Estuvo perfecto. El desayuno excelente y muy variado. Parte del personal hablaba español. La estación de bus estaba muy cerca y caminando se podía llegar al centro. La habitación privada que tuvimos super comoda y espaciosa. Nos quedamos varios días y fue la mejor decisión. Fue todo un sueño. Definitivamente vuelvo.

Grillplatz sollte wieder auf Vordermann gebracht werden.

Fantastische ligging met mooi zicht en het personeel is heel attent en aardig.

‘s avonds wordt er kaasfondue gemaakt, dat ruik je door het hele hotel.

The interior looks great

Very clean room, beautiful building and environment, good view of the room. The table in the room was also a bonus. We had a relaxing one night there. We didn’t have the chance to taste the popular fondue, hopefully next time.

Maybe the bunk bed, yet again that’s totally something we opted for: it was still comfortable, good value for the money.

A localização é bem cômoda. Dá para caminhar em 12 min até a estação de trem que tem acesso direto a outras cidades próximas como Grindelwald. O quarto em si era bem maior que o que eu esperava. Surpresa positiva.

A chegada para o check in foi um pouco conturbada. Como eu cheguei antes do horário de check in, queria apenas deixar as malas no hotel para continuar conhecendo a cidade, porém não foi tão simples encontrar o local das malas. E não tinha alguém na recepção.

Great location, beautiful view from room.

Shower had tendency to flow onto the floor

Lovely place, friendly staff, the beds are comfortable, clean and separate, and the cheese fondue is great. It's also a good location, about 5 minutes' walk from the train station (which is also where the buses come).

The fondue is quite pricey. It's good though, and a nice experience. There's not much to say here - we had a good experience there to be honest.

2 kişilik odada kaldık. Odanın temizliği, tesisin konumu gayet iyiydi. İsviçre standartlarına göre açık büfe kahvaltısı da iyiydi.

Otelde kalan misafirlerden, tesisin kendisine ait otoparkından ücreti alınmasını gerçekten yadırgadım. Sadece 5 frank olsa da ücret, tesiste kalan misafirden alınmaması gerekir. Bir de otopark ücreti ödendiğinde herhangi bir belge verilmediği gibi, resepsiyon görevlisi tarafından ödenip ödenmediği 3 kez soruldu. Çok rahatsız edici bir durumdu. Çıkış saati de 10:00 olarak belirlenmiş. Hiçbir tesiste bu kadar erken çıkış verildiğini hatırlamıyorum. Müşterilere sadece para gözüyle ve güvenilmez kişiler olarak bakıldığı, misafir olarak görülmediği o kadar net hissettiriliyor ki, bu durum tesisin ve odanın güzelliğini gölgede bırakıyor. Tesisi işletenlerin, misafir ağırlama konusunda ciddi bir eğitimden geçmesi lazım diye düşünüyorum.

El hostel tiene una vistas increíbles, su ubicación es céntrica estas a 4 mtos caminando de la parada de los buses o el tren, el desayuno es muy bueno y variado, las instalaciónes son buenas, las camas son cómodas y el baño se encuentra dentro de la habitación. El personal es amable y algunos hablan español esto me ayudo mucho con las dudas que tenia acerca de la ciudad, me volvería a hospedar allí sin duda

Todo estuvo bien

Para ser un Hostel (ya sabemos qué esperar versus un hotel), nos pareció excelente en todos los sentidos. Reservamos habitación privada, con literas. Camas cómodas, habitación y lavabo dentro de la habitación limpias y con medidas excelentes para el precio siendo Suiza. Personal muy amable. Puedes cenar una fondue allí espectacular. Desayuno muy bueno incluido en el precio. Decoración cuidada, casa antigua monísima con encanto. Localización perfecta para pasar un par de noches. Súper recomendable!

Staff was great. Great view from the hostel. Had discounts and bus pass for travel within Interlaken. Nice breakfast.

Location easy to find and bus stop nearby. Love the fondue dinner in the garden. Nice atmosphere. Room n bathroom was clean and comfortable.

Lifts only work fr 730am to 7pm. Had to beg them to switch it on for is cos we both had bad backs and we arrived late at 7.30pm. When we arrived, we asked about the Fondue dinner and the male server told us NO MORE FOOD for us. However after putting luggage in the room and we came down to try again, the sweet female server proceeded to serve us and we enjoyed the Fondue dinner very much! She saved this review. And she got a good tip from us! Thank you dear for being willing to serve us although it was late.

El olor a queso, no había calefacción, el desayuno era muy pobre

Todo perfecto. Lugar muy acogedor. Personal fantástico, la recepcionista Mayte, una persona maravillosa. Nos ayudó en todo. El desayuno riquísimo. Habitación 5 personas, limpia, con baño dentro de la habitación. Entorno idílico, rodeado de montañas. Enfrente del hostal hay una parada de bus que te acerca al centro de la ciudad en 5 minutos. Caminando son 10 minutos.

Super comfortable and a lovely room with a settee as well as the double bed so you could really spread out your stuff. Lovely breakfast with a range of cereals, fruit, breads and croissants plus cheeses and meats. All very relaxed, and the views are exceptional.

Ambiance

Overall, its a beautiful property. Great location - you can see mountains and beautiful sunrise outside in the garden. Totally worth it.

My room was a bit small for a 6 sharing dorm.

The staffs from the kitchen and house keeper were very helpful. As when we checked in earlier then the required time, there was no one at the reception and we don't know who to approach for help. Luckily, the kitchen helper and house keeper helped us with early checked in and where to store our luggage before the room was ready.

Booked for family of 3 but given 3 double decker beds and the toilet was very small. No hangers were provided. Worst of all, we were shocked that before checked out, we had to took out the pillow, comforter, bed sheets covers and all used towels to put at the allocated point ourself. We were never expected with such policy and this was not acceptable. Furthermore, we were paying for family room not bed only which is more expensive and yet we were requested to do this. As we were rushing to catch the earliest train, with this extra job, we had to woke up earlier. The storage room was dark, small and seem dirty.
