An extra bath would have been nice but we all had a great time. This place has just about everything you could need. It comes well stocked with paper towels, plates, napkins and disposable dinnerware. The swimming pool was great along with paddle boards and kayaks. Location was very convenient to groceries and dining. Plenty of towels for everyone. Check out couldn’t have been easier. Definitely hated to leave and hopefully we’ll make back next year.

This house is amazing. The amenities are unlike any house we’ve stayed at. The house is large with a great layout for large families and located in a safe quiet area. Communication with the property manager was quick. Our family of 11 were all happy with the stay.

I’m not sure I have the words to describe how absolutely perfect this property was for our vacation. Everything. Anything you could want or what we did want was right where it should be. The only bad part of our trip was that it ended. Kayaks, heated pool, high end and supersized grill, outdoor seating area, comfy beds, fully appointed kitchen (with condiments and spices), coffee, well thought out welcome guide, and Publix only a half a mile away. It’s peaceful, large and with a great layout for larger families. Safe area, quiet and nice place. We will be back!

This home was absolute perfection! Our family had the best vacation in this idyllic spot! We were devastated to leave and are desperate to return! Everyone had their own space, plenty of activities in and out of the home, private boat and jet ski deliveries available, responsive and helpful property management team, thoroughly cleaned, thoughtful supplies, overall dream house on the water.

We stayed here with my family of 11 people, all ages and we were so happy with the house! The view and location were amazing. The amenities are unlike any other rental property we have stayed at. The communication with the host was so fast and timely, and we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

I cannot begin to say enough great things about this property. When they say they have EVERYTHING, it was so true. So many beach towels, bath towels, spices, pans, kitchen products, fishing poles, coolers, tents! We didn't even need paper plates/napkins or cups! The check in was very easy and nothing to have to clean or do for check out was shocking! The area was great, the beach was walking distance, but tough if go with younger kids or carrying alot. There were 2 beach accesses nearby and free parking! So we loaded cars for beach days. Stuart Beach, which was 5 mins from house also had public bathrooms and a cool tiki bar w/ food. The drinks and food were very good. I would definately rent here again!

This house was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of room for 2 families. The beach toys, games, bikes and etc had something for all of us. The kitchen was totally stocked, plenty of toiletries and the little gifts in the boxes were the icing on the cake. The property management was very accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here or at another BHIP property again.

This property went above and beyond my family’s expectations. It was a perfect house for everyone including 3 small children. Everything was taken care of and the check in/check out process was seamless. The house was very clean, well stocked and large enough for three generations with many sleeping options. The kids loved the bunk bed room. We swam, caught fish from the dock and saw several dolphins. Any request we had was dealt with by Al right away. We had a great week.

Our 3 families had a wonderful time staying at this house! They really think about everything and when they say they think about everything, they mean it! The disposable products, condiments extra toiletries, to slippers and hidden treasures for the kids..it was phenomenal! Having a heated pool and hot tub were especially helpful for a few cool days we had! There is no reason to get board at this house! We loved having the water shoes, bikes and life jackets for every age!! Al was quick in response to any questions! Highly recommend for any ages we had 12 of us with ages 3-81 and there was plenty of room!

Can not say enough about the property. So clean, great sitting areas , really comfy beds, dining room table seats 12 ,beautiful view, great swimming pool and hot tub. We all really enjoyed finding “hidden treasures “ in the house.. You don’t need to buy laundry products, kitchen dish soap, dishwasher tablets, sunscreen, insect repellent, beach toys and towels, chairs , kayaks, life jackets. Loved the cappuccino pods , delicious. We recommend using insect repellent at dawn and dusk. The no see um’s insect really caused a lot of itching for several of us .. Weather was terrific,. Mid to upper 70’s. Many great beaches to go to . We well be back !!

