They gave us a wrong room and when I compared to the pics and asked they said they wld move us the next day but I bartered free buffet breakfast instead as it was a pain to pack again and they agreed

The resort is so well kept it’s such a special serene gem to stay in so private and luxurious. The staff was lovely to me and so helpful, especially Enzo who helped me with food dinner and breakfast he was so kind. The management team and front reception women so lovely also. The rooms were clean and you are right on the beach ! This is affordable for being right on the private beach ! It’s a resort so it should be know that prices will be a bit more expensive , that is what a resort is ! The buffet was sooo yummy, still dreaming of it! Thank you so much for an incredible stay, I would love to be back with friends

The beach is stunning, some of the best in Italy. Water is crystal clear.

Got the feeling that none of the staff enjoyed working there. When we arrived we were greeted with no smiles or energy at all from the staff. Overall a lame feeling. This was the the case all over the resort, part from one girl working in the beach bar. Rooms were ok, clean, but had no charm what so ever. They´ve basically bought the interior, built it, and put it in the room, that´s it. There were not enough kitchen essentials to prepare your own food. There were not enough glasses for a family of 4. There was no knife to cut fruit or prepare food. The plates and glasses were not clean properly (and there was nothing to clean them with). No wine opener. The pool (that looks amazing on images) were closed our first day (without us knowing). Next day it was open, but it was a big disappointment. Again, no love, no attention to detail, it´s like they just left it there to die slowly. Since we´ve read other guests reviews of the breakfast, we didn´t book breakfast. And I am happy we didn´t. Read other reviews regarding breakfast, they are accurate. The restaurant... I won´t even get into that. If you want a nice restaurant while staying, leave the restort and walk up 5 minutes to the main road to Monte Barone da "Sor Pascal". Great food, amazing sweet staff and the view is spectacular. We had food here all of our days while staying. The older gentleman serving every us night was a star. 2 beach chairs + 1 umbrella is 50 EUR per day. We were aware of this, so it was no surprise, but keep this in mind. I travel a lot, and give a lot of reviews, 99% of them are always positive. This place was just a big bowl of wrong. No love.
