The property was so beautiful and SO CLEAN! We LOVED spending our nights outside with the beautiful lights and patio furniture. Steve and Chelsea were incredible hosts and provided so quick to respond!! This was an incredible first family vacation since COVID and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. They are so dog friendly and even our dogs had an amazing time!!

We truly enjoyed our week. The home is close to beaches (both oceanside and bayside. It is well laid out & comfortably accommodated our group of 5 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. The beach chairs, umbrella & beach cart were in good condition & appreciated.

This house was amazing. Very clean and very well stocked with all the amenities that are needed. It was great to have bikes, beach chairs, badges, beach cart, etc…. The kitchen had everything needed. Plenty of room for the family and the open concept was fantastic. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog. Steve and Chelsea were easy to get a hold of. Finally, the location close to the beach was great. It was a short walk. Look forward to staying there again!!

We had a very nice stay at Steve and Chelsea's beach house. Very clean and very well stocked with all the amenities that are needed for a full week stay. One and a half blocks from the beach made for a nice morning walk. Very pet friendly too given the fenced in yard. Would definitely come back for a summer stay.

The property is outstanding! The location is everything (perfectly located in the desirable Beach Haven)! The hosts are incredible! My husband and I along w our pup enjoyed an off season get away to this gem! We look forward to returning in the future! Thank you Steve and Chelsea for being such wonderful hosts!

Everything was great from start to finish! The owners were easy to contact and attentive to our needs and questions. The house was comfortable and perfectly located (walk or bike ride to everything). We will definitely rent this house again!

Great home for family plenty of space indoor and outdoor the bikes were awesome too

I stayed in this house with my 3 children, their spouses and grandchildren. The home was comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen was open to the family room and dining room. It was perfect for family togetherness. The master bedroom was roomy and separate from the other sleeping areas. (Which was nice when babies cried in the night.) The bunk rooms were small but plenty comfortable for little ones and young adults. The home was just a few blocks from the beach and several blocks to fun ice cream shops, dog park and bay park. Nearby parks had concerts in the park and bonfires on the beach. Our favorite thing to do was to ride the surrey “with the fringe on top” to visit nearby family. What an awesome week we had!

Steve was an excellent host and the property was clean and in good shape! The house is close to the beach, and the fenced in yard is great for our 2 dogs. Would recommend the property to friends and stay here again as well!

Everything about this home was perfect! From the location, to the decor, the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness and most importantly, to the helpfulness of the owners..... there was nothing left to be desired! I am hoping to rent this home again next year and would absolutely recommend it for friends and family! Thank You!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is comfortable and a short walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would stay here again for sure!

House is on the corner of the main boulevard but window AC unit in bedroom facing street helps cut the noise. Central AC in the rest of the house is controlled remotely by landlord and cannot be set below 73 - way too warm - especially for sleeping (doctors recommend temps range from 60-68 degrees for optimal sleep conditions.) Two large bathrooms but they, like all the rooms, lacked good lighting. The drains did not have strainers/stoppers-be careful. House was generally clean and aesthetically pleasing with just enough “beach” decorations to remind you the ocean is only 7 houses away. There was everything you needed in kitchen to prepare food. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking utensils but light on eating utensils, useful storage containers, and bowls for mixing/serving. There were books, a few games, and puzzles. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and other toys in garage which we didn’t use (brought own). Yard is fenced in back/side. There is a nice large deck in the back with comfortable furniture and a propane grill. There is a large, functional outdoor shower and hose to rinse feet. There is a smaller balcony in front to catch the sunsets over the bay. Master bedroom is HUGE with palladium windows -be prepared to wake with the sun or wear eye masks! Two smaller bedrooms have bunk beds (twin/full) which fill the rooms. Challenging for older teens or adults to sleep on as they are pushed against wall enclosing them on three sides . They have low head clearance - not possible to sit on to dress or prop up against headboard to read. All the mattresses were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. We never felt crowded in the house as there was plenty of room in the main area and we let the kids use the master bedroom as the “play area”. There is a tv that was easy to use. Even though our rent included a cleaning service we were required to do some heavy cleaning on the way out. such as “clean all surfaces*toilet, shower/tub, sink, mirror”, “sweep and mop floors”,“and “dust all flat surfaces” on the way out. Never rented a place anywhere with these requirements! Overall, the house was clean, in a good location, and had everything you need for a beach vacation. It’s a good house for a large family with young kids. But we probably wouldn’t rent it again. It took way too long to clean up per their specifications on way out and it just didn’t fit our family's needs - both in sleeping accommodations and AC.

Place was nicely decorated and perfect location. Loved the open concept. About 7 houses from the beach and Kids rode bikes to bay village daily . They were able to walk and get ice cream and pizza. Owner was easily accessible We will definitely rent again.

This was the most perfect beach house in all my years of renting for vacation. First of all, it was clean and pristine! Bright and furnished beautifully. I was able to bring my family and my sister and her family. Our parents also came for a night. (All the kids bunked together that night which made it a fun night for them!) Our bathrooms were large and clean AND Oh my goodness the mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE! not just ours in the master bedroom, but every single mattress was just better than my home mattress! The kitchen was open and welcoming and roomy fridge/ dishwasher, all state of the art appliances. My sister even was allowed to bring her boxer, which is always a hard find. The main deck was large and yard even better, I felt like we all had plenty of space and areas to hang out. The dog loved it. Also came with a side deck facing the Main Street. The location was A-mazing It’s literally steps to beach and to the Blvd. you can walk to anything. It’s smack dab in the middle of lbi so everywhere is close. I seriously cannot wait to return next year and every year after. Thank you so much for opening your place to us!!!
