Great water park and pools, great landscape, nice rooms, nice food. Most of the stuff is great and kind.

Air conditioning is difficult to control, no remote. Some small things but they can make a big difference in the experience - water pressure in the bath, shampoo and soap fixed to the wall( hard to wash little kids if you don’t get in with them in) etc… the restaurant in the evening was disappointing.

Breakfast and dinner is good and have a lot of variety. A lot of swimming pools to choose from and sun beds so it doesn't feel crowded at all. The rooms are spacious. The property is huge so it nice to have long walks. The aquapark is a hit too, if you have kids they will enjoy this place a lot. The front desks team are always polite and approachable. In general, most staffs are friendly.

The bed is a DISASTER. Every small move we make, it is squeaking loud. We had a 7 months old child and he always wake up because of the noise coming from the bed. Horrible. You seriously need to fix it. For reference, this is room 707. I would like to warn others that if someone approach you as "hotel photographer/partner" and offered FREE "Photo session", you have to PAY for the photos. We felt tricked since they did not mention it. But instead, immediately use the word FREE SESSION! I am sure this is not the first time they conveniently left the idea of explaining. If they explained well earlier, then we can think and decide whether to proceed or not. In the end, we have to buy photos because we used a lot of time just to have the photos and even cut our son's swimming time for it. This ruin our good feeling about our holiday. Lastly, one staff (bar in front of main restaurant) was very rude to my mother in law. She ordered Margarita. 1st drink- it was good. 2nd order, he mumbled a lot saying "Margarita again" and showed he is not happy making 2nd drink for her and made in very sweet.

Everything! The rooms were airy and bright , the beds were so comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean! The staff were amazing -always kind, helpful and they looked after us so well. The food was excellent with a wide variety of foods and something for everyone at each meal. The resort is huge with excellent facilities and a wide range of activities for all ages while also being relaxing and fun.

Mon séjour à Costa Botanica a été dans l'ensemble très agréable. L'endroit offre un cadre idyllique et une atmosphère relaxante qui m'ont permis de vraiment me détendre et de profiter de la beauté naturelle environnante. Les installations étaient impeccables, bien entretenues et conçues pour maximiser le confort et le plaisir des visiteurs. Cependant, un petit bémol a été quelque clients qui étaient tres désagréable avec les enfants et aussi la présence de moustiques En raison de la végétation luxuriante et du climat tropical, les moustiques étaient assez présents, ce qui a parfois rendu les soirées en extérieur un peu moins agréables. Cela dit, ce petit désagrément peut facilement être géré avec une bonne préparation. J'ai utilisé des crèmes et des produits anti-moustiques, et cela a considérablement amélioré mon expérience. Je recommande vivement à tout futur visiteur de prévoir ces articles essentiels pour profiter pleinement de tout ce que Costa Botanica a à offrir sans être dérangé par les moustiques. Je tiens également à saluer le personnel de Costa Botanica. Ils travaillent dur et leur dévouement est évident dans chaque aspect de leur service. Malgré la charge de travail impressionnante, ils restent toujours professionnels, amicaux et prêts à aider. Leur attitude positive et leur efficacité ont vraiment contribué à rendre mon séjour encore plus plaisant. Bravo à toute l'équipe pour leur excellent travail et leur engagement envers la satisfaction des clients.

Сподобалось абсолютно все. Я приїхала на тиждень, але готель виявився таким хорошим, що я залишилась ще на тиждень.

La nourriture excellente, les infrastructures pour les enfants, la plage, le personnel très sympa et la végétation.

Rien mis à part peut-être qu’il faudrait un petit refresh en décoration dans les chambres mais elles sont fonctionnelles
