Internet wasn’t working initially which took too long to fix. water pressure in shower is abismal, inability to control heating during the day as they were on timers (to save them money)

The bed was super comfy although the quilt seemed too small for the bed. Very quiet with no road noise to keep you awake. Perfect location for visiting Winchester.

Apartment requires some TLC, little things such as kettle lid not closing properly. Shower was disappointing with poor water flow. Could do with some updating as Shower floor looks tired. Coffee pods were supplied for machine but no tea bags or milk which was disappointing after a long journey.

Nothing is all good

We did a two-night stint, and the location was magnificent. Lovely spacious open plan living area with a fully kitted kitchen was a real bonus. Getting to town was an easy 10-minute drive. Views from the living area were gorgeous and relaxing. Would definitely go back

Places was nice very clean

Had no Internet access for the duration of my stay phone calls ignored when trying to get in touch with someone to fix the issue and just got a generic reply about IT looking in to things yet nothing was resolved

Dirty kitchen utensils. Food encrusted oven gloves.freezer had meat juice? that thawed and froze? Internet didn't work. Help number not working. Put on silent after ringing for 24hrs. No instructions for coffee machine oven dishwasher.Only surfaces cleaned crumbs on floor no pan to remove. Disheartening.

Location was very peaceful. The local pub was very close and very nice. It took about an hour to walk in to Winchester. A taxi cost around £10-12.

Communication with the hosts was very poor. They did not respond to any emails sent prior to our arrival and didn't even acknowledge a voice mail we left them on the first day to let them know the broadband wasn't working. Phone signal wasn't great so broadband was a necessity. On arrival, the property did smell a bit which we think was coming from the bathroom - a spray of air freshener did help alleviate it.

The layout and size of the property was excellent. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils available to use. Would certainly recommend.

As it was upstairs and there wasn't any shade to the property, it was rather warm during peak summertime. Perhaps a fan could be provided for future guests?

Bathroom lacked space , a couple of wall hooks and an extra shelf would have been useful. The property is difficult to find from the directions given, there is a “Paddock View”a little further up the road! .

Location & space.

No shaver point or adapter. Even a note to say bring your own would have resolved this issue. Got blocked in by other guest car, no defined parking spaces. Hob seemed continually go on & off, think may be an issue with the pans & the hob type? Could not get hold of host in mornings re blocked car & know another guest had to leave a message when they too had work commitments & could not lock their front door. Shower tiles could do with a good scrub.

Lovely quiet location.overlooking a paddock.warm and cosy and had everything we needed.

Very well equipped in the kitchen and well appointed throughout.

It was very difficult to find in the dark. Barclays is a large White House at the bottom of the hill but the house name had been obscured by the owners bins. Also there was no mirror near a plug socket to dry your hair.

It was a very comfortable and clean place on a quiet road but not too far from the city centre and attractions such as marwell zoo.

Nothing to dislike

The apartment was so beautiful, perfect for a long weekend stay. The bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and the layout was perfect for myself and my partner.

We arrived for our earlier check in to find people still in the apartment from the night before, we then had to wait outside in our car for a couple of hours for the cleaner to arrive and clean up. No fault by the owner, late cleaner.

Very quiet location ,nice watching the rabbits and horses in the paddock

Loved the horses in the paddock. The bed was super comfy and plenty of space for what I needed. The decor/ furniture felt of good quality and special. Peace and quiet.

A little dusty in places and no tumblers for water (but felt rather fancy using a champagne flute! ;) ) The facilities are generally good but don’t expect to cook a three course meal without a little fore thought.
