This property was amazing value, loved how spacious the house is and loved the pool. The host was very helpful and we were so close to the Hunter Valley with lots to do. We’ll be back

On the positive side, the location was fantastic. It was situated in a great area that was close to many attractions and amenities. The property itself was also quite spacious, with plenty of room to move around. The ducted air conditioning was also a plus, as it kept the place cool and comfortable during the hot summer days. The pool was another highlight of the property, providing a great place to swim and relax. The balcony offered great views of the surrounding area.
For one, the cleanliness of the place left something to be desired. There were some areas that were not properly cleaned, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, some of the amenities were not in the best condition. For example, the carpets were very old and dirty, which detracted from the overall experience. The kitchen was not fully equipped, and there was no dishwasher, which made meal preparation and cleanup more difficult. The furniture was also not in the best condition and had a strong pet odor.
Furthermore, I found that the online reviews of the property were not entirely accurate. The main reason for the 5-star reviews was that the owners promoted a draw for people leaving 5-star reviews, which is not ethical at all. This made me question the authenticity of the reviews and whether they truly reflected the state of the property.

It is needing upgrading and a good clean, we booked this property because of the pool, we could not use it as it had not been cleaned

Central location to shops and tourist attractions. Had everything we needed for a holiday away from home. Loved the front outside verandah with the amazing views where we ate outside most of the time and big bonus was use of the pool.

The unit was lovely, very homely and in a great position. It was very quiet at nights and the owners and downstairs neighbours were very helpful and approachable.

It is a fully equipped and very spacious apartment with very good WiFi and a very good shower.
Quite chaotic and outdated apartment. The oven didn't work.

This place is conveniently located about 10 minutes from Pokolbin and was just under 2 hours drive from Sydney. A great base to explore the surrounding regions. We stayed 4 nights. Cessnock can get very warm so the pool and air-conditioning were essential in keeping us cool. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Really enjoyed the outdoor section on the front balcony to eat breakfast while listening to the birds in the morning.

the 2 double beds in 3rd bedroom were incredible squeaky and meant the 2 sleeping there had a disturbed night

It is a quiet, safe location. The house has generous space. The air-conditioning works well, very comfortable. The balcony is shaded in the morning and has quality furniture and reasonable views.
The double bunks are squeaky, moving position durig the night.

everything was comfortable & fully equipped with what you need for any occasion, my kids loved the pool & Netflix, we stayed New Years, we could see firework from the top balcony, had our own privacy. I loved the huge family room, & the plush cosy couches & chairs.the house had Awsome picture paintings & great quote signs everywhere.the beds were like sleeping on cotton clouds,best sleep ever 🤗 Iv stayed in both holiday coal’D vines houses in the hunter & highly recommend both of them, each get away house has its own charm & are great for family, I would love to stay in either of them again, I highly recommend both 👍

Great family room, fantastic internet service. came with Netflix and Stan. Three bedrooms. Only one bathroom but toilet separate so not a problem. Good kitchen with large fridge.
Spiral staircase at front. Difficult to carry up bags. We found the normal staircase at the back which was a lot easier to handle.
