Good location, close to amenities

Compressor or air con that provided a continuous hum all night

The location was wonderful. Right in the centre of Truro next to the Cathedral and river with excellent restaurants and shops nearby. Despite being above a pub, the room was generally quiet. It was well-furnished, with a brilliant shower and fantastic huge bath towel.

The internet was poor, completely dropping out regularly and making it difficult to work. There were biscuit wrappers behind the desk and my double bed was two singles pushed together. I kept waking in the crack between.

Very tired

The hotel location was good. The staff was friendly.

The room was not cleaned at all during our stay at all even the covid restrictions were lifted up. I think there should be an option for guests to choose. The furniture was run down.

No control over heating. Woke up very cold as heating has been turned off.

Splendid location in the centre of Truro. Room was clean, spacious with a comfy bed. The ensuite was good with a wonderful shower to make me feel awake the following morning!

Stayed there a few times prior to COVID very nice, but now gone downhill. Room smelt very musty, with cobwebs on ceiling, bathroom spider on ceiling, floor and bath tiles all cracked, sink cracked, kettle half full and smelt from last customer we presume. Quite a few pounds required to be spent to bring it back to a useable state. Bar staff would rather play with phone rather than serve customers, and very expensive. No parking facilities and staff unable to advise on where you could park. Won't be returning
