Brilliant villa , brilliant location lovely time had by all the family, bigger than it looks plenty of space there was 9 of us but all had our own space when we wanted lovely sized pool and plenty of outside seating and sunbathing areas really enjoyed it will definately think about booking in the future , any information needed owner's we're in touch straight away loved it , 5 stars 🌟 amazing !!!

Excellent villa very spacious also very private which is nice. lovely pool. The Neighbour pool can be a bit of a party pooper at times but other than that brilliant experience

The photos don’t do this villa justice. Bigger than the photos show. Very easy to arrange staying here, the owners are lovely and answered all my questions quickly and in full. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone! Villa is a short taxi ride away from the main strip so lovely and clean and quiet on an evening! Many rooms, a balcony, games room (which we sadly didn’t utilise) pool was lovely and again, larger than photos. Lots of information in the folder left for guests including taxi numbers etc. wonderful! 10/10

Very look location, close enought to walk to the hustle and bustle. But far enough to be away from it, that if you want to relax you can. Simple and easy communication with the owners. Would use again.

Can’t recommend enough for families or groups. Villa was lovely, had everything we needed and close to amenities if required. Lovely quiet part of town. Games room was a particular hit with our group. Weather was great too, over 20 degrees every day, can’t beat that in February.

The property is clean and in good order with a good layout, the pool is bigger than it looks in the photos. You can walk to local shops and bars in a little over 5 minutes, where you can get a good breakfast/ dinner for a good price. You can walk to the strip in about 25 mins with plenty of places to stop on the way, and the beach in about 30 mins. Taxis back are about €6, it’s mostly uphill. We had an electrical fault which the owner resolved in about an hour, however we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work after that, but as we were leaving 2 days later we weren’t too bothered. I’m sure it is fixed now. Overall a great stay.

This is a great villa in a good area lots of bars/shops locally and close to the water park and zoo.

We came back for a second visit because we loved it so much the first time. As before, everything was first class, pristine, peaceful and relaxing. Ideal location away from the hustle and bustle. Great communication from the owners - we'll be back next year!!

I booked the last week in October for the family, 6 adults and toddler in tow. The main attraction was the heated pool as my grandaughter is 18 months old and we had two boisterous sixteen year olds to keep entertained! The pool didn't disappoint and the villa was clean and roomy, Very nice area with shops 10 mins walk away. the games room was great for the boys although I'll defo have to brush up on my pool game! Being familiar with the area I knew we were handy for amenities and entertainment so the quality of the accommodation was a huge bonus. This property is well maintained and very clean and comfortable. It met all our expectations and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Plenty shops and good restaurants within walking distance. Also within short distance of main road where you can pick up bus into Benidorm centre and the beach We were a family party of 10 (3 generations) and all had a wonderful holiday. Only point I would make is that there is a bit of an incline to get to the property but this is easily overcome especially when going out for the evening by walking down to main road and bus if going into Benidorm and getting taxi home Owners Sue and Nigel very efficient and easy to deal with and a big thank you to Darren and Claire who manage the property, for making the holiday very hassle free by getting in some shopping for us and letting us into the property early as we had early flights out. Would highly recommend and would visit again

The villa was ideal for us( 6 adults) plenty of room and very well equipped. Nice and quiet location yet only 15 min walk to nearest bar and restaurant. I would highly recommend the villa to anyone. Thanks

Had 2 fabulous weeks from the 4th August. 6 adults and 2 children. Beautiful villa with everything we needed. The pool was much bigger than it looks on photo. Great communication between owner and myself. All in all a fab time, hoping to rebook for next year.

Beautiful villa, everything you need for a great self catering holiday, no problems with anything, however was a bit of a walk to amenities for young and older person in our group especially as it was an extremely hot week. The villa was gorgeous

We are a family of 6 (with 4 teenagers) and still found this house plenty big enough for us. There is a good number of bathroom facilities and the main lounge is an especially good size, while the outside space was plentiful and the pool a real bonus. The villa is ideally placed for walking up to Mundomar and Aqualandia, and some useful shops including an Iceland overseas are just a few minutes walk away and well stocked for your everyday essentials. Pre-ordering the welcome pack was helpful and the information pack inside the villa had plenty of useful tips and advice and also contact numbers should you encounter any problems. The villa is located away from the 'hustle and bustle' of the main seafront and nightlife in a quiet residential area, yet an easily walkable distance, while the No.10 bus stop is just down the road and useful for taking trips into Albir and Altea. The booking process was nice and simple and owners Nigel and Sue were always prompt and willing to provide any advice where needed. I would definitely recommend this villa to families with older or younger children.

The property wasnt cleaned the best when we arrived. Also was abit annoyed that someone didnt come in and clean the pool. Whilst we were there we was burgled and we was in the accommodation. The police forensic department come to the villa and said the gate is not secure. I have told the owners. Since we have been back they have said they are with holding some of our deposit for a damaged bed and a broken window which is what they was told by their management company. I have since proved that company wrong by sending a picture but they are still saying we are lying about the bed. Not happy.

We were travelling as a group of 10 women to celebrate a 50th birthday. This villa was ideal for our needs, in a quiet location away from the noise of the centre of Benidorm. Very clean with excellent facilities, lovely pool, plenty of chairs/sunbeds. We spent days lazing by the pool, then walking into town in the evening for dinner and entertainment. Very conscious of keeping noise levels down (difficult for 10 women - I know!) Would recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay away from the centre. The owners were quick to respond to communications and we would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks again - 10 ladies from Scotland!
