I was told fresh hot breakfast every morning eggs every morning yes you have eggs every morning, but they’re cold hard boiled in a bowl. We’re not in India. The elevator was outside our room and all night long as people exited ding, ding, ding, ding ding. They played a beautiful tune 2 to 5 in the morning. The room was seti at 69°. I like it a little to the chili side, it was 69° for 17 minutes in the room and the other 43 minutes the air conditioning resolved and it went to 74 and then back to 69 for 17 more minutes and then back to hot again you couldn’t sleep between the noise and the air conditioning. It really is a hotel just for single businessman overnight. It was not a family experience and as I said, the staff was pleasant, but you can only work with what you got. No, I would never recommend this to anyone.

the pool looks like it needed cleaned. the tub spout was loose. we did request facilities to come in and clean the second day and nobody showed.

I liked the colors and the staff. I liked the lighting and that we could crack the window on the 4th floor. I loved the amount of towels provided to our bathroom and there were drawers and shelves everywhere! Also the view of the mountains was spectacular in the rain! The clouds just roll down them so pretty!
The bathroom had hair in tub and scum on the front of tub. There was dust at the top of the shower. The tv had not been checked to see if it was properly working so the night staff had to do her best and thankfully we got it. We are noise needing people when we sleep. The window was dirty had finger prints and smudges. And there wasn’t a note left in there like I had asked for.

I have already completed this survey once. Everything was excellent, especially the front desk person that day who was extremely helpful.

Breakfast was missing alot of things. Scrambled eggs were watery, never any meat. Apple juice out of order, no chocolate milk
Lack of cleaning staff, some working multiple positions. Really missing issues of need of repair. Key cards not working, flat wheels on carts, yellow jacket infestation at side entrance.

People not cleaning up after their dogs. I told the front desk about it and the lady in the morning told me she would have someone go out and clean it up and nobody every went to clean it up. They also increased the prices for pets, $25 a day per pet, so my total cost of the room cost me what I would’ve paid to stay at the Marriott which would’ve been a nicer hotel. Any hotel I have ever stayed at, it was just 1 flat rate or either $25-$50 per stay, not $160(including taxes) for a 3 night stay.
The faucet in my shower was about to fall off of the wall when the water turned on. The caulking was completely cracked and needs to be resealed. Whoever put the bed sheets on, did not pull them all the way over the one mattress and it was completely stained brown/orange and my room smelled HORRIBLE.

A group was having a bbq outside on the patio below our window (room 215) on the 2nd night of our stay. Their music was louder than I felt it should have been and we could hear it until around 10 pm
