Came here with friends for 30th birthday. Couldnt fault anything. The owners were really helpfyl with suugestions on things to do. Cottages were warm and the big cottage had plenty of space forus all to eat together. hot tub and health club great too.

Large family get together & there was something for everyone. Fishing was perfect (right by the main cottage), kids loved the donkeys & play areas & games room. We all loved the China Fleet club. Even though weather was cold, we felt warm all the time. The owners were really helpful on advice for restaurants and beaches (Seaton was lovely!)

This was a family get together to celebrate my mother;s 90th birthday. We took all four cottages even though we could have fitted into 3 as there were only 20 of us. I could find no fault with the weekend (apart from the weather - which could have been better. But if you will insist on being born in January, what can you expect!) The cottages were all warm and very nicely furnished. The China Fleet club & the hot tubs in 2 of the cottages were great for the younger members of the family. We really appreciated the massive dining table in Gulliver, which, even though it only sleeps 12 itself, could be extended so that all 20 of us could sit down together. A really good touch this. We enjoyed our trip to Seaton beach & the fresh fish shop at Looe (recommended by the owners) was superb.

Really nice place. Grounds are lovely and well kept. Fishing great. Kids loved the donkeys and the china fleet club was a huge success. The cottages were all really nice and the biggest one gulliver had a oversize table so we could all sit down.
