The location was very convenient and with great views. We were to take a morning flight and could reach Bagdogra in 1 & 1/2 hours time from this place. Also, the place was very clean and tidy. The host gave attention to small details which gave a very pleasant experience. He was good to converse.

Me and my family stayed here for 3 nights from 14th to 17th august 2022. The stay here was fantastic with very clean and tidy and spacious rooms. The view from the balcony and the terrace is amazing and yes you do get to see the mighty KANCHENJUNGA from here. The access is easy from the main bazaar and the railway station. 2 mins by car, 7 - 10 mins walking. The behaviour and service is exceptional. The host even gave me suggestions and a hand drawn map for the places to see. He also has suggestions of local cabs, who gave me a very reasonable rate with amazing service. The complimentary breakfast is good too. The only not so satisfactory thing would be the taste (mind you just the taste, the service and quality was very good) of the meals other than breakfast. But I could have also felt so because they set the standards so high with other things. And I do understand that it's a family kitchen with restraints. Overall highly highly recommended value for money stay. Super experience.

The homeliness and hospitality of the Thapa family 😇 it was a boon for us. And the way they arranged for a wholesome trip made our 2 day plan for kurseong even easier. Thank you so much for the lovely experience ❤️

Superb location, close to the Kurseong railway station and main market yet calm and quiet locality ..... amazing view of the mountain and the tea gardens from the balcony and the terrace.. Great hospitality received from the owner and his team .... Safe for solo women travellers.

Humbleness of the host and his superb hospitality.

All facilities were wonderful, and the rooms were great, good sized, lots of extra blankets. The open balconies were a lovely addition, with scenic views. Property was easy to reach, very close to Hill Cart Road. Host was very proactive.

Fantastic view from balcony of the top floor triple room. Well mannered and warm staff, fantastic and polite homeowner.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and Dinner was also excellent. View of the mountain is delightful. The owner is very polite and so the staff. Town center is a few minutes walk.

It was really nice. No dislikes.

I don’t think words would suffice about the beauty of this place. I don’t know where to start. The location. It was in the heart of the town. You can just walk around the little town, or go visit the tea gardens below or just simply walk up to the cafes and wrap yourself up in the aroma and warmth of a nice cup of Darjeeling tea. Now, let’s talk about the view this quaint little homestay offers. If you want to experience how it’d be, sitting in the lap of nature, surrounded by beautiful lush blue and green hills. Then you needn’t think no more. This is the place. The view from the balcony, the view of Kanchenjunga peaking through the mountains. Everything is so perfect. The hospitality. Oh the owners and the staffs are the most humble, kind and wonderful people I have ever met. They will take care of everything. The food was so scrumptious. Anything you order they’ll make it for you. And each dish this is so lip-smacking tasty and so homely. They are very courteous and will attend to every need. You want a cab? Done. You’re doubtful as to which places to visit? They will provide you with a map, on places you should see to where you should eat. You want to eat something local like squash greens? They go out of their way to get it and cook it for you. I absolutely loved their efforts to make your stay the most wonderful and memorable one. The rooms were immaculately clean and cozy. The room price was reasonable. I absolutely loved everything about this place. You don’t need to think twice before booking this place. It is undoubtedly the best.

I spent 4 days in this jewel of a place. The things I liked about the place: 1) The staff - They are the best and the most courteous people. They were always prompt and whenever we requested for anything additional, received it in minutes. And they always had a smile on their faces😊 2) The owners - Mrs. and Mr. Thapa are teachers by profession. I had a gala time talking to them. They are a very sweet couple and treat you very well. During one of our conversations they got to know about my favourite food and it happened to be my birthday the next day. So, as a surprise they ensured I was served that item, and that too complimentary!! 3) The food - Amazing homely food and everyday something different. And whenever we requested something apart from their menu for the day, they were generous enough to make that for us. When they got to know I was sick, they made me khichdi accordingly, alongwith getting me medicines for my condition. 4) The rooms - We stayed in the family room and it was the coziest place you can imagine, filled with all the possible amenities. The beda are big, sofa, ample storage options, chairs, tables, swing set, et al. 5) The view - Ohh..WHAT A VIEW!! From the huge terrace associated with the room, you get a great view of the mountains and the valley. I am really going to miss having my breakfast in that terrace overlooking the valley!

The things I didn't like: My vacations got over and I had to leave the place

The hospitality was very good, Mr. A Thapar is a very good host and was very kind to suggest some good places at Kurseong to visit

The best stay ever we had . Best hotel in Kurseong. If u want to have a great time just stay here. And the blessing in disguise was the view of kanchanjangha from ur room. I am mesmerized ❤️. Thank you for the service. The staffs the very very good... Food is just gives the feel of ur home. And the owner the most humble and loving and helpful person.

I liked everything... Every inch of the room; the service; the food was just mind blowing.
