We brought our adult kids and their significant others plus two grandsons ages 3 and 5. We had rooms and beds for everyone, plenty of towels, nice kitchen and dining with room for us all to eat together. The grandsons loved the little play area with play kitchen under the stairs; we loved the door to the play area we could close when they were being too loud. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the warm afternoons. Sarah was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. It was really nice to park two cars in the garage out of the heat. We were close to Arches National Park and dining and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Sarah’s property is a perfect set up for Moab. We were a group of 8 adults so the 4 bedrooms were great. The kitchen was well stocked and has everything you need to cook at the house. Beds and linens are comfy and there is pool towels supplied, too. Sarah was so easy to work with and offered great local suggestions. We will definitely be back!

During our stay we were focused on the parks, so the location of this condo was great. Just 10 minutes to Arches and about 40 minutes to Canyonlands. And convenient to downtown too. Sarah was our contact and she was very responsive. We had a couple of small issues and she responded quickly and helped us resolve. She was eager to help and provided recommendations when requested. The condo is spacious with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. It's also fairly new, which is always nice. We cooked some simple meals and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. Some of the pots and pans were a little beat up, but we found what we needed. The massage chair in the master bedroom was sooooo awesome! It really works and is wonderful after a long day of hiking. Overall, this location worked well for us, as we used it as a home base after busy days in Moab and nearby parks. It was great to have use of the garage too. Sarah was a great host!

We had a great time with 11 people aged 2 to 65. Wonderful location as access to Arches and canyonlands was a breeze.

We rented this unit for our annual Corporate Pow Wow. It was perfect. Everyone that traveled had their own room, we were able to utilize the large kitchen table as our work space/meeting area. It is a beautiful unit! Would recommend for families too! The owner was amazing to work with. We will definitely stay here again. :-)

Such a perfect setup for our two families in Moab. Lovely home. Highly recommend!

The home was even bigger than the pictures looked. Everything was very clean and there was everything you needed. I highly recommend this place. It is about five minutes away from downtown.

There is a playroom for small children, and the massage chair was great after a long day. There was even a cooler for us to use for day hikes

Sparsely stocked kitchen. Parking was difficult on a busy weekend and one side of the garage was taken by a dune buggy of sorts.

This condo was perfect for our group of 11. It sleeps 10 in actual beds- the last one of our party was on a pull out trundle. The other two accommodations in the listing are thick sleeping mats to put on the floor. We loved the decor. We felt at home right away. You can’t get a better location rental right in Moab. It is convenient to Arches National Park and the shopping and dining in town. I would love to stay there again.

The house was perfect and beautiful. We were able to stay as an entire family together (12 people) very comfortably. We would recommend this to anyone as a perfect place for a family to stay as they vacation in the Moab area.
