The humidifier needs to be addressed. it was extremely dry in the house where some of us had bloody noses. Its just a minor filter change out. Also, the sauna was not accessible as there was over an inch of ice on the walkway to the sauna. this was pretty frustrating.

We had a group of 10 family and friends that stayed in the house for a ski trip to Keystone and Breckenridge. This house has a hot tub to soak in after a long day of skiing, a kitchen with everything you need to cook up meals, and large gathering areas so everyone can hang out. It was a fantastic experience!

Great place to stay, very clean, spacious, great views, close to ski lifts and other activities, just be careful with noise, neighbor is always watching so better stay inside after 10.00 pm. Thank you.

Our family would stay here again without a doubt!! If you had questions, they really tried to help! Our only problem was trying to get the wi-fi to work but to me that was a very small problem! Thank you for the wonderful experience

We stayed here for a hockey tournament in Breckenridge! 4 families stayed here - boys were older teenagers! Basement was a great spot for them to hang out! Hot tub was enjoyed by all. House was beautiful! I don’t think there was anything we wished they supplied. The owner was very responsive before the trip to help us decide what we may need to bring from our own homes. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! Would come back year after year!

The house was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed for the stay. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen contained all of the dishes and cookware we required. Owners are quick to reply to questions and concerns.

It was nice to walk into a place that is spacious and exceptionally clean.. And the home is set up so that in addition to hanging out as a large group, you can also find little areas to be alone or with a smaller group to talk, play games, etc. The back/side deck is large and accommodating. Plenty of supplies to get you started. The location couldn't be better with innumerous amenities close by. The views of the mountains and lakes in the surrounding area are amazing, and there are trails for every ability level. Communication from the host/management company was very good.

We were a group of 12 friends that visit each winter for skiing in the area. This was perfect for us with ample bedrooms and a large deck out back. The basement was terrific to hang out and play pool and foosball in the evening. We will return!

Overall the house was beautiful and the location was great. However, the hot tub had feces on the inside of it when we first opened the cover. We contacted management immediately and they sent someone to clean it the next morning We tried to work with management to get some sort of refund or credit as this was incredibly vile and upsetting to the guests, but have not been able to work anything out.

At first glance the property looked great, but upon staying there for a few days we noticed quite a few issues. For one, the shower curtain in the bathroom had mold on it. The humidifier on the furnace was not working, and was not realized until the end of the trip. The humidity in the house was 28%, making sleeping a bit difficult. The sauna was not working properly and needed to be reset in order for it to be turned on. The sink upstairs was not draining quickly, making it difficult to wash up. The house ran out of paper towel and toilet paper, adding this to our bill. The house was not cleaned very well, there was dirt on the floor when walking in. We also found a phone under an ottoman, which tells me no one every moved it to vacuum. The fireplace downstairs was not lighting. Some of the bluray players were not properly configured, leaving me to connect it to wifi and netflix. I really thought this place was going to be amazing based on the photos, but after staying there for a few days we could tell that the house was not well maintained. It is a bit run down. In addition, we had a hard time finding extra sheets and pillow cases. We did not receive any compensation for the mentioned issues. The owner claims we did not mention things fast enough to them. I would likely spend my money somewhere else next time.

Everything was wonderful; house was clean and well stocked. Neighborhood was great and everyone enjoyed their stay. Host was very easy to communicate with and replied to all questions quickly.

We had an extended family trip and this home was comfortable for our all-ages group with plenty of space (and bathrooms!) for all of us. Hot tub was great, pool table fun!

Kitchen well stocked. House is in a great location. Great hot tub, pool table, & spots for visiting. Great hiking close by. Highly recommend

We really enjoyed this home and hope to rent is again in February 2022. We did find two skillets in the cupboard with baked on eggs. The island counter top was not cleaned. Food particles and very sticky. I've been renting condos and homes in Silverthorne for 11 years and this home is by far the best we have rented. Thanks!!

