Positives: Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen if you are planning to cook, good location. Negatives: Water pressure was non existent, only 2 passes provided to enter the pool/beach area which became an issue when everyone was not on the same schedule, and I'm not a fan of a master bathroom with out a door.

Great Place!

The location was great and we will definitely recommend this property.

Due to an error made by the third party management company we spent over 30 minutes on the phone with them trying to get the code to get in the door. The water pressure in this condo is pathetic and it takes about 15 minutes for the water to get hot. There is no on sight maintenance for this unit, and trying to call the management company is a nightmare. The bedding is very stiff and scratchy. The view is beautiful. The pool area is nice, and the beach is great. The beach chair rentals in front of this building are ridiculously expensive and the chairs they rent you are very uncomfortable. We won’t be back

We love the place! Enough room for everyone and loved the master suite and kitchen and plus being on the beach was a huge plus!

Loved this property, the view, the space, everything about it. Pictures were exactly like the room, easy access to everything, pool/hot tub great. Will definitely be back next year!

The property is quite nice and the view could not be better. A couple of things that would be useful or helpful to future renters; Provide a cooler for use to occupants, enough toilet paper...kleenex...garbage bags...and paper towel would be useful as well...making a grocery run isn't on everyone's vacation plans and wouldn't be all that costly to the owner. One additional thing to note....there is a very bad odor that comes up through the pipes every night. Smells like swamp gas and seems to be centered around the second bathroom by the entrance to the unit. All things considered it was a nice stay with those things noted.

Wonderful property - gorgeous condo! Fresh new kitchen, sunsets from the deck. This condo has everything you need- all kitchen items.. keurig and coffee maker, blender, bar tools/mixers, computer desk, comfy beds, washer dryer. Easy beach access - fitness center limited but sufficient. We had a great time!!!

One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The spectacular view, spacious condo, comfortable beds, and convenient location made my time on Ft. Myers perfect. Within walking distance to a plaza that had multiple restaurants, souvenir shops, an alcohol store, and a CVS. I would highly recommended this condo to everyone.

I hated to leave. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious. The view was amazing. Huge beach and the pool was a nice retreat when it got too hot. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Easy communication with Vacasa. Highly recommend!!

The apt is huge; enough space for everyone. The views are spectacular! The balcony light bulb was out, needs to be replaced. No biggie. Kitchen has everything you need.

This is a beautiful condo. The view is beyond amazing. It’s tastefully decorated and the layout is fantastic. I would recommend to anyone.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful view and condo had everything we needed. I did not give it a 5 because of two things, the pillows..... they need updated and we wish the pool would have stayed open later. We have two adult children and they along with us would have loved to have been able to swim until at least 10. It closes at dusk. I understand maybe having adults only with no music and quiet after 8. As adults we could have been quiet and still enjoyed the pool. We loved the condo complex and there is several restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed Charleys and you can walk to it.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. The ocean view is spectacular!

I made sure my wife did not look at the pictures of the condo before we arrived so to see her reaction. Not only did her mouth drop open when we opened the door to the massive foyer/hallway but do did mine. The pictures did not do this condo justice. It far exceeded our expectations. The view of the expansive beach and blue Gulf is unmatched. Here are some quick positive notes: Spacious living area, kitchen, dining area, master bedroom and bath, and especially deck overlooking the beach. Everything you could ever want or use in the kitchen. Quite!! never heard the neighbors or even the elevator which was right next to our door. Speaking of which, it was so convenient to have the elevator so close. Even though we were on the 12th (and top) floor, we had no trouble catching the elevator. Location ... the building is south of all of the traffic and right in the middle of the largest beach Ive ever seen. Grocery store nearby Comfortable furniture and large TV. Negatives (very minimal and should have no effect on your decision renting this unit): Master bedroom was hot and hard to keep cool without freezing the other bedrooms. Need curtains in other bedrooms ... morning sun shines right in. Master bed was comfortable, the other beds were not the best. Pool very small. Traffic. Major problem with Fort Myers Beach is there is only one road and the farther you go north on the island, where most of the activity occurs, the greater the traffic. Took us 45 minutes or so to get through the traffic jam coming onto the island after we landed. (FMB can have a feel of a tourist trap at the north end of the island) Would be nice to have included some beach gear with the unit, but renting chairs (just $30 a day) was easy and even with us being there during peak season was no problem reserving. As I pointed out earlier ... the beach is massive! Lastly .. due to the size of the beach, you unfortunately can not hear the waves from the balcony. Overall, if you plan to come to FMB, this is the place to stay. The positives far exceed the negative. Needless to say, we hope to stay here again in the future.

This is an excellent condo. The views are stunning and the balcony is lovely. The photos on this site are accurate; there is a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom that is not shown in the photos. Home is in excellent condition. The appliances and fixtures and furniture are in excellent shape. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Check-in communication was clear. Some supplies were skimpy: We ended up buying additional toilet paper and paper towels, and the cleaning crews for the main building were kind enough to give us extra garbage bags. Still, this was not a significant problem.

We had a wonderful vacation. First off the beachfront property is a beautiful, spacious and clean. The ocean waters perfect and calm waters. The beach was clean and provided daily rentals of lounge chairs. The location was about four miles south of downtown Fort Myers. Our visit was during a peak season and traffic was terrible to be downtown. My negatives would be the traffic (would take over one hour), road construction (happening now), the pool/hot tub deck/area was very busy (even for Covid era. Another must do, would be to rent bikes. Our unit was not included in the bike availability for the condos. Bikes were sold out all week. We enjoyed the beach, outdoor dining, fishing, and local parks.

Was perfect for my family for the thanksgiving week. We really enjoyed the view and the place was very clean.

This condo was spacious and very clean. We rented this space for a girls trip, there were 3 of us and we had PLENTY of space! The balcony is ocean front so we enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony and listening to the ocean. This condo is about a 5 mile drive from the restaurants and shops but we LOVED being a little further from the action. The beach was calm and plenty of activities to keep us busy! I would highly recommend this condo and beach if you are looking for a relaxing get away!
