We had a nice stay. Condo a little dated with some things not working but overall very clean and spacious. Communication with owner was very good. You need a car to get around.

Very comfortable and clean. Parking and access are easy. House is well supplied. Rooms are large and air conditioner and washer dryer work perfectly. Nice Stay. Will do it again on next visit.

It was a great 2 month stay! Our host was great in responding quickly to all our questions prior to our stay to helping get our pc’s connected to shoveling the walk during the rare snowfall during our stay. We will certainly be back!

In town for our wedding, and couldn’t have been happier with this stay. Very close to the venue, and this unit has been updated to feature modern amenities - others in the same neighborhood were not, as my family stayed there. Very clean, and very easy process.

Since the whole family was getting together we needed some extra bedroom space and this townhouse was perfect for our needs- 3 bedrooms 2 baths, well-appointed kitchen and close to my parents. Contact with the owner was fast and helpful.

Great space for 6 adults. Rooms are large and airy. Nice clean patio and deck of 2nd floor bedroom. Washer/Dryer worked well. The owner was available and replied to my emails. All and all a no stress experience.

Great rental unit
Had a great time and it was a great unit that was clean. Had a problem with the security code when we first arrived, but Bill responded to my call immediately and we got into the unit easily with his assistance. This is the second time we rented this unit and will be back again.

Wonderful property!
This is a quiet, comfortable, spacious, well-decorated townhome in a great location in Tellico. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying nature after our hikes and lunch.
We would definitely stay here again if visiting Tellico again.

Tellico Lot Search
We stayed at this property in April as our home base to find a lot in Kahite. The location was centered between the Tanasi and Toqua golf courses and was a quick ride out to Kahite. The home was very clean and the owners were quick to respond to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity. Our search for a lot continues so we would love to return if the unit is available. Bill and Leslie, thank you for sharing your home with us.

The Tellico lake area is great for golf and hiking. Everything was easily accessible from this location. Very well cared for unit.

The place is very nicely furnished throughout. The living area is very comfortable and great for relaxing at days end. Upstairs and downstairs porches make for a nice place to get fresh air regardless of which bedroom you call home. I plan on coming back to the area and am hopeful that I can get back in here.
