A pleasant walk to the Esplanade with restaurants/hotels and shops. Very well equipped property, especially the kitchen/laundry.

My husband and I stayed at Kernilla for 4 nights. It is in a fabulous location - close to everything and was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Overall a wonderful experience! Thank you Joanna - definitely a 5 star rating!

Lovely older home, tastefully renovated and decorated. Spotless. Had a very well stocked pantry. Situated close to everything. Nice views from front verandah and back terraced garden. Felt very much at home, we highly recommend Kernilla.

We enjoyed this extremely well appointed holiday rental, close to all that is on offer in the Port LIncoln district. Our host left no stone unturned in her quest to provide guests with all they could possibly need in facilities and comfort. Very clear instructions were provided on how to operate in such classy and convivial accomodation, and it was the thoughtful, little touches that made our 4 night stay so special. Highly recommended.

Joanna was prompt in responding to any queries we had. The house is just beautifully appointed with beautiful scents in the rooms, extremely generous pantry provisions and lots of dishes, pots and pans. The property has a beautiful garden with lots of herbs, citrus trees and rhubarb plants. someone is a gardener! The bed was extremely comfortable with a warm quilt for the winter months. The property is in a great location. There is absolutely nothing negative to say and wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying there.

When we arrived after a 7 hour drive, it was amazing to see the presentation and features of the house. Beautifully clean, aromatherapy smells in every room, comfy bed and so many creature comforts. The extra touches of milk and bread in the fridge, coffee pods, access to a pantry of staples and a welcome box of chocolates. The location was perfect-just at the beginning of port Lincoln , close but not too close. We had an amazing stay. Highly recommend to stay at this property. We’ll be back!

It was exactly as described in the listing.
Kitchen was extremely clean, better equipped than my home.
The owner has provided everything we could possibly require. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in. There was so much to do ,even when it rained , lots of games to play and the best of all was the piano . We sang great songs and put a big smile on all of us .The barbeque cooked many great meals of fresh tasty fish .There is an art to running a vacation rental business and the part of it is being 100% customer focused, was a welcoming experience for my whole family. We will return to Kernilla House Port Lincoln.

Peaceful Port Lincoln stay @ Kernilla
Kernilla is a very cosy holiday house with lots of thoughtful extras (eg dressing gowns, wellness magazines and local wine/chocolate/breakfast supplies). The master bedroom's bed was very comfortable and the sun room bright and warm in winter with a day bed. The location is great, short car trip to town, ocean view and close to corner store for essentials. Would recommend and definitely would stay again. Joanna was very accommodating with the uncertainty of changing border rules between SA and VIC.

Fantastic accommodation
I stayed 3 nights in Kernilla House for a family holiday. It was a really nice clean and cozy temporary home for us. The owner was very caring. You can access everything in Kernilla House, just like in your own home. From various tea bags, wheetbix to kids slippers and even matches. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back for our future holiday.

Location is very convenient, with easy walking distance to cafes and shops. If your a keen walker in the morning you can walk along a walking & bike track before coming to a walking track along the beach shore. Kernilla was a lovely, clean & well presented & equipped house that our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed staying in.

A Very Enjoyable Stay
Our stay at Kernilla House was very enjoyable. Joanne kept in touch with us before our arrival and after we left. On entering it was Very clean and Tidy. Beds were Very comfortable. A lovely sun room to sit and relax. All essentials were provided. If any issues you could contact Joanne. Her response was very quick. If you liked games and books there were plenty to choose from. I could not fault anything. Situation was close to the city centre (an enjoyable walk) overlooking the bay. A small convenience store at the end of the road that was very handy.
I would recommend staying here without any hesitation. 😃�

Great spot for a family holiday
Ocean views from the balcony and backyard with a very nice outdoor setting. Spacious house with heaps of room for a family.
Well stocked pantry and the starter pack was a nice touch. We didn't have to shop the first day after a long drive. Joanna was a great host

Kernilla is a spacious holiday home in a convenient
location. It is very neat, clean and uncluttered yet has everything a family might need. The 3 toilets, and 2 lounge/sitting areas are a bonus. We stayed for 5 nights which was a good amount of time to settle in and explore the area. Excellent property, thank you Joanna.

COMFORT IN PORT LINCOLN
The property was extremely well presented. The owner provided everything that you could possibly need to have a wonderful stay. The home was spotless, the linen and towels were excellent quality and the kitchen was stocked with pantry essentials and a large range of crockery and cutlery. We loved having out gin and tonics at the top of the garden with a lovely water view and the wood burner in the loungeroom provided wonderful atmposphere as well as warmth when needed. The owner responded to any queries instantly. We hope to be back!
