The location is superb. Clean appartments. Some table lamps were missing bulbs. But the place is really fun for children. it has a unique design and 4 floors with stairs. We are definitely are going to come back to this place. Are kids loved it.

Staff were nice and responded very quickly to questions. Pictures from the apartment were very good. Location and the apartment itself were amazing!

Curtains were missing. This didn't bother during this time of year but could be problem during the summer when it's bright outside.

This is a very nice apartment in an excellent location. Everything matched the description. It is right in the middle of old town, yet in a quiet courtyard behind a locked gate.

There were many smaller things which can be easily fixed. Many windows were lacking curtains or blinds, letting early morning light shine onto the guests. While the kitchen was otherwise well equipped, the number of glasses and cups was not as large as the number of beds. Apartment was clean, but not spotless: for example, there was a used coffee filter (with coffee still wet from previous users, fortunately no mold yet) in the coffee machine. The instructions for opening the gate could be improved (e.g. by proofreading by a native speaker), fortunately, there were helpful photos.
