The location of the property is great. The owner was very communicative and even got us an early checkin like we requested which was very appreciated. The check in process was very easy. The property is just as expected based on photos, a little small but fit our needs. My only complaint would be the check out time of 9am, which felt extremely early. I would recommend this property.

Perfect location! On boardwalk and just steps from the water! Easy walk to grocery and restaurants. Easy check in/out and great communication with host.

What a great property. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice. We had a blast sitting on the patio watching the people walk by and the close walk to the water was great. The parking was very nice as well. I would recommend this place and hope to stay there again soon. The communication with the owner was outstanding, very helpful.

This beach house couldn't have been in a better location! We had an amazing time. Edward was super easy to work with and easily accessible for any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great location! Great stay! We had groceries delivered from pavilions, but it’s also a quick 5 min walk away. We had 3 adults, one teenager and a toddler, everyone had fun! Can’t wait to come back :)

we were thrilled. accepted to stay in this beautiful property that deserves five star plus. as a ocean lover We have been in different ocean front properties and they can not bit here . beautiful view . caring , respectful and responsible owner. comfortable coach and beds. very clean . shower room and bathroom sparkles.just less than five minutes to shopping center . Starbucks right there . garage parking spots. washer and dryer . we enjoyed spending time in this property and we will come back .

This is the place for you if you are okay with paying over $500 a night and getting bad customer service, bad attitude from owner, and amenities that could easily be beat by a Motel 6. We had been delayed for hours along our travel day, travelling with a husband who is a disabled veteran and two teenagers. Once we arrived at property, at night and hours past what we had hoped I contacted owner to request code to enter. I asked if we could use same code to open garage door, he responded "Nope. Please read the check in instructions again, Part 2". Yeah, you read that right, part 2. A simple no, would have sufficed. A warm welcome to the property it was not. You can expect a stocked kitchen. But if you need more than one towel per person, a bath mat better than a kitchen towel would be on the floor, or an extra blanket for a cool November night.... well, you're not going to get it. Like I said, Motel 6 amenities, and THE WORST attitude and zero customer service from the property owner. Stay at your own peril. Oh, and he asks that you leave property at 9am and to wash your towels the night before, so if you wanted to shower before leaving that early morning, plan accordingly.

We had a great stay at this property, we loved having the beach right out our door, and we hardly drove anywhere because you can walk to get everything you need. Fast texting communication with owner when needed for questions.

Wonderful Property! Good sized bedrooms and Awesome location! We have rented several places on the boardwalk and this one is great! Have your groceries delivered from nearby Pavillions so you can spend all of your time at the beach! Best Chocolate Croissants and Iced coffee at Alta Coffee shop a short walk away. Everything is within walking/ biking distance. Parked our car on Sat and never moved it! Great time for everyone!

My friends and I had a blast at this oceanfront and boardwalk front property. You couldn’t ask for a better location in Newport. All the bars/restaurants are small walk away. Edward was a great host and attended to all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location in Newport/Balboa, right on the beach and close to everything you could need for a couple days or weeks. Well maintained house with lots of amenities, fun people watching to be had with the bike/walking path just outside the front porch.

We spent a lovely five days at the beach! Edward was great to work with, communicated quickly and clearly and everything was very smooth. The house was perfect for us and the location is ideal. We rented bikes and hardly used the car. Such a great week!!

Check in was easy. Property was clean, well stocked and in a great part of Newport Beach. Close to grocery, coffee, food. We even walked to the kids playground on near 18th St every day. Hoping to book again!

Everything was absolutely perfect! We had such a wonderful family vacation thanks to the amazing location, fabulous property and gracious host! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Edward!

Boardwalk lower unit was the way to go,--hop onto the sand straight from the property and enjoy the beach--nice upgraded unit with enough room for our 2 adult / 4 kid stay...highly recommend
