The breakfast was very nice. Easy to grab and go. Variety of items. Enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches.

we like the complimentary breakfast it was alot of choices easy and quick but covered all the guests enough to get us going in the morning and coffee was a big help get us started in the lobby and in the room coffee staff was very pleasant and always helpful

no outside pool like the beach but not to swim with all the sand lol

Quiet not busy

Took long time to get warm water, sink area was very small. Took longer time to get sl warm water for shower so never took shower.

Staff member Ron was awesome! We chatted with him several times during our stay & he gave us great recommendations!

Rooms could be updated. Had an actual key for the room & pool, but the pool key never worked. Definitely need to take an Uber to get into Sister Bay. The air conditioner was VERY loud so hard to get a good night's sleep.

It's conveniently located between Sister Bay and Ephraim, with a great selection of nearly shops and restaurants, and parks and attractions. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi were sensational. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The mattress and beddings were a little bit uncomfortable. The venting fan in the bathroom is loud beyond possible. The patio area needs cleaning.

Property was very clean, quiet and close to Sister Bay.

The King bed was a bit on the soft side, but all else in the room was good.

Due to COVID, breakfast was not what one would expect for the price.

The food was good for on the go kind of stuff. I realize that we are there at the end of the season and some things were limited. I loved your staff. They did everything that we asked to do or ask for.

It is the end of the season for you guys and closing in 2 weeks. We have stayed here before and we really loved our room and were expecting the same type of room. This time we had a pet with us and given a pet room. Not sure if the pet rooms are smaller or what but we were assigned room 115 and it didn't have a desk in it or a surface for us to work on. Kenny went and got a desk & chair from across the hall and put it in our room. But we literally had no room in our room after that and couldn't open the door to the patio. Asked if we could get a different room and they said nothing was available. We loved our first stay there that we chose to come back, but it wasn't what we expected. We could hardly move around in the room. But other than that we loved the staff and gave us everything we asked for and always had a smile.
