Everting was wonderful

Well stocked house. Good setup for kids and adults. We made use of the indoor pool because of a rainy day and we spent some time fishing and boating on the water.

Our family had a wonderful time at InnKognito2. Between fishing and kayaking in the lake to the close access to numerous activities in the area, the house was fabulous.

We stayed for a long weekend with 3 Teenagers and 2 22 Yr old and there was plenty to do to keep them occupied . We did not get to use the beach /pool area because it did rain one of the full days we were there but with the games provided we still had a nice time .

Our host provided a very beautiful welcoming home to enjoy our vacation on the lake. The kayaks, paddle boat and canoe were a big hit for the adults and kids. Fishing was fun. The fire pit was relaxing. Everything was provided to make our stay easy and fun. The host was always available for questions. The house was very clean and served all our needs comfortably. Home away from home. The deer who visited everyday were a fun bonus.

Nice big and clean house , a lot of space, great location, enjoyable time ! Highly recommended for someone who wants to spend time outside of city and enjoy nature!

Had a wonderful time at this well maintained lake-front home that sleeps 8 adults very comfortably. Ideal for family-time to get away, relax and enjoy the outdoors. 4BR, 2 Bath 2 story home, nestled in Emerald Lakes Community in Long Pond, PA Poconos. Love the large, partially covered deck, overlooking Deer Lake, (1 of 5 in the community) with private dock and launch site. Family loved the Kayaks, Canoe and Paddle Boat supplied by the owner as well as Fishing in the lakes! Home was clean and had everything our family of 8 needed for the weekend. AC in every room is a plus…WiFi was also decent, but not high-Speed. Linens and Towels are included Which is a plus; however wash clothes were not. We made a quick trip Walmart near buy to buy some. If there is 1 negative thing about this awesome home is that the community charges amenity fees to the guest which are not included in the price. So if you want to us the indoor and outdoor pools, tennis or basketball courts there are fees involved; daily or weekend. Owner did great job stating all this up front, just a bummer fees are extra. Our kids enjoyed the large indoor pool. We hope to return in the future! Thanks again for a great weekend!

This property was absolutely perfect for a quiet weekend getaway with friends! The owner was very responsive and quick to address questions. The house and all amenities were clean and in working order. Could not have asked for a better place to stay!

This house was just the right size for our group ~ 5 women. It was easy to get to and even though the lake was frozen over , still a beautiful view out the back door (would love to come back in the summer ). Clean & roomy best describe it ..

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect size for our group and it was nice to be lakeside. The trees surrounding the property were beautiful and we got a lot of great use of the fire pit outside. The backyard ground was a bit uneven, which was challenging to walk through at night and in hindsight, I wish we would've gotten the wood from the property in advance or that there was an easy way to access more wood and pay for it later. Our biggest (and pretty much only) issue was the furniture. The couches and beds were terribly uncomfortable. When inside, we often ended up sitting on the floor and didn't sleep very well (esp since I have a bad back) as a result. If the furniture were to be replaced, we would likely come here yearly (or even more)! It had everything else we loved and needed. The host was wonderful and responsive and flexible with our check-out, which we greatly appreciated.

The house was the perfect size to accommodate two families for a holiday weekend.

We had a wonderful time! The property has a well-equipped kitchen for groups who like to cook, a charming firepit, and lots of common-room space for catching up. The house sits very close to the water (a flat walk, no steps to the water edge) making watercraft launch easy, but which would require close supervision of children (there were none in our group). The rustic yard is covered by wonderful tree canopy, which means (as all over the Poconos) lots of mossy rocks and large tree roots, which we found stunningly beautiful, but which may not be ideal for those needing a grassy lawn for kids. Those who have mobility issues should note that access to the main living space/kitchen/dining room requires stair climbing. The scenery is beautiful, and the house sits near the quiet end of the pond, with bird-watching and marshy views. Deer were constantly peeking in, and the place is very tranquil. For our group of friends in their 50's, this was a perfect, quiet, restful getaway. Margaret was a great communicator and host, and we will definitely return!

Good location, relatively secluded while still being near groceries, amenities, etc... Our group had fun with the paddleboat/kayaks on the small lake, as well as the fire pit in the evenings. Had everything we needed and Margaret was a great host.

We were a group of 5 couples looking for a peaceful getaway and we were wowed by this property and it’s amenities. The house was very clean roomy and the view of the lake breathtaking. Would def recommend and return. Thank you Meg for providing us with so much !

Great place for a family stay. The place is exactly as pictured. Everything was clean, kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies, AC worked well in all the rooms, & there was always hot water for everyone to shower. We enjoyed the boats (life vests provided), fire pit, & there’s a large gas grill. There’s a Walmart Superctr just over 10 min away for groceries. Margaret (the host) was always quickly responsive - before, during, & even after our stay.

Beautiful location on the secluded end of the lake. Our kids loved the canoe, kayak and paddle boat. House and kitchen were very well equipped, WiFi and A/C worked great. The inside of the grill probably needs to be serviced, but other than that no complaints.

For this first time in 35 years of family reunion vacations, this property provided very comfortable beds! The home was very clean, A/C worked great. The furnishings and kitchenware were very well stocked. The pool table was a bigger hit than expected and provided fun for multi generations of family getting reacquainted. The lake had beautiful sunsets and the kayaks and paddleboats were used daily. Many of us enjoyed the large outdoor pool that was just around the corner. We enjoyed a campfire almost every evening. One unadvertised surprise, were the very friendly deer that passed through the yard each morning and evening. It was a lovely, relaxing week - and close to many community amenities for those who wanted to venture out.

We had a great time in long pond- would recommend to a group of friends looking for a nice poconos getaway!

Rented this property for a golf weekend with the boys up in mountains and it did not disappoint. Rooms were bigger than the pictures led me to believe, kitchen and common areas held the 12 of us, and the outside deck overlooking the lake was great. The bonfire area was perfect for winding down each night with plenty of privacy. Margaret was very attentive and helpful throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend!
