chairs that were included were great and we all enjoyed our time in Carillon Beach tremendously! The condo was as advertised. It was clean and the location was very convenient. We will be back!

This condo fit my family of 5 perfect! The location is perfect. Atmosphere is amazing! Would definitely recommend.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at the beach staying in this condo. The beach club access, pool, and beach chairs were just a few minutes walk away. We also enjoyed having the pizza shop and cafe on the bottom floor. The condo itself had great communal spaces downstairs for the family to congregate, and the individual rooms upstairs were well-maintained.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Happy Place. Beautiful condo in a beautiful place. Can't wait to come back!

We love the Carillon community though there are some maintenance issues within the property that need to be dealt with, it in no way diminished the enjoyment we had at staying in this particular condo!

The house is in the perfect location in the neighborhood. It is a great 2-bedroom house! The only suggestion is that the carpet needs to be replaced in the house. It's very worn down and needs to be replaced. The house was very clean and would definitely stay there again.

The condo was nice with just enough room. Could use new skillets and cooking utensils. Enjoyed our week and having 2 lounge chairs on the beach dedicated to our condo was a plus. Loved the quietness of family friendly Carillon.

The property is in a prime location and the private beach is very, very nice. Lots of elbow room. Beautiful community. We will definitely go back. The condo owner was flexible and worked with us to allow us to stay a little longer due to a later flight. Hurricane Fred kind of spoiled the last day, but we made the best of it - can't control the weather.

Possibly our best beach vacation we have had! The condo was in a great location called Carillon Beach....away from the down town PCB area and is great for families not wanting the hustle and party atmosphere. Condo was well appointed and slept 5 very comfortably. It's a close walking distance to the private beach and overlooks the retail stores of which there are nice restaurants etc. Our family will return again!

We took a family vacation here for first time not knowing what to expect. It was more than we imagined. The location is just perfect! The condo was perfect for our family and the pool/community and beach was terrific. The owner is very accessible and always went out of her way to help if needed. We would come back without any hesitation in the future.

First, Natalia was gracious and helpful throughout the entire process. She responded to every email quickly, kindly and with great information. The entire episode was simple. The property was as advertised, and Carillon as a whole was perfect for our family. Everyone was very nice. Beach access was great, and having reserved beach chairs was so convenient. We took advantage of many amenities with ease. Everything we needed off property was close by. It was just great overall. We do hope to come back here within the next couple of years, and we will definitely try to stay here again. Highly recommended

This beautiful condo is in an ideal location for a family beach vacation! It is in a lovely, quiet community with lots of amenities and access to a beautiful beach. The property owner was exceedingly helpful and gracious -- she and her husband even brought over a birthday gift for my 5-year old granddaughter! I can't say enough good things about the owner and this excellent accommodation!

We arrived to a dirty rental. Only the bedsheets had been changed. Even the towels that were hanging were used and dirty. The kitchen cabinets had food on them and some of the dishes were still dirty. I called the owner, Natalia. She sent the housekeeper back to clean. When the housekeeper arrived, she was visibly mad. She told me that Natalia books the condo back-to-back and she doesn’t have time to clean it. She stayed 20 minutes and cleaned the kitchen sink, bathroom sinks, and toilets. Later that day, I spilled a glass of water in the living room. I used a paper towel to wipe it and it was black from the dirt on the floor. The grill was missing. When I called Natalia about it, she told me there wasn't one, but the photo and description showed differently. We also found the dryer broken, (this might explain the dirty towels) after my daughter did a load of laundry. We had to go to the laundromat to finish up. The sofa was so broken down, that we could only sit in the chairs. The bathroom off of the bedroom had a shower drain that was clogged and the toilet ran the whole night. When I told the owner, she said, “thanks for letting me know”. Natalia offered to refund two nights of our stay if we would leave early. We couldn't find a hotel in the area and would have lost all of the food we had brought. The refund did not include any of the fees. Finally, while we were out kayaking the day before we left. Natalia had a service repair man come inside to repair the dryer without telling us. Our handbags were sitting in the living room. There is much more, but I think you get the picture. The rental needs many repairs, a deep cleaning and some new furniture. It would be nice if VRBO had a feature to download photos from guests. The owner does not take responsibility. I would avoid this rental, unless you have a lot of kids and don’t want to worry about anything.

Excellent condo - and great location if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the Florida Panhandle. Enjoyed being able to easily walk to the beach (five minute walk) and also walking around the nice Carillon Beach community. Condo was "as advertised" - very nice two bedroom condo. It was actually larger than what we expected from the pictures. We also enjoyed the balcony that ran the width of the first floor. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Loved the area, hate PCB but this area was perfect!!

Our family of four stayed here for a wedding that was at Carillon Beach. The unit had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the central location of this unit, and the patio off of the back was a great place to relax after the festivities of the day. The owner was easy to work with and we would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Property was perfect for attending a family wedding at Carillon. We would love to return another time for more than a weekend!

Our family and of 6 had a great time at the property. Online booking was easy, host communication was quick, property was awesome. Lots of amenities. The boys played basketball everyday when not at the beach. Close to many restaurants and shops.

Overall this condo is perfect for our family of four. It was right in the heart of downtown Carillon Beach. Even in the midst of a pandemic we really enjoyed ourselves. There was a limited number of people allowed in the pool at all three locations, however, we were pretty much at the pool from sun up to sundown. When we were not at the pool we were at the beach... during our visit we only had a couple of issues come up. One was the waterline got hit and we lost water for half a day. However the owner immediately started researching to figure out what had happened. Obviously this is not their fault and nothing that they could’ve done to prevent that. It also did not prevent us from having any less fun. Our only negative was that the condo wasn’t as clean as we would’ve expected. There was food on the kitchen floor and mold growing around the window seal in the bathroom. Again none of those things would stop us from coming back again!

This property was just what my family needed after 2 months of a Stay-at-home order. Clean, comfortable, and in a great beach community. We will be back.

This unit was the perfect size for the two of us, located in the Carillon Beach Community. It has all the amenities a person would need. Very clean with beach decor, is bright & cheerful as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed morning walks to the beach, only 2 blocks away in this quiet community and sitting out on the nice balcony over looking Market St. We had a small issue when we were checked in, Natalia had a handyman there to take care of it promptly. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked this unit again for 2021. Thank you Natalia for having such a nice unit. The Nolting's

We love Carillon beach, and we go there every year. Such a pleasant and relaxing, safe place to vacation. The set back was housekeeping. Rugs in the bathroom were filthy. Utensisils were dirty as well. The towels in the bathrooms were still wet. When I checked the lint vent in the dryer, it looked liked it had not been cleaned in months. Upon arriving, the smell of sewage filled the air. Mornings and evenings on the patio caught wind of the sewage aroma as well. All and all we had a great vacation! Thank you kindly.
