Rental was very clean and well stocked. Loved that there were two full size beds in the second bedroom. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Two things I would upgrade.. add a love seat, not enough room for a family if they want to watch a movie or just hangout. Second even though the resort provides lounge chairs, it would have been nice to have some chairs to sit by/in the ocean. No deal breaker for me will stay again. View is amazing.

This was by far our favorite location! This condo is in a short walking distance to the beach. Literally right out the door and around the corner. Made everything about our vacation so easy and convenient! Pool was also nice for those that wanted pool time instead of beach time. Beach towels, a small cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella and sand toys were provided. A nice touch. We have already decided we will definitely be back again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What we originally considered to be a nice vacation in a lovely condo community turned in to an absolute nightmare. We were being eaten alive by bedbugs and had the joy of bringing them home with us after doing everything in our power to avoid it. I have video proof of the bloodstains and bites all over our legs and back. As if that wasn’t awful enough we experience a ceiling leak that landed on my husbands head while walking in to our bedroom. After calling and waiting we walked down to the front desk and requested maintenance. The maintenance crew man explained how he asked the plumber not to turn the toilet above us on, but he went ahead and turned it on anyways- leading to a flood through the floorboards and in to our ceiling. He made a comment, left and did not return to repair ANY of the wet drywall ceiling damage. We then had to call for a cleaning service to clean the WET SEWAGE WATER off of our bedroom floor. Nothing else was done to follow up- as if we spilled a cup of water while eating breakfast. Unbelievable.

The queen beds in the 2nd bedroom were a bonus for my teenage boys! The view, oh the view, nothing better than coffee in the morning and gazing at the ocean. It is conveniently located on the island - close to restaurants, paths, etc. We enjoyed going to the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens in Sarasota, and the Mote Aquarium on LBK. Next visit we'll go to the Ringling Museum in Sarasota. This time we truly enjoyed walking the beaches, relaxing and eating on the patio, watching the sunsets.

They need to have smart phone charging stations around the condo. I had to pull the king size bed away from the wall every night to charge my electronics and the same in the Living Room pulling out the couch...not world problems, but would be nice and its an easy fix.

The office gave us another rental (better location) when our first one had some painting scheduled. We enjoyed it for a family vacation. Each unit is owned by different people, so each one is decorated differently. This kitchen had been updated for a optimal usage.