This service team understands what is meant by going on vacation and making things very easy. Would highly recommend this house/mgmt team.
Two things:
1) Visit the house prior to going shopping. - There is a ton of stuff here with kitchen/bug srpay/Sunscreen etc..
2) The house sleeps so many more than is described.
We only had 10 people but could have fit another family easily
Bunk beds are 8 singles in the bunk room.

Superb customer Service
The property was excellent and as described. We had six grand children under 12 and there was every possible water related toy/equipment one could think of from kayaks and paddle boards all the way down to the smallest pair of water shoes. Al Roberts was very responsive to any type of inquiries from things to do, locations of activities etc. we might have. There were no pickup/cleaning requirements prior to leaving for our return trip home, as the cleaners took care of everything. Can’t rate the entire experience high enough.

Best VRBO ever!
This place had everything, endless paper products, every baby item you need (pack n plays, monitors, sunscreen, swim diapers, etc) waters, coffee/tea for the whole week, gift basket with snacks, fidgets for kids and tons more! We’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this was the most thoughtful, clean, beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. It was about a 7 minute walk to the beach, super easy though with sidewalks on A1A. The backyard had all the water toys you need, kayaks, huge tricycle, paddle boards, and tons of fishing stuff. Also the garage has every beach item you need, chairs, boogie boards, toys, umbrellas, canopies, and so much more. We had 7 kids with us ranging from 1-12 years old and 4 adults, there was plenty of space for all of us!

Super nice house fully equipped
The house had it all and I mean ALL. You don’t need to bring anything but your clothes. Al is a very hands-on manager and replied to each request the same day and took care of it accordingly. Can’t say enough good things about it. You have to see and experience it for yourself.

Paradise for sure!
Not only is this property as beautiful as pictured, but it is also amazingly clean, well-stocked and well managed. We had a multi-generational family group and the weather cooperated to allow us to spend most of our time in the back yard or on the water. We used the 2 paddleboards and Al brought us a second kayak so that we could take those out together too. Will definitely return to this or another BHIP property!

WOW. House and Location are hard to beat!
We had a blast at this Stuart, FL location. The house was just as described and even more stocked than anticipated. Beds, even the bunk beds, were comfortable. I would not bank on sleeping on the sofa bed in the apartment unless you put kids in there but it has a separate/garage entrance and not attached to the house. Al, the Property Manager, is great to work with.

Great place for relaxing vacation!
The house was very clean, spacious and had absolutely everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Only a short trip to the beach but we spent a lot of time at the pool and enjoying the back yard. The view out the back was amazing and the sunsets were gorgeous. If you are looking for a chill, relaxing vacation ... look no further.

This place was amazing and I have never stayed at a place that makes you feel so welcomed into their rental. There were so many little touches that made the trip even more enjoyable. Also, great place to stay with the pups. There was plenty of room for our party of 12. This property and it's owner makes sure you are able to truly enjoy your vacation Communication was great and all questions answered quickly. Can't wait to come back!!

Our group had a lot of fun-the house is exactly as advertised. Lots of room to spread out and the pool was fantastic! We had a plumbing issue and it was fixed within 90 minutes. Al was a great property manager. Great location.

A reunion
Life gets crazy and before you know it, you have not spent real quality time with your friends. It has been years since our friends have reunited and done something together more than a meal. We decided to get together to celebrate a couple of their 40th birthday. This house was perfect for adults and for our children. I honestly believe we enjoyed the amenities more than the children. Al, the manager, was so welcoming and generous. The house had everything you could imagine...I mean everything. Thank you for helping us create a memory. I expect this will not be the last year we use this company.

Beach Houses In Paradise exceeds expectations!
We booked our rental one year in advance for a large group! Covid-19 caused the rules to change for occupancy numbers per property! Property Manager, Al Roberts was able to provide us with a second beautiful home at no cost to us so we didn't have to cancel our vacation plans! You won't be sorry you chose one of these homes! All you need to pack are your clothes! We look forward to our next trip!
