Great stay in a lovely large home, that could use some TLC, but if you are happy without new amenities then it’s ideal.
Such a big property. You could comfortably have a large family staying here. Lovely pool (a few loose or missing tiles, but nothing to worry about) Different places to sit indoors/ outdoors- front balcony and rear garden Lots of storage space
Lights flickered a little, that made my daughter a little wary The bottom bunk mattresses were bumpy and uncomfortable More floor grip-tape strip on the stairs would be welcome, as the spiral staircase can get slippery when raining. A few more normal sized glasses would be nice, if I was being really picky. No dishwasher, that wasn’t a problem for us, but worth considering if you are picky.

Great getaway !
This property was amazing value, loved how spacious the house is and loved the pool. The host was very helpful and we were so close to the Hunter Valley with lots to do. We’ll be back

Overall, I would say that this property has some great features, but also has some areas that could use improvement. If
On the positive side, the location was fantastic. It was situated in a great area that was close to many attractions and amenities. The property itself was also quite spacious, with plenty of room to move around. The ducted air conditioning was also a plus, as it kept the place cool and comfortable during the hot summer days. The pool was another highlight of the property, providing a great place to swim and relax. The balcony offered great views of the surrounding area.
For one, the cleanliness of the place left something to be desired. There were some areas that were not properly cleaned, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, some of the amenities were not in the best condition. For example, the carpets were very old and dirty, which detracted from the overall experience. The kitchen was not fully equipped, and there was no dishwasher, which made meal preparation and cleanup more difficult. The furniture was also not in the best condition and had a strong pet odor. Furthermore, I found that the online reviews of the property were not entirely accurate. The main reason for the 5-star reviews was that the owners promoted a draw for people leaving 5-star reviews, which is not ethical at all. This made me question the authenticity of the reviews and whether they truly reflected the state of the property.

Superb
Central for being able to drive to tourist items and cbd area. Good space, has what you need plus extras. Comfy spot to relax. Good value . Lots of communication from hosts. Overall Great facility

The lounge room dining n verandah areas quite spacious n clean n comfortable
It was 2 fresh to go swimming....lol
