We liked everything about the condo, it was quiet, view from the balcony was wonderful and first floor made it easy to get in and out (especially with kids). The inside was nicely decorated, had all the nessesary items and more (extra sheets, plenty of towels and even beach towels). The unit was tidy and clean Communication with the owner was very easy. We really liked everything about this condo and will come again when we can! We were the family of 5 with two older kids and an infant - when we originally booked the place, our infant wasn't born yet. The owner allowed us to reschedule our stay last minute because of some unexpected conflict, so we are extremely thankful for her flexibility! The condo is perfect for family of 4 or fewer people, but it worked out with an infant too. Highly recommend it!

The condo was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Wish it was right on the beach, but the one block walk to the beach was fine. The pool was clean, but needs more umbrellas for shade from the hot Texas sun.

The condo was mostly clean and well stocked. Had one stain in the bathtub, but overall was clean. I've stayed at different units in Beach Club and this was one of the best. The ice maker worked and most dont work.

Great condo, amenities, and location. The beach was easy to walk to. The pool was fabulous! The condo was very clean and had everything you would need.

Nice little condo, although it could've been cleaned better. There were dish rags in the washing machine, a couple of clothing items in the dryer, greasy smears all over the stove top, sand in the kitchen sink, etc. Also, I think there may have been some construction going on in the condo above?? Pretty noisy... But, we had a great trip, stayed really busy, and actually spent very little time at the condo.

We traveled to the Padre Island / Corpus Christi area in May for just a few days. The condo was perfect - we could've stayed so much longer! Exactly as advertised if not better! The condo was immaculate and well furnished It had everything we wanted. The pool was wonderful and so uncrowded. Easy to get anywhere and just a short walk to the beach. Wonderful property owner that was so easy to communicate with! Can't wait to go back.

Excellent location, great condo next to beach access. Property pool clean and relaxing. Condo was exactly what you see and was very comfortable. Property owners very response. Def will stay again! Condo next to the property pond and stocked with fish if wanting to grill and drop a line.

We had a great time staying at the condo! It was extremely clean (hard to do at the beach) and was beyond well stocked in terms of kitchen supplies. The beach was literally at the end of the street and it was so nice to be able to walk and not use our car in the sand. Highly recommend!

My husband I I go to Whitecap beach usually a couple times a year. This was our first stay at this condo but I am sure we will be back. Very clean and well stocked. Assigned parking was a real treat, it's right in front of the building. For the first time ever I did laundry on the last night as we relaxed, so nice to come home and not have to deal with that!

Our stay was wonderful. There was everything we needed and very clean. It was only a block from the beach. We will be back.

The booking was easy and the owners were very accommodating. We will book with them again.

Was our 5th visit to Corpus Christi in our 30 years together and this was the best place we have stayed there so far. Enjoyed walking to White Cap Beach each morning. The unit was very well equipped with all we needed. Only minuses may have been wife did not like the bed "too hard" and was some roof construction that blocked front building entrance and parking during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in 5 years.

It was a prefect weekend vacation getaway! We hope to stay again soon!

I've stayed at Beach Gate a few times and this is the nicest condo by far. I would book this condo again in the future.

We wanted to get away from the snow of Wisconsin. We didn't rent a car and used Ubers instead. All Ubers were great. If we do this again we would stay here again, but rent a car to explore more of the area. The place is very clean and well stocked. We also liked the binder of all the information for the area with coupons to attractions near by. Thank you Peggy for a great stress free stay.

We had an awesome host, beautiful property, walking distance to one of the best beaches on the coast. Great location with the best restaurants and shopping if needed. Very peaceful and quiet relaxing atmosphere. Thank you!

Adorable home with everything you need. We cooked dinner each night and the kitchen had all of the pans, knives, utensils we needed. Plenty of towels and a great AC! Clean and decorated very nicely. Would definitely stay again!!

First time we had stayed at this property. We couldn't have had a better stay. Everything was exactly as promised, clean and really convenient. We have stayed at most places in the surrounding area however my wife really loved this unit probably her favorite of the last 20 years. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Everything you needed was accessible didn't need to go far to get to anything not when the beach

Great place, location and property manager was very nice. Our only issue was the pullout sofa is not at all comfortable for sleeping. Other than that, the place was perfect.

We stayed at Peggy’s place again and it was awesome. Close to so many restaurants, shops, in walking distance to the beach or close enough to drive to port A if you want. This is the second time my family of 4 has stayed here and I’m sure we will be back. Also has a great view of the pond from the patio.

Communication with Peggy was pretty clear and check in and out processes were easy and straightforward. The condo was cute - right across from the pond they have onsite. The community pool and jetted tub, sauna and workout room were nice. There were grills in that area that people used for their cooking. The jetted tub was constantly crowed…as to be expected. I would have definitely appreciated a more detailed explanation that this condo is on the first floor (unless I missed that.) We heard our upstairs neighbors each morning. I would choose a top floor condo if I had to choose again…Even though there are no elevators. The hall outside the unit was smelly - maybe because of the carpet or the clothes vents - but the inside of the condo was clean. The building the unit is in is right next to a road. That may be off putting to some. I think the top floor units could probably see the ocean as we were very close to it! There were little stickers that stuck to the bottom of my shoe during our walk to the beach. The bed was extremely uncomfortably hard. I would invest in a good, plush topper if I were the owner. If you sleep well, that makes all the difference. That’s why I’m rating this at a 3. The pots and pans and laundry facilities right in the unit were very convenient.

The unit was very clean, I only gave 4 stars because the building in which the unit is located needed some TLC. The unit is cozy, good for 2 adults and maybe 1-2 small children. Location was perfect and proximity of parking. Community pool and hot tub were ok. The communication with the owners was great and check-in process was very straightforward.
