No breakfast

Updated room, need more seating on the dock, general clean up on dock, better kayaks, places to hang up equipment, ie. lifejackets and paddles, speed bouts around dock, better enforcement of rules, no wake within 200’ of dock

Lack of parking

Location was great. Rooms were very nice and clean. Having the kayaks for use was AMAZING. Also thankful for the coffee.

No map of property provided, didn’t upgrade room or put us close to the water for Mother’s Day regardless of vacancy when asked. Bed was very uncomfortable and heat from fireplace wouldn’t work. Advertised with bbq, but closest one was a tiny one up in the parking lot. Also charge for late check out.

Property was spacious, cozy, & mostly clean. Staff was awesome I was able to be accommodated with just a few messages & they went above & beyond to make sure i knew where i was going & who to go to if i needed any help at all.

It was far from most things (ex.food, gas, etc.) except for a few small stores. Noticed a few things that need repairs/replacements, it just looked old. Also the walls are extremely thin

Toilet seat is plastic and broke causing my husband to fall forward onto the tile floor and shower rail head first.

Size of condo, good beds in master and 2 Q, good lighting and enough supplies in bath and kitchen for entire stay. Nice view of lake (newer condos in front of view tho). Wood throughout, Nicely decorated w minimal fluff. Games in cubbies, thoughtful.

Door locked automatically but we checked a few times and hadn't shut it hard enough to actually lock. No hangers or hooks for jackets or towels. Dirty trash can lid, broken sink stopper, no remote for master TV, no TV in any other rooms, terrible bath towels. Parking lot had huge puddles when it rained. Main office closed at 6pm and no person to help.w issues til next day via messenger.

the beds seemed like full size instead of queen that it was suppose to be. they were not very comfortable. the pull out sofa bed was bigger than the regular beds.

no paper towels- I know very picky but that was the only thing wrong!

Comfort and convenience of home

Being on 3rd floor

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the room was a good size for a decent price.

I didn't like that I could hear my neighbors so well. The walls were a little thin, and the drive down to the building I was staying in was very steep, but that's to be expected. They did have a second entrance I used instead.

I wish a breakfast was offered in the rooms of some sorts like a dry cereal of sorts.
