This a nice place within Watercolor. We have stayed in other places with a few more offerings (beach towels, chairs, 6 person updated golf cart, etc), but it's a nice place.

I was worried about the location because we have stayed at other rentals in Watercolor closer to the beach. I wasn’t disappointed at all! The provided golf cart was a great addition to use for transport to the beach or the various pools and restaurants. We had one small issue with the outdoor outlet used to charge the golf cart not working. The management were prompt with their response, less than 5 minutes, and got a maintenance crew over within an hour on a Sunday to repair. A+++ from us!

Fabulous experience!

We loved the property & the house was beautiful! We loved having a golf cart and bikes. It was nice to be away form the business of the beach & 30A. Beds are super comfortable & the kitchen had everything that we needed.The only issue was the refrigerator. It had to be looked a and fixed a few times while we were there. Just did not keep the food cold enough, however the property management was EXCELLENT with their promptness and everything was fixed. We could definitely sat again!

We came to town for a family girls trip and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The property was spotless, layout was awesome, beds comfortable (yay for king suites!), location great, and communication with management excellent. The golf cart and bikes were super convenient. We couldn’t have had a better time.

Absolutely perfect as always. The home is well equipped perfectly appointed and in the best location. 10 out of 10!

The only negative was we had neighbors that were smoking on their patio. As a house full of non-smokers, it was uninviting to be out there at the same time. But the property we had was lovely!

Great house. Loved that there are 3 king suites. Plenty of room for 8 adults.

This was a last minute trip, but we had a great time staying here. Since it’s off season, we didn’t mind not being on the beach, and the golf cart came in handy! Fastest golf cart I’ve ever driven!

Property was wonderful for our late November visit to Watercolor. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal with quick access to all Watercolor amenities, the beach, Seaside town center and the supermarket. We went everywhere by bike or the golf cart. In fact, we parked the car when we got there and didn't use it until we left. I would highly recommend this home for a family trip to Watercolor!

Everything about this rental was perfect. Location was fantastic. Amenities that were included were so great. Description and pictures were spot on. Couldn't recommend this more to anyone looking to stay here. Nice work!

We were lucky enough to find this gorgeous home last minute on a stay over Easter weekend. I can't say enough wonderful things about this perfectly immaculate home. It is obvious the owners take great pride in their home and the rental company (Sanders Rental) did a fabulous job making sure the home was spotless upon our arrival. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with every possible gadget needed. We spent every morning on the screened back porch overlooking the green area backing to the home...it was definitely a plus that the weather was great during our time in WaterColor. The golf cart was great to whip around the area and having a back entrance to the Publix supermarket was super helpful making it less than 5 min away on the golf cart. This home is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood with a great community pool (Dragonfly) and close to all of the great amenities of Seaside. We can't wait to return to the area and will be booking this special home again. To the owners of this home and Sanders Rental....thank you for a fabulous vacation!

We had a wonderful first time visit! Our home was perfect for our family. The golf car, bikes and property amenities allowed us to do so many things, including beach, pools, shopping and meals home and away. The property managers were so helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back and loved all Watercolor had to offer.

We loved the beautifully decorated home. Great location! Our only problem was trying to keep the golf cart charged. After figuring out It was the charger and my husband had a extension cord, all was great! I would definitely recommend staying in this home!

This was our first visit to Seaside and we will definitely be back! It was overwhelming trying to pick where to stay. From the pictures this house looked perfect and in person it really was perfect! We loved everything about this house. It was beautiful and so comfortable. It was spotless and has everything you need. We loved having the golf cart and bikes. We were afraid that we were going to be staying too far from the beach but the golf cart and bikes made it a breeze. The location of this house was perfect. We had a pool close by, lots of trails and green space, and easy walking distance to Publix. We went on golf cart cruises, explored the area on bikes, read on the porches, ate lots of delicious food at local places, and did lots of relaxing. We lounged in the living room watching movies till late at night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook great meals. We had several teenage boys that would come and go from the beach on their bikes. It was a very safe place. Very family friendly. Can’t wait to go back and take more family! Again everything about this house is perfect! You will not be disappointed. And the rental company was wonderful to work with. They keep you informed about everything and very easy to get in touch with.

The company was great to work with from beginning to end. The house was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the golf cart and used it to get to the beach and for our quick trips to the grocery store or to Seaside! We will definitely come back!
