Property as advertised. Great location and Daniel was very helpful. In need of updating and repairs in some areas.

Great, relaxing stay after arriving by boat. Location of villa to our slip directly below made access to either easy and convenient. With Salty Dog Cafe on property, an ice cream shop, Marina Market and Freshfields nearby it is a great location with fantastic views!

Great condominium and easy access to marina. Docks and waterway watching from the back porch is easy. Back porch overlooking boardwalk, docks and waterway. Relaxing and peaceful. Nicely decorated and modern amenities.

This property was delightful for us. Peaceful, clean, roomy, beautiful view of the water. We are avid bird watchers, so we were able to observe and identify many shore birds using our spotting scope. We traveled to historic Charleston to enjoy historic tours and romantic dinners. Memorable time away together.

The condo is right on the marina and within walking distance to a few restaurants. Quick drive to Freshfields. The view is gorgeous. Very peaceful. Thanks Dan for sharing your property

Excellent communication with Daniel. We certainly enjoyed the property. Great location, and a beautiful place. Sunset on the deck was spectacular. Bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. Although we left early, due to storm surge from Hurricane Ian, wanted to be inland closer to the airport, we certainly enjoyed our time and hope to return again. Daniel was very responsive to all concerns, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property. Thank You, Daniel!

We recently spent a weekend at this Villa. Daniel provided step by step instructions for checkin/checkout. The villa is very clean, fresh and uncluttered. It is appropriately decorated for marina living. As soon as you walk in you will feel a sense of serenity. Everything in the villa is a representation of relaxation. It is spacious yet cozy blending a blue and white color scheme with beautiful grey flooring. The villa has a large stately yet modern dinning table. It has a comfortable sofa & lounge set. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed including a blender, two coffee makers, and a large microwave. The bedroom is a minimalist dream, bright and spacious with ample closet and storage space. We spent a lot of time on the terrace above the boardwalk. The terrace table and umbrella set provided additional comfort. The villa is minutes from the trendy Freshfield Village and the peaceful windswept Seabrook Beach. This villa is definitely on our list to repeat.

Very nice, clean unit. Great location that was quiet and relaxing. Amazing views!! Along with restaurants at Marina, we enjoyed being close to Freshfields Village. It was just a short bike ride and gave us a variety of restaurants and shops to access. Daniel was quick to respond and check-in was easy. We will definitely be back!

Very nice unit. Nicely decorated. All amenities included. Thoroughly enjoyed the deck with such a nice view of the Marina. Everything we needed was in the townhouse. Close to our event and the check in process with Dan was so easy. Felt like we were friends without ever meeting each other. Would definitely stay again should we come back to this area.

We had a great time, clean, great views, very quite. Owner answered emails in appropriate time. Would have given 5 stars, except for a couple of things. Showers very hard to turn on! Needs new bed. Had water issues for a couple of days…water off in villas for repair work several hours ea day….couldn’t use toliet or cook….Inconvenient. Only found out day before, but residents knew a few weeks in advance.
