There was a very strong smell of damp and although we kept all the windows open in the short time we were there, it was not bearable. The property looked liked the photos but the smell was unbearable. The cutlery needs replacing and some updating. Some of the tiles broken, some won’t mind, but we are professionals and we would not rent a property like this. We stayed less and bought other accommodation to compare locations. Our advice: fix the damp issue.

Close to the beach,modern,spacious, everything that we needed to start our stay was there even a note of local restaurants, it was a match to advert description. The landlord was very helpful when we had a local water issue out of his control. Parking was available outside the property. Town center easily reached by car or walking around 3kms away. Friendly locals lovely restaurants and bars. Super sun trap patio. Good Internet. Super, sandy beach and marina safe for children. Would visit again.

Neighbours dogs barking from morning to night. The water boiler was too small for a family. No maps available of local town for people who did not know the area. Maybe more translated documents not just in Spanish for information on the area.. Only 1 small supermarket nearby open out of season. Only Spanish TV no sky,netflix etc even though shown on tv screen. I appreciate people in other reviews preferring the top flat as downstairs could hear everything but we were lucky during our stay.

The property was lovely. The host Javier was exceptional. Nothing was a problem and even helped with stuff not connected to the property. He was always quick to reply to any messages. The locals were friendly and the property is within walking distance to the beach. Also no problem parking outside the property. Would definitely recommend.

Apartment on the 1st floor is big, has 2 bedrooms and a big patio, very comfortable. Very convenient, all facilities working. Javier is very helpful, he gave us a ride to Oliva bus station which is 2 km far. The beach is Just à paradize, very few people, clean and really endless. The place is very quiet and beautiful.

Nothing to complain about. Everything is perfect!
