Set in a peaceful location, lovely welcome by Carole , fresh laid eggs. the place is very tasteful and immaculate. spotlessly clean, nice area to sit outside and absorb the countryside, loved it, will be back

Could not fault the property for cleanliness and the thoughtfulness of small essentials like milk, tea/coffee, not forgetting new toothbrushes just in case you forgot yours. Whatever you needed for your stay, it was provided throughout. Would highly recommend this property for long/short stays.

We have just had a lovely 4 night stay at Greenbanks. The accommodation was immaculate, and carol was the perfect host, leaving all the essentials we would need, which was handy as we did forget toothpaste. The fresh eggs were delicious for breakfast. It was my partners 50th birthday and carol even left him a card.(thankyou) I think we have found the perfect little getaway and will definitely return. Thankyou Carol Jill and Wayne

Lovely place to stay, small but comfortable. Carol is a wonderful host and nothing too much trouble, we will be back.

This was a much needed break and it really didn't disappoint! The place was amazing and homely feeling. Carol is fantastic, showing us around and being on hand if needed. And letting us get fresh eggs and salad that they have grown. I would so highly recommend Greenbanks for a break of any kind. We will be returning next year and hoping ths sun will shine for us again

Everything was brilliant from booking to getting there. Carole was a brilliant host. We loved the attention she gave us on arrival,showing us around there lovely garden and vegetable patch which you can use and get what you like even fresh eggs from the girls. The local pub was very good we didn't eat there but the food looked very good. Close to New forest and 1hr away from the beach. We went to the Isle of White for the day from Lymington parked the car and went as foot passengers with the bikes. Overall fantastic. Thank you for a brilliant week. Would definitely recommend.

We really liked this property, it was very clean, comfortable and has a lovely garden to sit in or look at while sitting out on the patio. Everything we needed was provided plus more - lovely free range eggs and salad from the garden - very handy! Damerham is peaceful and rural but very well situated so it is an ideal base to explore the New Forest, plenty to do and see.

The property had everything you could need, the owner provided some free range eggs with more if needed and milk to get us started. The room was clean and well organised, bed was amazing with a great on suite shower, parking right outside, fantastic place for a quiet stay

Very clean, very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely warm welcome from Carol and some nice extra touches. A real shame that the weather wasn't great so we were not able to fully enjoy the garden.

Clean modern tastefully furnished apartment tucked away in a small village. With a well equipped kitchen, good sized bathroom with large shower, good quality furniture and furnishings and good Wi-Fi Greenbanks 2 is a very comfortable place to stay.

Great location for bike rides in the New Forest. Carol is a perfect host who looks after you and wants you to have a lovely break. We enjoyed feeding the hens and getting fresh eggs in return.

Carol was a perfect host. She heard us pull onto the drive and came out to welcome us and helped us settle in and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. She brought sunloungers out for us when we said we planned to stay in and enjoy the garden and made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was really clean and comfortable with lots of thoughtful extras like fresh eggs from their chickens and tea coffee n sugar n salt pepper. The bathroom even had new toothbrushes in case you forgot them. The quality of everything was of a really high standard and we were very comfortable and happy with our stay and would recommend it. Lovely, clean, thought given accommodation, literally is home from home set in a lovely location. Directions for walks given on pocket sized, laminated cards is an excellent idea. Thank you Carol for your kind hospitality, home grown veg and eggs. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Very clean and well kept apartment. Good grounds. Use of gardens and numerous seating areas. Free range eggs for breakfast and fruit and veg that you can pick yourself. Overall an excellent weekend break.

Beautiful clean Accommodation set in lovely countryside. Great countryside view. Lots of local walks and things to do. excellent service from the owner very helpful. Our second stay. We will be back.

We found greenbanks property ideal for 2 people. The place was very clean and warm, as we were here in February. Were given eggs from the hens which normally can be found roaming in their gardens. Were free to help ourselves to the vegetables which Carole grows in summers months.

Carol is very welcoming and friendly, Ideal location, lovely clean accommodation with everything you need and nice touches. Very highly recommended
