I enjoyed my stay at the A Frame. Very peaceful, comfortable furniture and plenty of hot water. I was a little disappointed that the water at the dock wasn’t deeper and thought the appliances could be updated. I also heard mice in the rafters in the evening time..

The views, the ambience, the fire pit, listening to the loons singing. This place was fantastic all the way around. Comfy bed, and furniture. Great amenities, we are planning on booking again next year. We absolutely loved this place and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The view is fantastic

Disappointing property

The house was perfectly clean and well presented. The setting was serene. We met some of the staff when we arrived and they were great. I've been staying in the Moosehead Lake area for more than 30 years. This home was quite lovely. We'll definitely come again. Well done!!

Absolutely lovely place. Very cozy and clean. Nothing luxurious but with spectacular views. Only issue we had was with directions. They need to be updated. The blinking light in Greenville hasn’t been working for years (according to locals) and there is no Lily Bay North Side Association sign nowhere to be found.

Lots of ant hills all over the property, spider webs and hornets nest on the exterior. We ended up leaving a night early because no one slept, the beds are very uncomfortable. Would recommend having some type of games there, not very kid friendly. Bring your own mixing bowls/plastic bowls- none there for preparing anything. For a last minute trip, we made do.

super cute A-frame right on the lake, very clean. local property manager listed in home is outdated so when we had a problem with the grill it had to go through Vacasa then got a call back the next day from local support. other than that, perfect vacation spot!

This is the perfect place for a quiet getaway. Near the town, on the lake and near the mountains, it is easy to find something to do. The only downside is the stairs to the second floor are steep and narrow but it doesn't effect the value. I will be back and next time with the whole family!

We loved our stay at the a frame. It was clean and the location beautiful. I would recommend this place, as long as you're aware the steps to all of the beds is very steep. I have vertigo so they made me scared, but would probably not bother most people. I thought they could also change out the shower curtain. I understand about water stains, but it was a little yukky.

Great location for a peaceful getaway. The house was very comfortable. I would give it a perfect score if the appliances were a bit more updated and the cleanliness given a little more attention. Otherwise it was fantastic. Mother Nature caused the lake to be low which meant swimming & fishing from the property were basically impossible but it was still a great place to spend a week. Loved that the park is close by and Greenville is about a 20 minute drive.

Beautiful property. Very easy to rent from. I apologize, we did forget to start dishwasher when we left, I remembered 30 miles down the road. If you love nature, you will love this place. Thank you to the owners for sharing.

Awesome place to relax and enjoy the wildlife and views of Lily Bay. Greenville is a bustling town with great shops, restaurants with wonderful food and very friendly people. Highly recommend.

Beautiful spot great location and super clean. Ee enjoyed swimming and fishing right off the dock. Fully equipped kitchen for our meals. Nice yard for the kids to play. It was really windy when we were there for the internet and TV went out but that didn't really effect us at all. Def. Black fly time so bring supplies to help battle them. We saw 3 moose and a fox. Everyone of us caught fish right even our 4 and 6 year old did. I cant say enough about how nice this cabin was we truly enjoyed ourselves .

We rented for a friends wedding that was on the same street just as you turn onto the dirt road. It was nice, appointed well and served our needs great. Would recommend to stay here. just be mindful that there is really only ONE bedroom with a door. the other room is a "loft" type at top of the stairs with a full bed and single. I would call this a kids bunk room. Good for a family maybe not so good for couples who want some privacy. Perhaps invest in some new mattress for upstairs.

Also, the WiFi name and password on the Vacasa app are incorrect, the correct password is written down in a book in the cabin.Apart from the nitpicking, this is truly a fantastic place to stay

This is our 4 th year staying here ! We love the house being right on the lake ! View is amazing ! Also a close drive to fishing spots in area ! I highly recommend staying here ! We will be back for year 5 !

This was an easy process, and the property was exactly what was expected based on the photos and description. The only drawback eas that tve shoreline was very rocky making it hard for my 3 year old and my mother to access well. Other than that breathtaking views, close to all that the Moosehead Lake region has to offer!

Better than any picture could capture; we’ve been coming up to the Moosehead area and have stayed in many homes/cabins/cottages. This was absolutely the most serene, beautiful spot yet!

Great cabin/home on Moosehead Lake. The Salmon fishing was pretty damn good besides. Second place I rented on Moosehead in the past year and this place wins all around. Will be looking to book this place again next time

Great views across the lake in a very quiet setting. We loved it and the area.

This cabin has a great location on the East shore of Moosehead. Spacious living/dining area with great views across the lake. Kitchen would be small for big family and the kitchen wear is a mish mash of things. No big coffee mugs. 🙁 Only one bedroom is private. The other area is a sleep loft open to downstairs living areas. Stairs down from sleep ateas are quite narrow and steep. Might be an issue for the elderly or small kids.
Camp was very clean and tidy apart from one dirty cookie sheet found in a cupboard. Nice grassy area and fire pit overlooking the lake and a gas grill for cookouts. Water by the dock is shallow and rocky but there is a mooring for a boat further out in deeper water.
Would definitely return, especially if they upgrade the mugs!

Location is great being a 20 minute drive to downtown Greenville for restaurants/bars or 20 minutes up the lake to Kokadjo town for Roach pond and moose sightings. Very spacious a-frame. Views from the living room of the mountains and lake are beautiful and in july the sun sets in the right cove. In 2019 looks like new living room rug and couch and plush chairs.

Loved the views and the location just needed a screen porch or more fresh lake air access away from the mosquitos. Just a few small recommendations for future renters, the chairs on top deck are too short to enjoy the view and could be used on bottom deck as more seats. Kitchen supplies could be updated a bit lots of old useless stuff , just need a few simple common pots/pans, bigger coffee mugs and a few wineglasses. Large living area worked well for small family, just need to allow friendly dog😉�

Very nice cabin, well appointed. The washer / dryer is a nice touch. No AC, but didn't need it at all. Only one bathroom may make it tricky for more than 2 or 3 people. Very clean, all appliances function very well (washer is a little slow). Will rent again.
