Wow, this place is amazing. Clean, spacious and quiet. Kingscote is a quiet town and it’s only a short drive to all the amenities from here. Plenty of room for a large family or group. Loved this home.

Really had it all and was perfect for our two families. Lovely sitting on the balcony and the layout inside was good. So quiet. The little things were good too like plastic containers for left overs and basic supplies to get you through until you made it to the shops. Also, supplying the towels and linen. No negatives.

All of the above ratings are not exaggerated. This property is so very comfortable and well established. The hosts were easily contactable and friendly. Location location location , perfect for a short stroll to the beach, close enough ( if you like a walk) to the town centre and located within easy driving distance to many attractions.

The property is spacious, we had 6 adults and a teenager with room for plenty more. Just a short walk to the beach, and not far from the town centre. Would definitely recommend for larger families or groups. We were there during a heatwave, but the house was cool (on both levels) and the bedroom ceiling fans well utilised. Enjoyed the stay very much.

The layout of the house was perfect for us, particularly the 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and the extra toilet upstairs. We loved sitting out on the big deck each afternoon looking out over the water. It was the perfect location to base our Kangaroo Island experience.

We had a great stay during Christmas! There're plenty of rooms for a big family to stay. The property is new, clean and tidy! The owners are very thoughtful to set a fishing cleaning station at the backyard which is really helpful to us! We love it! Will consider to book it again in our next holiday :)

Lovely clean house, perfect for one or multiple families and containing all the amenities you could need for a stay, including washer/dryer with laundry powder provided, BBQ's and some pantry staples. The location was fantastic, just outside of kingscote where there's an IGA, a few petrol stations and a few restaurants and take aways and pubs for eating out.
I would love to return one day to this beautiful spot!

Outstanding property, ideal for a family or group
This is a beautifully presented property, extensively and thoughtfully equipped and in a lovely location. It comfortably accommodated seven adults and the balcony is ideal for cuppas, drinks and meals. A family reunion to remember!

Attention to detail
The property presents exceptionally well and the Cleaners should be applauded for their work. The House is spotless in every way and the owners have put a lot of thought into the creature comforts. Everything works well in the House and the little things make a difference and is appreciated - even supplying take away containers for left overs! The only item we couldn't find was, believe it or not, a Cork Screw for a bottle of red that still used a cork and in 2022 I wouldn't expect this. We have and will continue to recommend this property to family and friends, you won't be disappointed,

The property was in a great location. Great size and plenty of good size beds for the 6 adults that stayed and excellent view and close to Kingscote with a walking track into town which was fantastic. Loved it 👍

K I stay
The SeaKing Escape was everything we had hoped for and more. The property is maintained to an exceptional standard and is extremely well equipped.
The house was the perfect base for our holiday and the wall map of the island was very helpful in planning our days out.
Everything from the comfy beds to the fantastic kitchen made our stay on Kangaroo Island and absolute pleasure. The SeaKing had everything we needed especially when the wet weather kept us indoors.
We will definitely stay again when we return to the island and will happily recommend to friends and family.
