Everything looked clean

We've informed the front desk for our rooms to be cleaned but they did not clean the rooms for 3 days.
Breakfast was terrible and the trays were empty. All 3 mornings we've waited more than 20-25 minutes for some little snack to come to the tray. Please stay away from this hotel and save yourself for another IHG.

Exhaust fans in the bathroom need fixed.

Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms . The pool area was also nice.
The pull out sofa was a little uncomfortable but other than that everything was fine.
