We booked the property for a week long family trip. Total of 9 people ranging for 70s - almost 2. The house had everything that was needed plus some. Loved the majority of the rooms had king beds! The location could not have been beaten! Couple minute walk to the beach and downtown. Kids and adults loved to be able to jump in the pool to cool down or before dinner.

Watermark was just what my family needed. Conveniently located to the village, parks and the beach. Great place to relax and just chill. The pool was great entertainment for the kids and shaded a good part of the day. The management company was very responsive to anything that came up. Plenty of space for our family.

Our family had a great time at your home. The heated pool was a hit with the whole family. Being so close to the beach and the downtown area was great. We walked the beautiful neighborhood every day. It was great to be able to bring our furry friends. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids especially enjoyed the upstairs bunk room. We will definitely rent again.

When searching for a summer beach vacation, it was important to my family to be together but for us to all have space to spread out when needed. This home really accommodated those needs! The bunk bed room was perfect for the kiddos downstairs & the rest of the bedrooms were very spacious. We enjoyed cooking in the lovely kitchen almost every night & playing in the pool during the hot days. It was a short walk to the beach & the main downtown area which was amazing! If you are going to explore St Simons with your family, I definitely recommend this home!

The house is old and needs some major help. The pool area was green and filthy and had to be power washed the second day. My daughter and husband got into bed first night and the top sheet totally ripped. All the sheets and towels are very old and like tissue paper. It claims two dishwashers, but they are bar size and so old they don’t clean properly. Two ironing boards but no iron. Only one bedside light in the master, and a small two slot toaster for a house that sleeps so many is ridiculous! It took forever to make breakfast. Lighthouse Realty were very helpful having the pool area washed, but then those chemicals went into the pool making it unusable for two days before it was cleaned. All-in-all we were extremely disappointed with the house!

Overall we had a great time and the house was just the right size for all of our kids and grandkids. The location is terrific. It's just a short walk or golf cart ride to everything from the beach to a local bistro. We loved the layout of the house which allowed us all to be together but separate when needed. The pool, beach and areas for play time for the kids were also just right for our family. There were some cleanliness issues which included the pool and pool area. The house floors also needed some deep cleaning. These items were discussed with the property manager and they are on the list for them to address. I saw in another review, comments about the refrigerator. Be mindful to not overload the refrigerator when you first arrive. That will effect the temperature of your perishables. I will say that even on our next to last day, beverages still just above cool. Now, we all know that in the kind of summer temperatures opening and closing has a direct effect. But I still feel like you may want to get a second opinion from a service tech. Lastly, I recommend that you do something about the front steps and how slippery they get even from a light rain shower. Some non-skid tape may be the perfect solution. My dad took a nasty fall on the day we arrived. It had just rained and even though he was aware of the slippery steps, he still took a nasty fall. Everyone enjoyed their time on the island and we're already discussing plans for next summer and another family vacation.

We really enjoyed this location on St Simons. The house was wonderful for having everyone together and the rooms were great on all 3 floors. We called the management team to remind them about us paying additional to heat the pool and they turned it on remotely. The back of the house has a lot of growth so we had to blow leaves and sweep the pool each day. Easy walk to the beach with the house toys and carts.

The property manager was very swift to respond to a minor problem. We all agreed we would stay here again. The property and its amenities made our stay easy and enjoyable.

My family and I had a disappointing stay. Based on previous reviews, I thought I was booking a sparklingly clean home that had updated appliances and cookware to match their kitchen. Instead, the house was clearly not clean when we arrived and the utensils/cookware were dirty and overused. The refrigerator was cool at best. We had to keep most of our refrigerated items in the downstairs fridge. As for the cleanliness, our feet were black after 30 minutes of being there, there were questionable stains on the master duvet cover, NUMEROUS stains on the stairs and upstairs carpet, stains on the couches, and thick piles of dust that flew off the ceiling fan into my nieces pack and play when turned on. There were also opened bags of skittles and chips behind the night stand in the downstairs room. Not sure why we paid for a cleaning fee when the house was clearly not cleaned for us. In addition, the management company was unfriendly and unresponsive. They asked for feedback after the stay, and it took them 2 emails and one weeks to respond. I then followed up to their email and have yet to hear back. Unless it’s a positive review, they don’t want to hear it. The lack of care and professionalism on their end is something I have never experienced when renting a home in the past. I am disappointed beyond words.

Our stay was amazing! The pool was a hit and the beds were very comfy. Tons of space. Communication was very good with our contacts and they respond very quickly. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable and memorable!
