Owner was welcoming and knowledgeable, the location was convenient and it was quiet
definitely dated decor and took a lot of time to cool down. But not deal breakers. Parking a little tight.

Great location with easy access to beaches, restaurants and all the tours! Parking onsite and access to beach accessories like boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Super easy check in process!

The house is a beauty! We only stayed a night but will plan for more the next time. It is a nice place to relax, read some books, go to the beach, and just unplug.

The ambiance of the property was pleasing, with the beautiful pool area and mango trees abound. We were upgraded to a villa at no extra charge, which was a beautifully decorated space!
Wifi coverage was horrible in our room (concrete walls). Complimentary breakfast would have been convenient. Limited number of channels on TV

It felt very homely and comfortable . The guesthouse is very close to the bioluminescent bay tours and other beaches and cafe.

We met Skip who checked us in. He made it quick and easy. My companion wanted to try out some coconut water straight out of the coconut. Skip told us where we might find some and also offered to pluck one for us from his property if we didn’t find any. The location was very convenient - a short walk to the kayaking pickup point as well as eateries. The place had a swimming pool which we did not have the time to use during our 1 night stay. It was a nice rural feel with chickens around clucking at all times. It might be a problem for some but we were able to sleep soundly and enjoy an atmosphere that was authentic to the island.

The vip room was very nice and comfortable. Even though that one wasn’t our room, the owner gave us that one bc our reservation wasn’t registered in his list. Anyway he was nice for giving us that better room. The location was great to take the tour for the bioluminescence bay.
There wasn’t hot water in the shower. The pool was pretty dirty :(
