Lovely spacious apartment, everything you need for a self catering holiday - within distance of nearby attractions. We enjoyed our stay apart from the issues below.

I’m sorry to say , the apartment really does need a good clean , floors are dirty , some utensils are a little rusty . Furniture needs a dust and polish - biggest problem was the bathroom floor tiles , they are dangerous to adults and children cracked and broken and in desperate need of repair .

The property is in a great location. Very close - walking distance to Fantasy Island, bars, eateries including Petes Chippy on site. Bus connection to Skegness and along the coast if needed (we have a car so not needed) Spacious living area open plan well equipped kitchen, out door roof top patio. Two bedrooms with comfy beds, nice bedding and towels

Unfortunately the bathroom needs looking at. It is well equipped with a large shower but the flooring really lets it down. The porcelain floor tiles are cracked and are separating with sharp edges meaning we had to put towels on the floor to protect feet. Especially concerning with a four year old daughter.

A little bit more expensive than a caravan but a million times more spacious, comfortable and homely.
