Great location in Keystone. But taking off a couple stars because: the bed is not a queen, it is only a full. As a tall person, my feet stuck over the edge and I woke with a sore back. The fireplace didn't work at all. The ventilation is poor, because only 1 window partially opens. A couple other minor issues.

Sitting room was cozy. The view was nice, it overlooked a pond.

The only issue we had was keeping the unit cool. It was very hot at night, which made sleeping a little difficult.

Suffice it to say Vacasa was horrible to work with. Vacasa seems to do everything using boilerplate language. Many of the instructions and information pertained to other rental complexes, not the one we were in. No one ever dropped off parking passes as promised and we management had several signs threatening to boot cars without passes. We were on a 2-night getaway for a special occasion and I spent a few hours of it on text, calls, online trying to deal with Vacasa who has NO customer service skills. I will never deal with them again, nor should anyone else. Overall the condo was okay, but pretty much everything Vacasa told us was wrong so we wasted lots of time and effort trying to undo their mistakes. Go elsewhere and actually enjoy your time away. Oh, and if Vacasa posts a reply saying they are really sorry about this, my response is put your money where your mouth is and work on training your staff to actually help your clients.

Other than being super hot when we arrived, we enjoyed the little condo. Only 2 windows open so very little air movement on a hotter day. The house was nicely stocked with necessities.

It was easy to park and get to the condo. Easy, short walk to the gondola and River Run area. Quiet. Kitchen was well stocked for variety of meals.

Very clean, easy check in and out process. Views are stunning and very romantic.

The view was spectacular. Got to see a moose every night. The only down side was it got super hot in the afternoon, there was only one window to open, but it didn’t help getting the cool air inside. I recommend getting some fans for the house during the summer. Lucky we brought a fan from past experience.

Nice place within a walking distance to lifts. The place is little dated but fine. Had a little issue and couldn’t figure out how to get in touch with anyone. There should be a number to call someone in case of emergency. Overall we had a good stay.

We had such a cozy stay. Great location and very close to the gondola. It was amazing to be able to easily walk to the base and mountain village. It could use some updating but it did not bother us - it had what we needed! I do feel it's a great space for 2-3 people.

We loved that place so much! The proximity to lift was a short walk. The view was so special and we felt privileged to look out on the mountain instead of other condos! We were able to cook like we would at home and not go out for all meals, which was great! The pull out bed was comfortable, but the bed was terribly uncomfortable. Sadly impossible to use, if you put any weight on it you sink in so deep, even my 80 lbs children sunk in. Being a family of 4 we had to get creative with the sleeping situations. Needless to say the bedroom would’ve been very useful and appreciated. We used it as a storage area. So if that bed had been functional the place would’ve been an amazing stay 5 star and I’d rent always.

Sooo close to the lifts and amazing unobstructed views. Warm and cozy with full kitchen amenities. The extra bed is also amazingly comfortable. Bring on the snow. Will definitely stay here again

This was a charming and very well-furnished condo with quiet and privacy and every supply we could have wanted. We cooked for ourselves - great kitchen! The layout is ingenious. The square footage isn't huge, but it still feels spacious. Nice shower. The picture windows are the best aspect. We watched fish and a beaver in the pond below. We saw the mountains at all times of day, including by moonlight. This was a great deal for a fall mountain getaway.

Pristine view of undeveloped wetlands. Responsive Vacasa agents helped me quickly with keycard issue. Fireplace was nice and mattress was decent. Strongly recommend!

Built for skiers-overall very nice. Could use some tlc . Minor repairs needed -drawer knobs, screens, trim etc. But major needs met.

It was a good stay and a great vacation considering it was the first time we had ever been to Colorado, when we first arrived our sheets had not been changed but I will say the people working for Vacasa was more than helpful, they got them changed the very next day to make our stay more comfortable

Location is ~100 yards from lift tickets and ski lift, plus food and beverages. Bed and shower were great.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. We had a mix up with our keys and the staff was very eager to help us and we were able to get it fixed quickly. The condo has a beautiful view and is in a perfect location for the slopes. Couldn’t have asked for anything better, especially for the price.

Small but efficient condo. Great views and great location. Ideal for a couple of guys wanting a ski vacation. Walking distance to the Gondola (approx 200 yards).

Three main problems - 1. First and primarily, the room WREAKED of cigarette smoke. I have never ever smelled a room so bad. It wreaked everywhere, even in the bathroom. Customer service did not attempt to fix it nor offer a refund. Definitely not a good place for a romantic getaway. 2. The check-in process is horrible. I thought maybe the whole company was a scam. The office you check-in is a remote location far from the actual room. You thus have to find the place which is difficult and pay for uber or drive to your actual location. 3. Poor customer service. They did not allow for early check-in or for a late check-out, even of an hour! Since they don't have an office they don't have a place for you to store your bags either.
