If you are looking for a clean, spacious condo as close to the ocean that will accept dogs, this is the condo for you. We sat on the balcony to look at the ocean versus the beach just because it was that close. The condo was very comfortable without being so luxurious that you were afraid to sit on the furniture. The owner, Tim Byrd, was very responsive to any question I had, both before arriving and once we were there. It was fairly centrally located to most of the attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, and there was a dog park within 2 miles. The only possible downside was that all of the railings, on the street side of the 16 unit condo building were being replaced. This meant that there were construction workers there almost everyday. They were courteous but their coming and going in the parking lot caused our dogs to bark. Other dogs were also barking and ours did quiet down when told to. This is required for the safety of the building, but there was some hammering, etc. I would highly recommend this condo. Kerry

A short three day getaway to the ocean that checked all the boxes: on the beach, dog friendly, great view! Owner Tim was very responsive and helpful. The condo was clean, had a comfortable bed, a well appointed kitchen, balcony looking out at the beach and was convenient to all the amenities Pleasure Island affords!

Very clean and well maintained, nice oceanfront view was different having to provide own bedding and towels very reasonable price even alter renting sheets and towels which we could have brought from home but was easier to rent. Would recommend 100%

Great place to stay very clean, convenient. Had to communicate with the owner a couple times and returned my text very fast. This was our second time staying here and we love it and hope to continue to stay here again

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for a week. We couldn't have an for a better stay! The location of this property is perfect. Only a mile away from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, yet far away from the crowds! A nice family friendly complex, steps away from the beach with views that are awesome!

As it seems many properties look much better online than they do in person, we were pleasantly surprised to arrive and find everything looking & smelling clean & fresh for our stay. It was perfect! The only inconvenience was having to bring our own linens and towels, as they take up travel space, but that stipulation is outlined in the contract, so we knew to expect it. Everything about the property was as advertised. We would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome experience! Such a comfortable condo in a great location. Loved sitting on the deck watching the waves and people. Definitely a return to peaceful calm. Next visit needs to be longer!

This condo was perfect for us! It's just steps from the beach and the perfect place to sit on the balcony and view the ocean and beach. The condo is comfy and well stocked. The owner was very responsive when we had a question. We would highly recommend!

The condo is not super fancy, but had everything we needed for a wonderful trip to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked for us to prepare food. Two full bathrooms was a plus. The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed the beach every day! Beautiful view of the ocean! We would rent this beach again!

The view from the balcony was great. The unit was as described. I wanted to be close to the water and to be able to see and hear it from the door. Not much foot traffic and it was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Being able to walk out unto the beach or just watch the waves from the your balcony was pure heaven. Very nice beach condo, had everything that we needed during our too short of a stay. It was the first time our maltipoo got to enjoy the beach, she loved it. We will definitely book again, thank you Tim for sharing your amazing slice of heaven with us.

We loved being right on the beach, hearing the waves at night and watching the sunrise in the morning. The house had everytjing needed to make for a relaxed stay.

My Mom and I loved the condo! Everything was clean and well taken care of. It had a well equipped kitchen with nice appliances. We did not use half of the amenities available but they were there! Very nice place to stay. I will be back!

This was our first time staying in a condo in at Carolina beach. This is a 1rst floor condo so not many stairs, which for us was great! The condo sliding glass doors with outdoor balcony faces the ocean with a small balcony in the bedrooms facing the street. The living room seating and queen size bed were both very comfortable. Getting into the condo itself was very easy, which is much appreciated. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and was great to work with. It was very clean, and well-kept. This is one of those places that you save so you know where to stay in the future. We look forward to planning our next trip!😊

Our second year staying at this property so it felt like home. It’s a lovely condo right on the beach, nice and quiet which is how I like it. Next door neighbor who lives there was very nice. Tim is a great host and always responds quickly to any questions. Beach has been expanded and is huge now, you can walk down to the pier even at high tide. Condo has everything you need and is nicely furnished. Wish it really was my home away from home. We’ll be back. Kathy and Ken King

We spent the most relaxing week at the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunset and sunrise from the covered balcony. It was quiet and clean in a lovely neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

The location was great, beach front steps from the sand. When we arrived my 10 month old grandson was so tired from being in his car seat all day he was ready to move around so we let him play in the floor while my daughter and son-in-law carried in our things. By that night my grandson had to have a full bath his legs were filthy from crawling around in the floor. Under the beds were terrible dust bunnies and things apparently left by previous tenants (old jar of face stuff, a pillow, trash) The dishwasher was full and we had to empty it. We never were able to get the tv in the second bedroom to work and the remote was missing the back. It was advertised there was a DVD player and we had brought some videos, there was no DVD player. The people above us had kids that would run through their unit and stomp and jumped around late into the night. I realize this wasn't the fault of the owner but it was not pleasant especially with an infant trying to sleep at night. As mentioned the location is great but that was about the extent of it.
