Facilities were beautiful and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was within walking distance of shops and restuarants.

We had a fantastic stay. The view from the kitchen/family/dining area never gets old. The property had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, beach chairs, towels, and food service there. The location is so convenient. We did not have a car but walked to restaurants and stores. As another person mentioned, the unit is a bit more dated than I anticipated. However, it was clean and functional. If I were being picky, I would suggest updating the outdoor furniture to make it more comfortable while enjoying the gorgeous surroundings. I would stay again!

Penthouse 402 was perfect for our first trip to Turks and Caicos. We were two couples do each wanted our own room with king size bed and bathroom. It’s hard to find that in a two bedroom condo. This has that and both bedrooms were great. The balcony looks directly over Grace Bay beach and it was so beautiful having coffee or drinks outside daily. Not having been to Grace Bay before we really had no sense of if would be a good location. But it was perfect. We walked everywhere or rode bikes provided. Literally grocery store and restaurants all close. We only took taxi once to Da Conch Shack, which I highly recommend on Wednesday! The property was so well managed by Sandeep and basically run kinda like a hotel. But very small only 32 units so no racing down to fight for chairs etc. They have a little bar/restaurant and bring you food and drinks on beach etc. We would definitely stay here again! My only complaint was internet and cell service was basically never working in bedrooms but it worked out in other areas fine. It maybe just needed an adjustment.

The staff and all the locals we came in contact with could not have been any friendlier. I was also surprised how the other guests were very friendly and everyone seemed to really be enjoying their stay too.

We've stayed at Villa Renaissance several times previously and always enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed our stay this time except for a number of lights and appliances (at least six) in our unit that weren't working or malfunctioned, which created some frustration and incovenience for us. The unit's manager, Drexwell, was very responsive to our requests for service. He got an electrician several times to fix non functional and malfunctioning lights. Unfortunately, all the electrical problems couldn't fixed during our stay. Drexwell also quickly got a refrigeration technician to fix the water/ice dispenser on the relatively new refrigerator, which had never been fully hooked up. He also had a technician from the telephone company come out to fix a non functioning TV/cable set up. One issue we never raised was the shower control in the second bedroom that was plumbed backwards, i.e., when you rotated the control the water started hot and went to cold on further rotation. So, despite our frustrations, we were very appreciative on Drexwell's efforts. Other than the repair issues, we were generally pleased with our unit. It does show some signs of wear and tear, however. Overall, Villa Renaissance is a great place to stay. It's kept quite clean, and the staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. The location on the beach in Grace Bay is great for walking to dining and shopping.

The penthouse, pool and staff were amazing! The views from this villa cannot be beat! We had a fantastic trip and would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

It was absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures. Beach is stunning and Villa Renaissance is a great spot to enjoy the best of Grace Bay. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops and nightlife within steps of the property. And it sits atop a lovely stretch of the beach. The staff and service were top notch, everyone took great care of us. The front desk staff, bartenders, beach staff and Sandeep the manager- all went above and beyond to make our trip special. Daily housekeeping was a treat. They will help with everything, including stocking your unit with groceries before you arrive. The unit was beautiful, the view was a highlight. It was special to wake up to the gorgeous turquoise waters. Sunsets were also breathtaking from the terrace. One issue with the top floor unit is that the terrace (balcony) is not shaded so gets hot in the day. And at night it's right under the bright security spotlight on the roof so it's a little too bright to sit out on the terrace and enjoy a nightcap. Units on the lower floors were covered and had ceiling fans. It wasn't really an issue, we were able to enjoy the evening island breezes at the beach. The beach was so pretty it was hard to leave. We had a fabulous vacation and can't wait to return.

This place is beautiful with an amazing view.

From the moment we checked in we were drawn to the very spacious balcony with the most spectacular view of grace bay! Villa 402 was very comfortable and the daily housekeeping was great. The entire staff at the Villa Renaissance were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back!

Villa Renaissance was very clean, we especially liked the everyday maid service that was included. The location was the best on Grace Bay. Some of the best restaurants were less than a 20 minute walk. My husband and friends even walked back from the golf course after playing a couple of days. Also the beach was awesome. They take up the sea weed everyday and overall there was the least amount of seaweed in them ocean and on this part of the beach compared to almost anywhere else on Grace Bay. Also it was nice having a a beach/pool guy help with the chairs and umbrella. He and the concierges were super nice. Two reasons I wouldn’t give this a 5. The toilets flushed horribly. We had to hold the handles down along time for like half a flush. It wasn’t an island issue, other places flushed just fine. The food delivery service did just an ok job I have food deliveries at many vacation spots and at home and for 75 not sure if it was worth it. Overall though a fabulous experience and would highly recommend.

Beautiful view. House keeping wonderful. Under cabinet lights didn’t work fully so kitchen was dark at night. One fan in living area didn’t work. But small things compared to view and pool.
