Beautiful and quiet, Christpher was a great host!

We had excellent communication with the owner, if we texted him he responded immediately. Our place was larger than we expected, very clean, and everything we needed was provided. This Vrbo is close to the AF Academy in Colorado and located in a very nice area with nice restaurants and things to do. Would definitely stay there again.

I try to be thorough in selecting my stays based on my own personal wants, those I'm with, price, location, etc. All the basics. So far, so good (five out of five). This place already had excellent reviews and, frankly, vastly exceeded the photos of the place. Easy communication with owner before booking, getting entry information, etc. Price was great. Location was awesome. It's a few minutes from I-25 but far enough away that you can't hear it or see it really. Pike's Peak is not quite visible from the place but it's visible very near the stay. There are some gas stations/fast food joints right down the street but some major exits along I-25 are 10-15 minutes away. 20ish minutes from Garden of Gods, 25 from Manitou Incline. Plenty of dining/shopping/entertainment options. Getting in, our map took us through a very long neighborhood drive. While annoying, we figured it was quite tucked away and safe. Using I-25 and the main roads is much easier and convenient. Place was great and clean. Two good-size bedrooms/beds, closets. A nice bathroom. Great dining and living room area with a fireplace and many TV viewing options. Security is always a big deal for my parents and this is very residential, very safe. Access to the place was a few steps but nothing serious. All in all, it's my third-best VRBO, which is no slight. We stayed in some crazy places that are tough to beat. Being more residential than some of the others, this was perfect. I would 100 percent stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our family who was in town for a graduation. Chris could not have been more gracious or accommodating. He responded promptly and professionally to our every request. I can see why he has so many returning guests and stellar reviews. The fact that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the unit gave us privacy when needed. The large walk-in closet (which is the size of a small bedroom) was the perfect place for our granddaughter to sleep in peace while the adults hung out in the living room. I can't recommend Chris and his rental highly enough!

My husband and I were finishing up our trip to Colorado in Colorado Springs. This was a perfect spot, out of the city a bit but in a very nice development. It was an easy drive to all the sights and to great restaurants. Chris was very easy to communicate with and his place was spotless. He had everything we needed and more. Added bonus was a sweet deer that visited in the back yard! We will stay here again for sure!

We were in town visiting family and Chris’ place was the perfect place for us to come home to. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for our little family. Would return again!

Christopher is a wonderful host! The property has everything you need for a stay. Safe neighborhood and close to many amenities; gas, groceries, restaurants, and great coffee. You will not be disappointed in your stay here, would certainly stay again.

We were in town for my nephew’s graduation from the Air Force Academy. Our place was super convenient to the academy . It was clean and quiet. And the host was super nice and helped me when I needed to extend my stay from my original reservation. Definitely recommend it to any visiting the Academy .

The apartment was exactly as presented. It was clean, spacious and very quiet. A great value for the money. Easy access to IH 25. You will not be disappointed renting this 2 bedroom apartment.

This property is nestled away in a quiet neighborhood, but it is close to so many good restaurants, shopping and the great outdoors! There is a cozy (instant) fireplace, spacious layout and lots of information the host has provided to enjoy the nearby attractions in the Colorado Springs area! Also, great sunset views and the moon over Pikes Peak.

This is a delightful clean space that met all our needs. The small kitchenette is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the host is kind. A great bonus is that it's close to USAFA.

I stayed here for a weekend trip to watch an Air Force game. Chris (the host) sent the check in details well ahead of time, kept a really clean property, and was generally a wonderful host. 10/10 would recommend.

From the first communication to the last, Chris was an excellent host. The home was very clean and well appointed. Perfect location relative to the Air Force Academy and other activities. Chris even had fresh flowers on the dining room table! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here!
