We recently stayed in this Suite and there were 6 of us needing 5 bedrooms. The space was very nice allowing all of us some privacy. It also had great space for gathering as well. And we could easily walk everywhere to all of the sites from our location. I would definitely stay here again.

The Imperial Suite was amazing on all fronts. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and as described, with room for everyone and more! The location was walking distance to all the major sites and there are great restaurants right downstairs and in the neighborhood. The service and communication with the host was exceptional and made our stay that much better. They arranged airport and train transfers for us, found us the best guide for the Colosseum, and promptly returned via int'l shipping the laptop my daughter left behind! No doubt we'll stay here again.

Fabulous location with plenty of bedrooms for a large group. We spent 3 nights for my a family reunion with 10 guests between the age of 9 and 80. It's in a perfect location - close to Piazza Navona, Campo Di Fiore, and so many sights and cobblestone streets. Everything was clean and as advertised. The host was very helpful with recommendations and helping us book vans to travel in and out of the city.

Property wasn’t a great And safe location , Close to all attractions. The apartment had plenty of space for our group of eight adults and well equipped and a great restaurant below us. Make communication with our host and she met us at the Villa after arranging transportation for us from the airport. It couldn’t have gone better. Highly recommend!

Alessandro greeted us with a warm welcome. She set up our transportation for 7 from and back to train station. We were a family of 7 and cost was 55 euros each way. The apartment is huge. We had plenty of room for the whole family and more. There is a taxi stand a short walk away and we found that was the best transportation for us. It is also a nice walk to restaurants and shopping. We ate at the restaurant at the corner in front to the apartment Trattoria da Luigi. It was amazing great pizza, ravioli and bruschetta. The manager and wait staff was very friendly. The apartment is on floor 3.5, but there is a small elevator that was helpful to get luggage in the room and for days of long walking. Apartment is a short taxi ride to the Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and more. Great location! Highly Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. There is SO MUCH SPACE - perfect for our group of 9. Location was fantastic with many nearby amenities. Property management was great to work with and even helped us with transportation. Highly recommend.

We stayed (8 people - mix of adults and teen/young adults) just a few nights on the tail end of a 2-week trip, but we wish we were there longer. The apartment is great - room for everyone, with doors to close off halls and keep down noise - GREAT communication from the hosts - who helped us with transportation to/from airport and reservations. And, they were SO easy to work with - handling things digitally rather than manually - saved time and energy. And, we love the neighborhood - easy to walk anywhere. Definitely recommend.

This was an amazing stay! All the accommodations you would ever need. They assisted us with a last minute booking and were extremely helpful and kind. The place itself is walking distance to everything you would need with a cafe and restaurant right downstairs. Such a beautiful stay and they even left us some waters and a wine.

Federica was amazing...she assisted with the booking of private transfers for my group of 10, provided detailed information to help us get oriented and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch too.Communication with Federica and her two colleagues, Valentina and Iara, prior to and during our stay was always prompt, friendly and professional. We are very grateful for the help, advice and moral support we received from the team when two members in our group lost their luggage en route to Rome. The ladies handled all communications with the airline so that our sightseeing schedule would not be disrupted. As for the apartment...it was spacious, spotless, and exactly as described. In fact, it was bigger than the 5 bedrooms as listed. There were 7 bedrooms, of which 2 were lofts with a double bed each, which means that it can comfortably sleep 14 people. There were a total of 4 bathrooms, of which 2 were ensuite. The heaters worked well, and we had nice, uninterrupted hot showers throughout our five day stay. We were provided with ample bath and hand towels, shampoo, soap, lotion, handwash etc. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped.The apartment was perfectly located; steps away from Campo de Fiori and within walking distance to Piazza Navona. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and we particularly enjoyed the pizzas in the restaurant at the foot of the apartment building. Bus numbers 64 and 40 stop in front of the apartment, and take you to all the major sights in Rome. PAM local and Carrefour Express are 3 minutes away.If you're a big group looking for accommodation in central Rome, book this wonderful apartment. You won't regret it.

We loved our apartment in Rome. It was perfect for our party of 8. It was spacious and spotless. The beds were very comfortable. It was wonderfully situated with easy walking distance to everything. (10 - 20 mins) Just outside the building is a lovely square with a number of restaurants. Wereally enjoyed the one directly down the stairs. The property manager staff were 3 women and they were terrific. Helpful and professional. Thank you ! We would recommend this property.

Starting from the beginning... this place over-delivered. The communication with the hosts was fantastic. They were very responsive. Once we arrived, they were very welcoming. Frederica was the most fantastic person to meet as our first person in Rome. She met us at the property and covered everything from the apartment to the city. Thanks, Frederica! The apartment was larger than described on the website. They are listed as a five-bedroom, but really there are seven sleeping rooms. Believe me, the kids were so excited to have their own rooms that we never saw them in the apartment. I think they would have been happy just staying there all day! Everything in Rome is walking distance - so the location of the apartment good - the neighborhood was great and there was a gelato store just next door. The only reason I'm giving it four stars as it wasn't in the center of where I like to hang around in Rome. It was still a 20 minute walk to most everything. Some in our party used MYTAXI (Rome's Uber). If you are on the fence regarding this property... jump off the fence and just book it! You won't be disappointed.