Loved the house, deck, location and space for all our family and teenagers. House was well stocked and user friendly for our family.

This property is surrounded by 4 houses on 4 sides with decent spacing. The North side neighbor, an elderly person watching at the deck very seriously when you go outside on the deck, not sure what is the issue with that neighbor. When we were sitting outside with Kids the elderly neighbor did stare at us very seriously and our kids got scared. There are few pine trees on the backyard but you cannot go into backyard as per instructions given at the property. Plenty of space inside property for 13 guests but the hot water tank is 50 gallon only so about 2 adults can bath and others need to wait long time before hot water is avaialble. So all 13 people cannot get hot water shower with in any given 2-3 hours time frame.The kitchen is big, decent size bath rooms and laundry, but very limited hot water which will be depleted soon if you do any 2 tasks simultaneously. It has garage where you can keep small cars inside, if you have Full size SUVs then be prepared to do some work in moving and adjusting some Items in Garage, still I am unsure if it fits. We have to park our Expedition outside.If you are already living in a big house in a neighborhood, you will feel no difference basically. The Kitchen still used some old style stove with no over head exhaust. None of the cabinets have handles so hard to open. Tiny Island where you hardly have space to cut vegetables and arrange stuff that was needed to cook for 14 people. Some of the windows were open by the time we enter property so property was total cold, we have to find and close them.The listing do not have any of these issues mentioned, property manager respose was poor. The hot tub on deck is nice with the exception that the north side neighbor may stare at you. If you want a cozy cabin, great and comfortable vacation with no compromises on privacy, shower usage I would not recommend this property.

The house is beautiful! The kitchen utensils are lacking. We ended up buying our own pans and spatulas. The alarm system beeped the entire time and we had to replace batteries throughout the system and it still beeped continually. Even had the property management company come out and they didn’t know how to fix it so we just had to deal with the beeping. The house was large enough for our 2 big families. The owners are wonderful to work with. There are areas the cleaning company could definitely work on but overall the house was wonderful to stay in and has a lot to offer.

The house was perfect. Clean and well stocked. The hot tube and sauna were clean and operating well. The house looked exactly as described on the internet. There were no surprises. We had a great time. We will come back in the future. Highly recommend this property.

What a beautiful place to spend Christmas! Our family of 9 stayed here three days. The location was perfect. The trees surrounding the home and the views make you think you have no neighbors, but this neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The many windows gave us a gorgeous “snow globe” feeling while snow gently fell on Christmas morning. Accessibility to shops, stores, ski areas, skating, tubing, restaurants and even movie theaters is ideal. The home is probably one of the most well-stocked that we have ever stayed in - towels, kitchen appliances, games, throw blankets, and even spices were plentiful! There is a large garage to park a couple of cars. Lots of room and sleeping spaces for large groups. The hot tub was a delight after skiing too. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was just as advertised and perfect for our reunion of 5 families. We had everything we could have needed for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this home and will try to get back there myself!

We loved the time we spent at Eagles Nest in Silverthorne. Our four daughters and their families joined my husband and I for our fifth summer weekend in the mountains. The house was perfect for five couples and five children (under 10 years old). Lots of room, fully equipped kitchen, large deck where everyone could congregate and play games and visit. I would definitely recommend this home for a summer getaway.

This was the perfect spot for our nuclear family of 15 to vacation for a few days (grandparents, 3 adult children & spouses, 7 grandchildren.) The youngest grandchildren were 10 and the oldest 16. There was plenty in the house to keep them occupied while the rest of us got caught up.

We had 4 families - 15 people stay in the house and it was perfect for our group. For all the activities we did it was a perfect location to get to white water rafting, zip lining, UTV rides and Vail. Definitely would recommend to any families or larger groups.

Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay at the Eagles Nest. We had plenty of room for everyone. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and even more. The place was very clean and comfortable Mary Wendt
