We had a very enjoyable 6 days. The property was clean and comfortable for our family and access to/from the ski trails is good. Our main complaint was lack of communication and support from the management firm. We could not get an answer by phone even during office hours, and text response was very slow. We were not informed about changes to privledges (First Tracks) that we enjoyed on our previous visits. Also the hot tub water was very dirty, needed to be changed

Ping pong table, Jacuzzi, cappuccino machine, 2 fireplaces, candles everywhere etc. It's very spacious with a nice layout, nice views, very clean and well kept. When we rented it last year we where so impressed with the unit's beautiful decor and immensities that we immediately decided to rent it again for this year. I have to say it was unanimous that all 7 of us, thought that the new decor lacked warmth and style. All the walls were painted white, with a beige sofa and beige dining chairs, with hardly any wall hangings The unit looked lifeless and colourless, even the beautiful shelving that was in wood was painted white. The pretty bedspreads in the bedrooms were replaced with white bedding, bland grey and beige accent pillows and nothing but white walls. We were there for our yearly reunion and we all thought the renos were cold and uninviting. We all enjoy modern decor but this was the definition of dull. The picture posted on the right of the screen is the previous decor which was much nicer. Another small note the dishwasher needs to be replaced. We had to rewash many of the dishes and cutlery that came out dirty even though we had previously rinsed them before loading. Also it would be nice to have more tissue boxes through out and shampoo in all the bathrooms. Overall it still is a nice unit to rent but really needs nicer touches and some contrasting colours (pillows and frames). It really looks too bare at the moment. For this reason we all decided to try another 6 bedroom unit next year. If you are looking for just a clean, bright, well maintained and spacious condo that is a 20 min walking distance from the village, and has all the bells and whistles you will not be disappointed. Sitting in the hot tub with deer feeding on grass only a few feet away was an awesome experience for me and my family. Although the ski season was just about over, there was lots of entertainment at the bottom of the mountain i.e. live bands, movie theatre, outdoor patios, swimming facility etc. The location of the chalet was a little too high. Next time, I will rent one farther down the hill. The chalet was very well equipped and comfortable. There were only a couple of minor items that could be improved, e.g. hardwood floors are scratched (need to replace floor pads on dining chairs). Instructions need to be updated regarding garbage and recycling, i.e. there are no bins in the garage and telephone answering machine i.e. we could not access messages. The flexibility on the check-out time was very much appreciated. The rental management company provided great service.

Fantastic property. Only 2 complaints: no hair conditioner, and the 4 twin room (2 twin beds and 2 trundles) was a bit misleading. You could only use one of the trundles. Otherwise, perfect place!

It's a short, but steep walk to/from the ski trail (lots of deer sightings on the way). It came with passes for night tubing, which we appreciated and took advantage of. The smaller bedroom downstairs could use a mirror perhaps, and the bathroom downstairs didn't have any shower products like the one's upstairs. The booking process was easy, and the staff worked hard to get us in a bit earlier than scheduled. We were very pleased with our stay overall and would definitely recommend it to others.

Additionally, we did the fridge fill through the concierge and they couldn't have done a more perfect job! Everything that we asked for was there when we checked in. The only complaints were that we had to wait until 3pm to check in and that the neighborhood shuttle was not as convenient as the Tremblant Living's Website suggests. The driver did not really speak English so it was difficult to arrange. However, overall the stay was amazing and we would highly recommend.

Once again this chalet delivered on all levels - a perfect fit for the 6 couples with ample space for all to enjoy. The location is perfection - ski on ski off and just minutes to the village. Most importantly - the attention to our care from the concierge service was unparalleled. They ensured the ski tickets were waiting for us, provided gratis tubing tickets as a surprise, stocked our fridge pantry and liquor cabinet and had the ski rental company come directly to our unit. I highly recommend using them and staying here!