Great property right in the heart of Rome. The apartment itself is in a nice building in a safe area, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and historic sites easily within a 10-20 minute walk. We hit all the main sites on foot, which was a huge plus for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids ages 9-17. Check in was smooth (other than a slight hiccup with the airport transportation) with a very thorough review of the property and surrounding areas. The staff offered a full concierge type service for restaurant reservations, airport transfers, etc. In the property, the air conditioning worked great, and was fully equipped if we wanted to eat in... which we didn't because of all the local places to eat. The bathroom setup is a bit quirky, as we have found is the case in a lot of renovated properties in Europe (1 en suite shower only, 2 full baths not en suite). Overall we were very pleased with the property and the management company. Thank you!

We enjoyed our weekend in this unit. It's just as advertised, although it was even bigger than expected. You could easily accommodate 5 couples here. Great location to area sites. The only knock is that we had to roll our suitcases 5 blocks or so after checking in at the manager's office to get to the condo. That's not great in Rome's summer heat. All else was great.

The apartment was exactly as described, and our 3 generation family of 9 loved the location. We could walk to the many nearby restaurants and historic sights. Will definitely recommend Imperial Suite to my friends who will visit Rome.

The apartment was lovely, in a great neighborhood. We felt like we were really living the Roman life. And, the staff could not have been more hospitable. As a matter of fact, they went out of their way to help us address a lost luggage issue our airline had created. We would certainly recommend Our Suite Rome to any friends and stay with them again on a return trip.

We were 6 adults and 4 teens and the apartment fit us very comfortably. More than enough space in this well appointed apartment. The location is great. We could easily walk to many sites. The apartment is located on a major bus route which we used on a number of occasions. There were two grocery stores close by so we could easily purchase some items such as snacks, beer, and cold cuts for sandwiches. We could have cooked but we wanted to eat out. There were three restaurants in the piazza where the apartment is located. We had a great time.

This is a wonderful apartment. The location is great. It's easy to walk to most of the major Rome sights, but it's also in an area with a lot of character. The apartment itself was as advertised, and the pictures were accurate. There were nice amenities (e.g., shampoo, soap, lotion) and the pillows were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The service was also excellent. The reception check-in location is just minutes away from the apartment. The reception office made check-in logistics simple and we were able to leave our bags there since we arrived in the morning before the apartment was ready. Also, the staff (Maria!) was very helpful. We used their grocery service, and the items we requested were in the apartment waiting for us. Maria arranged a van for pickup from the train station and to the airport, which made things simple since there were 5 of us. She also made a couple of dinner reservations for us, which made dinner planning much easier. I would happily stay in this apartment again.

Imperial Suite was a lovely place for our visit to Rome. This location is so convenient to everything you would like to visit. No need for a car. The Management personnel .. Alessandro and others were very accommodating and super nice. The Suite has lots of bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen if you would like to cook for yourself. There were 5 bedrooms but a couple were up steep stairs which makes it hard for carry luggage. The bathrooms were all updated and everything was very clean. Our group consisted of 3 couples and we had plenty of space. We all enjoyed our time in Rome and we highly recommend this Suite!

We were 7 adults and an infant. Maria was very helpful, had a crib set up in the apartment upon arrival. She also set up a car seat and our car transfers to and from the airport. She had restaurant suggestions and maps for us. The apartment is perfectly located. We walked everywhere had great restaurants within walking distance. Pantheon was 5 min. walk, Vatican was 10 min. walk. Cafe, shops and wine bars around the corner. The apartment was much larger then it appears online. It was clean and had all the things you might need. We would definitely recommend this to friends. Caio

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in this great apartment. The location was quiet and perfect for getting easily to all that we wanted to do. We also loved the restaurants that were so close by (behind the big church) and the gelato store that gives a choice of chocolate shell or cream on top.. so good! The apartment was comfortable and accommodated my group of 4 easily as no one wanted to share a room. The AC worked well in most rooms (which was important to our group of women)... but the rooms that had lofts would benefit from additional fans to circulate the air as they were harder to keep cool. Although the apartment was visually clean...when walking around barefoot our feet and socks quickly became dirty. Also, for those with allergies (like us) under the beds were highly dusty/dirty. But, these two issues will be a quick fix when addresssed with the cleaning crew. Maria is a gem and went above and beyond to help us get organized and oriented...she also went way out of her way to help my friend whose flight was delayed. Maria had someone assist us with our luggage as there were steps to get to/from the elevator. She sat with us when we arrived and oriented us to the map, restaurants and locations we wanted to visit....It was an extra nice touch that there were cookies, bottled water and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. I would definitely book this unit again... not just for the unit But also because of the superb customer service . Thank you Maria!!!
