Very comfortable and quiet. Five minute walk from the ruins. Easy to find from the Circumvesuviana.

- check in didn't work well and we needed to wait one hour for someone to come even though we filled in the information on booking.com that we would arrive between 2-3. Then we got a message at 2:10pm that check in is not possible until 3pm. The stuff was not understanding regarding this at all. - room wasn't very clean, toilet wasn't clean from the inside and there was hair on the bed. - the door to the bathroom was broken and wasn't closing at all - stuff was quite rude in general and trying to blame everything on us for not reading correctly even though we did and many information that were on the booking.com site and also the signs in the room were not correct.

Big room, clean and quite

The hosts didn't specify directly about self check in and extra charges. It's written at the very end of the page on booking. When we contacted them for later check in, they replied us 10 days later when we couldn't cancel without penalty fees. When we tried to talk with them about it, they didn't even try to help us or understand.

Breakfast is not that good as described and quite far away from Napoli if the trains don't work due to usual strikes.

Good location, if you want visit to herculaneum and vesuvius. Nearby beach was disappointment.

The apartment is clean and tidy, good air conditioning and nice bathroom. Small balcony outside with a side view of the sea and Mount Vesuvius. We did not see much of the owner or the cleaner but happy to be left alone. If we needed anything we just asked. Close to the ruins of Herculaneum. Twenty minute walk to the nearest train station

The area did not feel safe, and we felt wary walking home at night. There was a balcony but had to take the chairs from inside the room to outside, but no table so not able to eat outside. There was also a few cracked and broken tiles by the balcony door. So not great if you have young children. Had to ask first for clean sheets and towels as we stayed there for 12 nights, and by day 6 the bed had not been made or changed. This may have been because the cleaner only worked mornings and did not like to disturb us.

Nothing utterly and totally dissappointed

Host Not Being very clear with the property description and facilities.When we made the reservation it showed as 2 Matrimonial beds in 1 room,We got only 1 bed ,Plus a OLD BED SETTEE,FOR WHICH WE GOT CHARGED AN EXTRA 10Euro for the bed sheets.The Flat screen Tv Did not work at all, when we asked the reason the host said they had trouble with the internet provider.There was an abundant variety of buiscuits on the table and some sugar sachets, But NO Tea or Coffee making facilities as advertised,when asked we got told to use the facilities in the communial breakfast room..The Room was very dark,as it had only 1 Small window.there was NO Bidet in the BATHROOM.Parking was advertised as public parking,But Not stated that it was about 400 mtrs away and if we wanted premises parking we would have to pay a fee.

Close to Ercolano ruins. Nice apartments with balcony close to a public beach. Breakfast served in our room with a multi choice of cakes omelette .. etc.

I had booked a family room for the purpose of having 2 large beds. But it came with one bed and a sofa , which was not what I had paid for ….

The bed in our room was extremely comfortable! The quietness of the suite was awesome too. They have simple breakfast available for 5 euro each per day. The lady that booked us in and the lady that cooked the breakfast were both amazing. Super friendly and accommodating, especially due to the fact we don’t speak a word of Italian.

The wifi didn’t work for the 2 days I was there. My phone would say it was connected but nothing ever loaded and kept saying no internet connection - even when standing right in front of the router. This isn’t a huge deal for me as I didn’t need wifi - but if you have work to do or kids to entertain it may be an issue.

Clean, close to naples pompei & ercolano scavi (small pompei), the owner arraged cheap taxi's. In mutual agreement you can check in later if your flight is late, he will collect you from the airport in person. Feels like being part of the family there. Airco works good (noisy only in case of extreme rain but this will not last long; we're in Italie!). Big room. If you take the train to pompei make sure you depart from the main trainstation as the one that is the closest is only hosting a part of all trains going to pompei.

Trains are suppost to support wireless payment in fact they do not support all wireless bankcards. Make sure you have some spare cards or que at the ticketoffice (if the trainstation has one!) better rent a car! As the beach is close to the visuvius the beach is black

The room was stunning, comfortable bed-pillow+, nice garden, 5 minutes by walk to the beach, restaurants in the near, kind personell! Keywords: perfect choice! I recommend to all who are hesitating to book a room here. The room what I booked looked exactly like on the pictures

Is there any possibility to include some vegetables to the breakfast?

clean room, good location, nearby sea! beautiful view from the balcony! delicious breakfast (croissant), delicious cooffe made by a fun woman (bella). the room has everything, a shower and wc in the room also and all hygiene items.

The breakfast was awful! I have never had such a horrible breakfast before in my life. The location is was appalling, so loud at night and early hours in the morning. It seemed like quite a rough part to stay in Naples. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! I use booking.com a lot and I have never come across a place like this, it was disgusting.

I didn’t like anything at all - just stay away from booking this place even if you think the price is good, because it will disappoint in many ways. There was no hand wash in the bathroom and no one topped it up, the shower and toilet was dirty and the bed wasn’t amazing to sleep on. We ran out of toilet roll and didn’t get another one, luckily we had some with us. They charge stupid money if you do not check in before 7pm, plus the city tax on arrival and they do not move out of your room until they have been paid (they only accept cash apparently). As soon as you walk into the building it just seems like some sort of dungeon or prison, it’s awful and to be honest quite scary if you’re staying there on your own. We got woken up on Sunday morning early hours because someone outside decided to set a load of fireworks off and that can be quite frightening to hear first thing in the morning, my partner and I were in utter disbelief.

Apartment was really nice. I felt very comfortable and I had a great sleep. I recommend ..

Too loud - vibrations from the cars driving on the highway and a family with kids running around at 11 pm

You hear all sounds from outside, car, people and also you hear all sounds from your neighbors, so its difficult to sleep well there

great view of My Vesuvius and easy walk to the historic ruins. the room was large, clean and comfortable. the breakfast was fabulous.

Really comfy bed, lovely host. Quiet position. Great crossiants in the morning and access to lovely coffee from nespresso machine.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Our socket converters didn't fit, italy might not be standard eu sockets?
